My work distraction today is thinking about which of my ocs can and can not read. I have come up with a good ideas for each.

Roy - 100%. Was born into the Followers then went into the NCR military. Can speak multiple languages, and can probably read in them, too.

Ves - Yes, but also no. Can read Latin just fine, but struggles with English. Can read it, mostly, but can't write it.

Cherry - No. Except things that she's just absorbed by seeing them a lot, like signs. She has people to do that for her.

Ernest - Yes. Pre-War educated, and completed high school.

Frankie - Yes. Synth Courser, so can read proficiently and is a fast learner when they need to be.
