A random headcanon: He has one of those wallets with the very long photo albums and they're all different photos of his kids and also Radar and Kim. He doesn't have a photo of his wife there but he has a photo of Klinger who he says is his beautiful wife just for people's reactions. His actual wife thinks it's hilarious.

He also sometimes randomly join kid's games if he can, and pretends to be terrible at them all to make them laugh.

General Opinion over said character: FAVOURITE GUY IN THE WHOLE SHOW!! They did him so dirty later on and I'm so upset about that. Writers should've gone "oh shit ur right Wayne Rogers. Mets give Trapper more focus!" And then he stayed 😔 Watching a long running tv show as someone who doesn't do well with change is a bad idea despite me also being a doctor who fan.
