What is a gravewarden?

That's a good question!

Gravewardens are a "group" which is a loose definition. it is a state of being that one can take part in or venture alone. They are those touched by death, those who can see beyond the veil. Some become wandering warriors dealing in vengeance for the spirits they've encountered, others are historians taking in stories long forgotten. Some just want to live and quietly go about whatever jobs they held previously even with a few spooky visitors.

Overall those who embrace their gifts can harness spectral energies to various effect. Their goal is to safely and compassionately bring the dead to rest. Tending to tasks set by the spirits and cleaning headstones new and old alike. It is either an extremely peaceful life or one set in blood.

okay okay quick recap for anyone who couldn't watch the stream/can't watch bad's vod (tw discussion of derealization, paranoia (being watched especially), hallucinations, bad having a BAD time, etc. if any of this stuff super bothers you then you may want to avoid badboyhalo's livestreams for the foreseeable future, he's a long-term storyteller)

Bad started off his stream with a black screen and white text.

"Welcome. Dear cucurucho, why are you in my [the text went offscreen] I just want to talk please come say hello I know your there cucurucho come come come out wherever you are cucuruchoooooooo CUCURUCHSOFIOOGI" [note: keysmash not exact]

When Bad turned his screen on, he was in dapper's room, rocking back and forth. he was calling for cucurucho and talking about it living in his house. He kept jumping at nothing. He spoke to the pictures of the kids as if they were real, and asked "richarlyson" if forever was the one in his house.

he didn't want to leave dapper's room because it was his 'safe room,' but he eventually did. His base is now covered in GIANT signs that have red text and cucurucho's model that say "NO FEDERATION ALLOWED" and "YOUR BEING WATCHED" and one more i can't remember. he put up cameras everywhere and said "Look! I have cameras! Now I know when someone comes in... and when someone leaves." which isn't super important but it was an awesome line

he ended up going to spawn to look for cucurucho, and it was full of scaffolding. bad didn't take this well. It's unclear if the scaffolding was part of his hallucinations or not, but he fixated on it 'being' cucurucho. He suspected forever, cellbit, and foolish were also cucurucho. He questioned what was and wasn't real- including himself.

Bad started SEEING cucurucho in the distance, watching him, before it would disappear again. When it came back, sometimes it was renamed. "ENJOY THE ISLAND" and ":)" were some of the renamings, and I cannot remember them all. Bad started out by chasing cucurucho, shouting at it and asking if it were various items/mobs. He saw two of them at once at once point and was lead up into slime's hold house, through flippa's room (where there was a single block of scaffolding), and then out off of jaiden's balcony.

As the chase went on Bad started to become more frightened. Cucurucho was flying. he started to lose sense of where he was (shown by the admins teleporting him around) and hallucinated a nether portal he threatened to go through.

At some point Bad questioned if Dapper was cucurucho, too.

Eventually Bad retreated to the wall to cower in a 1x1 hole that went beneath the wall. cucurucho broke several blocks in front of him and appeared, revving its chainsaw. when it disappeared again there was a hole broken into the floor that lead to a cave and LONG tunnels beneath the wall. the visual was terrifying i promise.

cucurucho chased bad through the tunnels. he was screaming “please please stop I’ll be good I promise please go away.” At one point cucurucho appeared behind bad with the name "Bad?Boy?Halo?" and bad freaked out about potentially being cucurucho.

cucurcucho chased bad through a cave system until two cucuruchos cornered him to blow bubbles. their names were "do you?" and "YES". bad ran from them and found some scaffolding loose on the ground, (which had been built up to lead him out of the cave), said "this is it, this is you" and threw into lava.

Bad warped back home, insisting, "You can't come here, you can't come here." He was calmer in his house, but then was hit by the blindness effect and started yelling about the signs and "NO FEDERATION ALLOWED." he sang a little song about it

short story short: cucurucho appeared in his house. he saw it behind a glass wall. he was furious and terrified and growling "you can't be in here." he ran into dapper's room, where it appeared AGAIN with the name "WITHOUT M***" (last few letters were in the wall lmao). bad started sprinting around his house trying to find a safe place. cucurucho chased him with a chainsaw down the aquarium hallway.

Two cucuruchos kept popping up and disappearing, both with different names each time. Bad asked them "who let you in my house?" and went through a series of names such as: foolish, forever, tina, cellbit, baghera, antoine, fit- and finally settled on Ron.

Bad went to go see Ron. The hallway was dark, and Ron's room was unlit. When Bad opened the door, Cucurucho, with the nametag "RON" above its head, looked back at him. Bad said, "I knew it. It was Ron. He let you in." A second Cucurucho appeared with the nametag "ALWAYSHERE."

Bad was given blindness again, and he started to laugh as a chainsaw whirred. We heard bubbles blowing. Then the screen faded entirely to black, and Bad said, "Come here, Ron. Come out, come out, wherever you are..."

We heard rapid damage sounds, and then the sound of eating.

