i've been collecting and organizing my bookmarks with "twillot" a freemium twitter bookmark web organizer. it costs 581 php/month (368 php/month if you do annual billing But you will be charged 4416 php right away.)

I have 3 candidates for my twitter bookmarks organizer, the main drawback for each is that i have to depend on them? but the monthly fee is wayyy too expensive, that's like 2-3 days of meals for me, and it's already 3% of my salary, and i have to make space to buy kpop stuff.

Tribunal da Madeira condena 11 arguidos a prisão efetiva

O Tribunal da Comarca da Madeira condenou 11 arguidos num processo de tráfico de droga e branqueamento de capitais a penas de prisão efetiva e oito a penas de prisão suspensas na sua execução.

O coletivo de juízes, presidido por Joana Dias, decidiu condenar o principal arguido, reincidente nestes crimes, a 13 anos de prisão efetiva por tráfico de estupefacientes e branqueamento de capitais.

As penas de prisão efetiva aplicadas aos 11 arguidos variam entre três anos e seis meses e os 13 anos, enquanto as penas suspensas vão de 15 meses a cinco anos.

O tribunal aplicou ainda diversas coimas, entre as quais às empresas envolvidas, sendo que uma delas foi absolvida.

Os bens de luxo apreendidos no âmbito do processo foram declarados perdidos a favor do Estado, indicou a juíza.

Na leitura do acórdão, Joana Dias realçou que o consumo de Alpha PHP, uma droga conhecida vulgarmente como 'bloom', é um flagelo na região com "efeitos dramáticos" na população, alertando para a "importância de punir severamente as condutas dos arguidos".

O caso envolvia 25 arguidos, dos quais 21 pessoas e quatro empresas do ramo automóvel, mas alguns dos arguidos foram separados deste processo.

O processo resulta de uma investigação da Polícia Judiciária e da Polícia de Segurança Pública, com diversas apreensões de droga realizadas entre outubro de 2020 e maio de 2023.

Um dos principais suspeitos, com cerca de 40 anos, foi acusado de usar 'stands' de automóveis para branquear verbas provenientes da venda de Alpha PHP, através da compra e da venda de carros de luxo.
