I haven’t seen anyone talk about the tiny sweet moment on the Shut Up Im Talking podcast where tommy goes for a first bump with jack, who does not see it. Upon seeing this phil goes to air bump from where he is to be like oh i’ll fist bump you i got you. I dont even think tommy sees it but i just think its one of those tiny gestures that shows that type of kindness to make sure everyone is included. Thats the type of thing i appreciate and if i see someone do that in real life interactions im like- aw thats nice, theyre kind and attentive. I think with this day and age of influencers there are so many people who are so curated, have a specific brand, do not stray, get the ads/brand deals, this is more about work than anything to them. And while thats not evil by any means, gotta pay the bills, there’s something so lovely about being like, oh yeah i like these guys because they’re kind. Phils good people. Dans good people. Theyre just gay and kind and running around about it.

this video is so nice because dan is so encouraging to phil. like in some games they played before if phil "messed up", dan would theatrically yell at phil sometimes and yeah it might be funny sometimes, especially during like spooky week, and like i get that its for youtube, but seeing them just gentle and nice is much better i think :^)
