now that the actual pattern is done, i wanted to drop my mountain of work in progress sketches/plans for the cordiform collection over here.

a small fun fact about me: i love vampires. this collection accidentally became very vampy for me - im even planning on theming the photoshoot around it. the "creature of the blood" items spawned from that vibe actually! (side note, if these do well i also want to make "creature of the night" variants in black chiffon with moonflowers and a bat wing shaped collar)

some planned items arent here at the moment - notably a new cloak design, but in rich dark velvets.

I love this kinda crossover!!!!! One of my favorite pass times is taking 2 shows I like and assigning characters roles from the other show, also drawing characters in other characters' outfits, so this was fun to ponder!!

he asks you for your opinions on the menu so far, the stools he's still not sure about, the volume of the television playing above, if the takeout box, filled with experimental flavours, he gave you for free a couple days ago had any winners. you answer happily, and even if it's a shrug or hand gesture meaning "so-so," osamu appreciates it all, deadset on turning your so-so's to something unquestionably good.

you're his secret to keep for a while, a good luck charm (for the whole staff, he specifies when you tease him about it) when you walk in. so when atsumu and his team visit for the first time since the grand opening, and one of the employees happily exclaims your name as the doorbell chimes, he shoots his twin a look. "wow, big shot, y'got regulars already?"

but atsumu's teasing lasts only a moment before his expression morphs into one of confusion, and then another—one a twin sends his twin when he realizes he's been kept in the dark about something, someone, that brings a sickeningly happy smile to the other's face. osamu isn't even looking at him when he answers—"yeah, one."

So i been slowly watching some Sonic X with me bro and I have some hcs—

1. Sonic seems to love the Chao + classic Sonic low-key mute + Chao don't really speak with words = Sonic grew up around/was raised by Chao

2. Sonic can't stand being trapped indoors without a clear escape route and is just fine sleeping under the stars or in a cave or up in a tree, but Tails needs a home so maybe Sonic and the Chao build a house for him to stay in. Sonic rarely stays in it himself but he does stay to take care of him for the first few years (Tails does not really remember most of this.)

3. Sonic learns to talk solely so he can talk to Tails

4. Once Tails is old enough (i.e can reach the counter and make himself food,) Sonic mostly leaves him to his own devices and goes back to his adventuring with the wind. The older Tails gets the more often Sonic dissappears randomly but he always comes back to check on his lil bro and likes to nap in the hammock Tails made him

Anyway point is I'm a big fan of Sonic's characterization in Sonic X and I'm barely three eps in this is exactly what I wanted from a Sonic show 10/10

Jason and Damian stay with the League. They’re basically royalty and functionally generals, completing missions with Talia and serving Ra’s and the needs of their family.

As such, a large portion of that is maintaining a public cover. Talia lives a very public life that she uses for political maneuvers.

Jason attends college and Damian attends school, everything is public record and on visas.

However, it isn’t until Bruce is required to attend one of Lex’s galas in Metropolis that he becomes aware of Talia’s status as a Mother.

It’s also the first time he meets her sons.

Cut to Bruce blue-screening as Talia introduces Jason and Damian al Ghul, who are the very picture of upper class royalty.

Nightwing and Robin are immediately in his ear over comms (teamed up with Uncle Clark to foil whatever plot is going on) asking what’s wrong as Bruce can’t take his eyes off his dead son and a child that looks like the spitting image of his father.

my stance has changed very slightly, thanks to @lizbethborden. yes men inherently do have power dynamics, but that does not mean every relationship will a male is toxic. a man naturally holds more power over a woman due to the patriarchy but it’s still the choice of the man to abuse that power. basically, a man CAN abuse his power over you but (I know this might be hard to believe for some) good men exist. my best friend is a guy and he’s awesome, he’s even got a girlfriend, he treats her amazingly. I understand that the power men hold over women can be scary and that’s valid, if you only wanna have relationships with women then that’s valid. but this doesn’t give you an excuse to be assholes to people because of how they where born.