(the END of his stream had black and white text "SEE You NeXt tIme :)" as an example. The other messages were classic streamer "thanks for watching" and "make sure to follow" messages with similar fucked up cases, but this was supposed to be a fast recap lmao)

TLDR: Bad's paranoia has increased to the point of hallucinations. He's now frightened of Cucurucho, and suspects that everyone on the island is/could be helping Cucurucho get into his base. He associates cucurucho with scaffolding now. He is NOT sound of mind. He ate Ron Lemons.

So I just had the best!!! time!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!! (Sparks London Night 1 report)

Miraculously got that second row spot and oh my god was this ethereal. I was dying so hard (positively) when I got there but then I also died a bit in the other sense from just having to stand there for an hour and a half straight but ofc it was so worth it to wait around both before the show and when we finally got inside. Also when we were nearing that hour and a half I figured this must mean no opener and yeah there was indeed no opener but I'm not sad about that, I don't know how much more standing around and waiting I would have been able to take (standing around during the actual show doesn't count ofc, I could be doing THAT for even 5 hours with no problem).

They really fogged up that stage before the show, so with all the lights on it looked so awesome, the whole sight of the venue behind us and all the fancy decorations.... it was truly beautiful. And then the boys walked on and oh my gosh Russell's flowery suit.... The best thing I've ever seen I was so overjoyed to see that. It was all so unreal, I of course rushed to the left side of the stage hoping for the most optimal Russell viewing from there and yeah, that was definitely some optimal Russell viewing.... Gosh......

Didn't think they'd still stick to So May We Start as an opener but they did and I'm so glad. And then Do Things My Own Way right after, so perfect. Russell's jumps and dances and everything right in front of me were the best thing ever and the way I was seeing it all in real life right in front of me after having seen so many minutes of recordings of that in the past couple of months.... Absolutely completely unreal.

SO MANY surprises on the setlist and most of my predictions were totally wrong, yet still... at least some of them I sort of pedicted. Goofing Off was definitely the biggest one in the sense of, had it written down on my list of biggest setlists bets / this HAS got to come back finally type of picks before I stopped adding to that list because it would have been like 100 songs long if I kept going. So when the strings intro of that song started I'm pretty sure I said something like "this is incredible" out loud lol. I was so amazed to hear it goddddd.

Other biggest NO WAY moments included Reinforcements (!!!!) and All You Ever Think About Is Sex (!!!!!) Whippings And Appologies (!!!!!!!!!) And oh my god, Please Don't Fuck Up My World. I was really hoping for a certain other ASDDD song (you can probably guess which one) and this was totally amazing (I actually had a bit of a prediction of them pulling out one of the more political songs on this tour and in my 00s obsessed spirit I hoped for Baby Baby Can I Invade Your Country a little bit... But I didn't see this one coming at all. It was an amazing song live, and I feel like it sort of fades into the background most of the time compared to many other 21st century songs, it's a bit more like an epilogue to ASDDD than a full fledged song to me but this, yeah.... It was the most wonderful thing I heart you Sparks!!!!!!)

Also had a feeling that they'd keep TGICIHL and that was AWESOME. First encore song and one of my fav momemts of the show for sure (altough it was truly just one an hour and a half long big neverending fav moment in all honesty). However I did not have a feeling that MTYCDT would still be there either but it was sooooo great. So so fun so amazing to bop along too (well, all of the songs were... as always. I clapped and bounced around so much today). And maybe I helped bring Beat The Clock back with my Born To Beat The Clock shirt today. Overall, 3 N1IH songs??? Academy Award Performance??????? Freaking amazing and totally unexpected once again. And Ron version of Suburban Homeboy oh my god that was the best.

Actually surprised by how little they focused on MAD! songs but I really can't be complaining about anything regarding this show. Running Up A Tab was as awesome as expected and JanSport gets even greater live too, I loved this version so much it just adds so much life to the song. Still kind of wishing Hit Me Baby or I-405 were on there too but we got so many unexpected deep cuts instead... it was truly the best.

My Way -> Number 1 In Heaven (RON SHUFFLE!!!!!) -> This Town, the awaited run of evergreen songs and it was ethereal amazing beautiful etc. Also THE LIGHTS were so great on this show, watching it all from up close helped me appreciate it even more I think... I actually thought those square light sort of boxes had something in the middle that looked just the tiniest bit like the MAD! frowns and I got so excited about the image of all these little frowns lightning up the stage. That didn't happen but what we actually got was in no way inferior to this idea.

Ok maybe the only thing I'm in any way sad about is the lack of My Baby's Taking Me Home, kind of funny to be feeling a little bit like dangggg when they started playing All That because, well, it's ALL THAT, but it meant no MBTMH after all, this being the second encore song... Again, surprised that they played both Lord Have Mercy and this but I was also so sad before about the idea of All That falling off the setlist possibly... So this was stunningly beautiful and there were some phone torches alight in the balconies, it looked truly so beautiful.

