I'm curious to see what Redux!TPOT 19 and Redux!BFDIA 21 would be(if u redux episodes)

Hello hello! I do indeed redux episodes! I'm currently drafting season 1 still, as well as fleshing out the whole cast x-x

Redux!BFDIA 21 will be a challenge episode. Canon!BFDIA 21 and 22 will be merged here. (I have not seen BFDIA 22 yet), so the host and elimination will be revealed during Cake at Stake.

No matter who gets eliminated, there will be an emotional Pin moment. Pin and Coiny do not make up that easily as Pin has been sitting on a mountain of negativity and built incredibly high walls around herself. Coiny doesn't know how to get through those walls yet. Leafy will be hanging out with Pin some, whether it's by checking in on her during the challenge or dipping from hosting to hang out with her.

TPOT 19 raises one in my head for the redux. Why is Two responsive now, after months of nothing?

Simple answer: They've been projecting themself somewhere in their domain, somewhere the eliminated contestants can't reach. They've been leaving only to collect whatever food and drinks X has dropped off for them-- but sometimes they just. Don't bother.

Four taking Two's power like that... I'm iffy. Two is the most powerful algebralien(outside of 2763). It could be plausible, as Two hasn't been taking good care of themself, and thus their power drains enough for Four to take the rest or borrow it. The other option is Four catching Two the one time they're not projecting and asking Two for permission to have access to their domain because Two won't host-- and someone has to.

Two complies, so Four can do that. And project himself into Two's domain to get them to come OUT. Cue their talk as Four realizes One is lingering. Four may also try to get Two to fix the crack in the sky and Two will just. Kinda roll away sadly. Four asks Two for their power, Two questions why, Four snaps about the crack, and Two gives in. The rest of the episode may go similar to canon.

I've got a lot of work to do before I get to either episode 😅

BFDIA 21 gave me whiplash,! Funny and joyous as it was it just,, made poor pin's arc feel rushed in the end 😭 like. Pinm. You were full on defensive earlier that day . You and Coiny where just at each other's throats and as nice as it is to see best friends who make up so. Easily it just... Didnt feel proper for Pin and Coiny

ouhhh ii absolutely hated how rushed pins like. i guess redemption arc typa thing??? was in bfdia 21,,, i LOVED the episode but i wish leafy like. consistently bugged her throughout multiple eps and made her open up and stop putting up her hateful facade slower ya know?

i do get its probably because pins gonna be eliminated in bfdia 22 {i hope not but cmon its inevitable} so they wanted to wrap her arc up before they cant anymore but like. ya know???

I think that it's possible to do her character arc if she's eliminated OR if she's not eliminated. Hell, even if she wins the season.

Redux!Leafy is starting to open up after a period of isolation. She is actively searching out relationships and Pin happens to be one of the people she approaches.

I may let redux!BFDIA 21 be the challenge episode and have a special episode earlier in the season focusing on Leafy's time alone. Or just shorten the season by an episode.

Pin is angry. Pin is spiteful. Hurt people hurt people. She wanted to be herself-- she wanted what was best for her team and her friends and she did anything to see that though. However, in being vocal and loyal, people saw her as a boundary. As a threat. As a nuscuince.

So she will be a nuscuince. She will be a thorn in your side. She won't let people hurt her again-- she won't even give them the chance. Needle left her for FreeSmart, the team that censored Pin into oblivion. In BFDIA 13, Pin's song was hated by the judge but when her work was stolen and remixed, it was suddenly good??? What?

Pin and Coiny were gonna go far-- but he betrayed their friendship by brushing off WOAH Bunch's split. When he said "May the best person win!", Pin felt like she had been punched in the stomach. Her best friend just. How is he OKAY with this??

There are several ways this can go. I want Pin to reach an emotional climax where she breaks down.

Coiny being eliminated: Pin will rub it in his face. Pin will ask him if betraying her for the STUPID game was worth it with a big smile on her face. Deep down, she is ready to CRY. High chance if she and Leafy get close enough, Pin will break down.

Pin being eliminated: Pin tells Coiny that she hopes he's happy. Coiny says he is and that it's been a fun game-- he tells Pin that she's been a great ally and competitor and Pin doesn't know how to respond with words. She will go on to try to sabotage the players before she gets confronted and finally breaks.

Pin wins BFDIA: Completely relies on her winning in canon. She is SMILING, tearing up at the same time-- "Look at me! Look at how far I got in this stupid game without your help!" (Actively gesturing to Needle and Coiny) "All of those times I was left to rot, even when I had the whole game against me I MADE IT. I MMMMADE IT and won Dream Island. I don't even CARE about Dream Island anymore and I still- I still-" cue her falling apart on set.

Leafy: Last idea that came to mind. I really want their friendship to build up over a few episodes, with Leafy showing Pin that she is GENUINELY there for her and Pin struggling to believe her. Leafy can be intense and pushy, however, she's got good intentions. Being patient with Pin is what gets Leafy through Pin's high walls and gets Pin to finally break. I'm talking. Blubbering and tears and hiccupping. It is SAD.

I think talking with Needle, Coiny, or Leafy again after this could be the right steps to Pin realizing the mistakes the made. Yes, she was hurt. No, she shouldn't've taken it out on others like that. The guilt stays with her for the rest of her life.

Leafy knows what it is like to think of oneself as irredeemable. She can help Pin deal with that in IDFB alongside Coiny.

if you're comfortable with it, may i ask how old the contestants in the redux are?

it's a good idea to get into the timeline!! I need to map that out!

BFDI starts out in January 1st, 2010, contestants joining are usually between 18 and 25 years old.

The shortest gap between contested seasons is BFDI and BFDIA. BFDIA will start in mid-late 2011. BFDIA will last until ,, early 2013 maybe.

IDFB goes on from 2013 to 2015. BFB starts in early-mid 2015.

We know Pencil, first eliminated in BFB, is stuck in the EXIT for 6 years. This would mean TPOT 12 takes place in about 2021. SO! I will be making some changes there.

Two comes down during the middle of BFB-- possibly late 2015 or early 2016. This results in the show's length being shortened. With a gap between pre and post-split as the hosts figure out what to do from here on out, we're looking at 2017 being when BFB ends.

Two gets TPOT on its knees in 2016 and doesn't host beyond the first episode until BFB ends. So, like.. the contestants are waiting several years unless I shorten the time between that. Which I think is what I'll do.

TPOT episodes have the largest gaps of time between them because Two is always off doing things! Atwosment park, exploring, chilling, projects.! And Two's eventual bedrotting.

I need two years between BFB 30 and TPOT 18. I need a decent amount of time between BFB 1 and TPOT 12.

2010: BFDI

2011-2013: BFDIA

2013-2015: IDFB

2015-2017: (in order) BFB start, TPOT split, BFB end

2017: TPOT start

Early 2019: TPOT 12

Mid 2019: TPOT 13 - TPOT 15

2020+: TPOT ongoing
