I was thinking about this, so here’s:

He knows exactly what it’s like to finally have them gone, so he knows how happy you are. He’s already planning a party and trying to figure out how to get the local bakery to write “congrats on the titty eviction” on a cake.

Damien is trying to make sure you stay in bed. He knows you’re excited, and he’s thrilled for you, but the doctor said to stay put, god damn it. If you keep trying to run around like you didn’t just have major surgery, you’re going to hurt yourself. Yes, he knows they’re gone. He doesn’t need to see, he’ll be able to see the scars once it’s healed. Please do not take off the bandages. Lay still—

Gavin had to physically stop Huxley from giving you a massive bear hug. Hux forgot in that moment that he had to be careful, he was just so excited for his bro! He’s glad Gav stopped him, though, because he hugs tight when he’s super pumped. And besides, there’ll be hugs aplenty once you’re all healed up! He offers to help out any time you try reaching for something and reminds you to take it easy while you’re healing.

Caelum doesn’t fully understand, but he knows it made you happy! If it makes you happy, then it makes him happy, too! Your chest is still gonna be just as comfy to lay his head on once you feel better. He’s just glad that you’re smiling so much. He seems like the kind of person who, if you asked him “How do I look?” he’d reply with “You look like you, silly!” without quite realizing how happy that makes you feel. Endlessly supportive in his sweet Caelum way!

free idea for podcasters -- although like this has to have been done right? if so someone tell me pls -- found audio horror: an official TV show recap show. like The Official Dr Who Podcast, where they can get actual behind the scenes info and interviews and stuff. and they cover related news items (like the "someone is turning this overpass into a giant dalek" thing) except the show keeps breaking through to reality. ofc if it's dw the Dr is breaking through the transmission like in Redacted. but you could do it different ways. fake ads for example.

and you could have the actor and the character talking in the same conversation, the character talking to the writer, you could have plot points being echoed in reality (points if you play with real reality news items) or characters' actions affecting real events. you could have characters reacting to reddit discussions. and to fanfic

ok now what if instead of dw the tv show that's being recapped is something like old gods of Appalachia. eldritch hororr. or creepy sf like fringe or warehouse 13. like obvs you make up your own TV show to use but you see where I'm going

nb I think the listener comes in during season 6, because we all know shows get weird *after* season 5

oh and you have the hosts of the podcasts and the actors and everyone trying to keep season-arc secrets and say only proper positive things To Keep The Brand Happy bc it's a disney show also
