Once the idea of Damian becoming a doctor was planted in my head I CANNOT let go of it like it’s all I’ve been thinking about.

All I can see is Damian all grown up into his 6 foot something height standing there in a white coat awkwardly while being fussed over by the mother of one of his patients☹️. Paediatrics would be such an amazing branch for him too like (just like his father) he’s trying to make sure no child has to grow up the way he did and he’s so sweet and gentle with the kids, constantly looking for any signs of abuse or unhappiness.

He has a whole drawer of candy with vegan, sugar free, halal and all kinds of options. Kids, parents, coworkers, the media, the nurses, legitimately EVERYONE absolutely adores him and he deserves that and so much more. We’ve got enough vigilantes in Gotham and the world let ONE of them be happy just ONCE don’t you think he’s suffered enough? Plus he’s already preconditioned to withstand and excel under the gruelling working environment of medicine. After being a literal assassin and vigilante his entire life, working triple shifts at the hospital would be a walk in the park.

I really hope dc goes with that route cause there’s something so satisfying about a child that’s been trained his whole life to hurt and kill choosing to help people instead. I KNOW Leslie Thompkins is somewhere in her clinic with a big ass smile about to give Bruce so much shit about there finally being a university graduate in the family (she has to be double annoying about it to make up for Alfred being unable to cause I know he would be so happy that Damian is going into that direction. Karma for Bruce dropping out of med school).

location: silver coin laundromat time: around 12pm status: open!

a quiet day at the laundromat always felt refreshing. there was something soothing in watching people come and go, going about their small, everyday rituals. it felt almost intimate, as if the space itself had softened, becoming less a place of machines and more a comforting, familiar kitchen. gabi had been the first to make it feel that way, shared shifts turning into familiar chores. maybe, in another life, this bond wouldn’t have been found, but something they were born into.

the scent of fabric softener lingered in the air, a cloud that clung to her skin and hair, something she took pride in. she was busy scrubbing the mud off her boots when she heard a muffled curse break through the quiet. max’s head snapped up, her eyes immediately locking onto the newcomer, a smirk settling into place. “ right, yeah ------- sorry, ” she said, her voice carrying a playful edge. “ i forgot to warn you about that. ” it wasn’t so much that she’d forgotten -- it was more that, of all the machines, this one felt almost like a lucky discovery, a little and personal spark of amusement. she'd put her foot down if they ever tried to replace it. with a grin, max moved in front of the washer, giving it a quick sideways kick; easy to reach as it was the one settled on the pavement. a trick she had learnt from gabi. “ alright, " she murmured patting her hands together as the machine rumbled to life, “ 't gets a little shy sometimes. ” turning back, her eyes gleamed with delight. “ don’t worry ----- service comes with the price. it’s just a little free bonus for those lucky enough to find it. think --- easter egg. ”

I have this scenario in my head with Holly and Bucky after he gets demoted where he’s trying to get information out of her on the next mission etc since she’s privy to what’s said in the office and she’s all ‘loose lips sink ships, Major’ and it just drives Bucky wild. I’ve been thinking about it for a solid three days so k really needed to share 😅

The fact that you’re thinking about Holly and Bucky (for the past 3 days no less!) makes me so !!! like first of all thank you because that means a lot to me🖤

Anyway, I absolutely love this scenario because it’s very them! He’s like “You’re my girl on the inside, you can’t tell me anything?” (and maybe he’s been talking up how close they are and when he returns essentially empty-handed everyone’s like "lol." Also it makes him that much grumpier when he finds out about Woody and Brady pretty much after everyone else, when Holly knew about them from the start)

He tries to get sympathy by being all “But I got demoted😔” until she points out both he and Buck told Chick that Bucky didn’t want to be Air Exec anymore and he’s like ”...I don’t know anything about that.”

And maybe he makes a joke about getting on his knees and begging and Holly’s like

You've given me so much to think about and I'm adding all of this to Holly's brain dump doc now...also I owe you my life!

ive actualky tried making askbligs before (one is gone the other im keeping around because i dont wanna deoete it its part of my chafavter lore) and they werent all that used so i have little to no experience with them

but thats my style i like to fake it till i make it
