For Kris:

Riolu with hidden ability prankster, due to Kris’ personality, and Riolu’s appearance reminds me of dark world Kris a bit

Skiddo because goat

Honedge because sword (shiny for better coloration)

Litwick because scary ghost and something about being a guiding light with hidden intentions

Meloetta (pirouette forme) because I feel like they deserve a mythical Pokemon, and it’s music themed (for Kris’ love of piano)

Mimikyu because it is quiet and dislikes its true form. Kris seems to be uncomfortable with who/what they are, based on the mirror dialogue.

It’s too late for me to make another team tonight but I might think about teams for the other characters tomorrow!

(Batman #344): When I said Ivy's story gets dark, this is what I meant. She turned a man into a shambling plant monster. She's so creepy to me. Poison Ivy isn't necessarily a bad villain, but she just really freaks me out sometimes.

On the plus side, check out gene colan's perfectly atmospheric artwork here. It's beautiful. Gene Colan did great art for Daredevil and Dracula and Doctor Strange and Howard the Duck and so many others. I feel like his Batman work stays on trend for him. His shadow work is amazing, and he really knows how to command the page with cinematic artwork. i'm not actually any good with artwork, but he's one of the artists who imprinted on me vividly. His artwork is amazing.

album 1: the cars - the cars

It's alright, nothing revolutionary. It feels no different from other similar artists from the same era. Actually, the other artists were doing it way better. Doesn't really feel like an album that is a must listen.

The Queen of the Damned is so funny, Lestat has another introduction wherein he says he's still super hot, he's the best rock star ever, he's wearing tight jeans, he's going to tell the story from other POV's but when they comment on how attractive he is those are their canonical true-to-life opinions not anything he made up, and then he reminds everyone again that he definitely fucked his mom. Then the book's first act consists of a bunch of new POV's from various characters from all around the world, all of which manage to shoehorn in some scene where they listen to his rock music and comment on how great his rock music is, and how even if they're not into rock, Lestat's music is just that good.