And of course last but not least Russell and Ron were so funny and awesome and there were so many little moments I loved and I'm going to be reminded of them all and relive them all through the one billion videos I took with my brother's phone and I'm so excited to look through them all as soon as possible because I think they're going to be really good ouuugghhhh. It helps that I have finally remembered that I can sometimes zoom in while recording for a better video... Truly could keep listing off moment after moment but the thing is I can't remember most of them off the top of my head so I'll just get round to those sometime later maybe.

This was the greatest thing in every way imaginable!! And now that I have a lot of pics and vids I think I'm just going to totally chill tomorrow and reexperience it all again while focusing on it all happening even more. I'm so glad there's still more to come you have no idea this was the best thing ever and I'm gonna do it all over again in just a couple of hours!!!!!! Lets all live forever guys sparks save the world and make everything worth it im SO happy.

Speaking of the smithy, Diseta has been throwing herself into her work while waiting to sort out, uh, the shattered remnants of her married life I guess? The smithy is pretty busy these days, and is a level six business now, which is unfortunate since I'm gonna have to have her sell it and reopen it as a home business again when she moves out.

Myr is finally here for her discount, haha. I thought maybe she and Diseta might eventually become a couple, but right now Myr is seeing someone and it's getting kinda serious. I think River might be fine with Myr dating other people, but Diseta would decidedly not be at this point.

Today in F1 (21/09/24)

Hello party people!

Idk if this is of interest to anyone, but so much happens in a day in this sport that I thought it might be a good idea to create a regularish report of everything that's going on.

I've made a list of everything of importance that happened today, and if this gets any interest at all I could do this semi-regularly/weekly maybe. Lmk if this of interest/worth doing.

List in the tldr.

McLaren's Wings Clipped - other teams including Ferrari and Red Bull have been complaining about McLaren's moving rear wing for a while now, and although the FIA found the wing to be compliant with the rules, McLaren have offered to change it to prevent further discussion. Drivers also made comments about the legality of the wing when being interviewed today, including Sergio Perez and Lewis Hamilton. Andrea Stella stated that the wing in question made no difference to the team's overall performance.

Godzilla's Kid - practice was disturbed this morning by a lizard on the track, which crossed paths with Fernando Alonso. The stewards chased the lizard away and practice resumed.

Goodbye Daniel? - further rumours about this being Daniel's last race, and discussion about him being replaced by Liam Lawson after the break to the next race. Daniel stated we will know more after the weekend, while his teammate Yuki Tsunoda made it clear he is completely uncertain about the situation with the seats at Red Bull, and that he is focussed on things he can control such as his own performance. After a disappointing qualifying, Daniel was clearly frustrated with the way things are going.

A Future for Franco - further conversation within the paddock about a seat for Franco Colapinto next year after promising performances over his time with Williams so far. The seat available to him is the second seat at Audi, which would pair him with Nico Hulkenberg.

George vs Pirelli - George spent a majority of qualifying ranting about the state of the tyres, expressing frustration with Pirelli for the inconsistency of their performance. Alex Albon also raised complaints about this.

Carlos Spins - Carlos Sainz hits the wall causing a red flag during Q3, disrupting flying laps from Lando Norris and other drivers. Carlos was okay, but was investigated by the stewards for crossing the track without permission when returning to the garage and has been fined 25,000 euros.

Charles' Lap Deletion - after initially qualifying P3, Charles' lap was deleted after he was found to have crossed the white lines on the track, pushing Lewis Hamilton up into P3, and moving Charles down to P9 just ahead of Carlos Sainz. Charles was clearly unhappy with this result.

Lando Takes Pole - for the sixth time this season, Lando Norris has qualified in P1. Every time he has started a race in P1 so far, he has lost that position within the first lap. He'll have to fight hard tomorrow to break that record.

Haas in Arlington Texas - after a flyer of a lap, Nico Hulkenberg managed to qualify in P6. With Singapore being a difficult track to overtake, it's looking like points for Haas tomorrow.

Max vs the FIA - after receiving community service for swearing in a press conference, Max Verstappen staged a protest against the FIA by refusing to properly answer questions in the conference after qualifying, asking the journalists to meet him outside afterwards where he proceeded to hold his own conference. Christian Horner was seen speaking to FIA officials after qualifying.

swagger SDMP day 3 highlights

keef has been found!!!

- meowriza found him a bit below swagger’s house, stuck in a boat in the hillside. chat had heard meows in this area on swagger’s stream yesterday, which meowriza used to track keef down

- she was sitting with a skeleton boss that shoots explosions, meaning if anyone aggro’d the skeleton it would explode and immediately kill keef

- swagger and meowriza circumvented this by breaking the blocks above the skeleton and burning him to death, rescuing keef!

- swagger wanted to make a backpack, but needed rabbit hide to make it. he goes back into the twilight forest, looking for rabbits or the map maze focus for an uncrafter. he explores a bit of the minotaur labyrinth and gets the maze focus first

- he puts a postcard on the wall to remind him to kill mikasacus… the first sdmp hit?
