Long time no see. I am back again with how to use a corner punch and how to get rounded edges. You’re gonna need a corner punch and some nail files.

When punching out pages only do three or four pages at a time. Because if you do too much, it’ll be more difficult to punch evenly smoothly through the pages. The rounded corners can be used for a paperback as well as just a text block.

When you are done punching all of the pages. Take two different types of nail files one rough and one for smoothing and work your way along the edge of the paper. It might take a while to smooth everything out, but it all look good in the end. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message or comments on this post.

so go from this: a standard card you can get from a printing company (Vistaprint is common, though this is from Uprint) and go to this instead;

Beautiful rounded corners and a professional retail peg hole punch - perfect for actually being in retail stores or on a nice display at your local market or convention!

Don't wanna pay the absurd upcharge fees every time? Good, you don't have to! Buy the freaking punches/cutters online and do it yourself! It's a (much cheaper) one time purchase and then you can do it whenever! I got mine from Amazon as that was the best option available to me, but you can check out other specialty/stationary stores too!

Here's the little contraption that rounds out those pesky sharp corners (it has 3 different size options too!)

and for bonus tips here's the little adhesive tape thingy I use to stick my products onto the hanging cards (I kinda like this one, but I might try other ones in the future to see if any are better - sometimes the glue stuff has trouble rolling out and I have to re-do a section to get it to work)

And voila! You did it! You're ready to have the best display at your convention or hit the big leagues and provide professional merch at physical stores.

A work in progress... I finally got around to updating Phoenix's visual design. The 2011 version I included is pretty dated. I still like how its tail burns my eyes to dust if I look at it for more than 5 seconds though. I want to keep that but also expand her eyeburning repertoire and maybe even give her 1 more human form design since she IS supposed to have a ton. I would include native form variants like... piebald and stuff; even for Griffin I thought a melanistic or golden form would be cute, but man is it a lot of work and not top priority either. Suffice it to say, they have more range than what I depict. We'll see how much energy I'll have - I'm on the fence about drawing her fave human form for the sheet because I have recent examples of it. I've been putting off updating her self-roasting turkey form because... well look at it Anyway, now I can say "I have a tentacle cock monster mural on my acid trip chicken's ref sheet"

"this is your anchor point, make sure your drawing hand makes contact here, and then pull back—don't forget to breathe—and release." none of this was in actuality even the tiniest bit erotic, but the commanding timbre of her voice sent a fiery blush to the spot she caressed.

when you're struggling with a piece of your equipment, let's say your sling, she's quick to fix it for you, fiddling around with your fingers and slipping the shoelace loop back around your thumb. after making sure youre all set, she retreats to observe you shoot on your own.

you think you're hallucinating when you hear a husky comment, unmistakably in her voice, "thats it, baby. just like i taught you."

I like imagining that, while Vincent had a kind of grace and quiet peace that surrounds him, he's secretly (or not so secretly to anyone who knows him) quite clumsy.

He never ends the day without a coffee or tea stain on his white vestments.

He always seems to find a way to trip over absolutely nothing, managing to catch himself most of the time, but not always, though he is very good at bouncing back. His knees are somehow always scraped but no one can see them because he's dressed so elegantly.

His cutlery somehow manages to clatter on the floor at least once a meal, depending on how exciting the subject of conversation at the table is.

Meanwhile Thomas is the opposite. He appears anxious and tense, has long seemingly tangling limbs and plenty of nervous tics that make it seem like he might drop what he's holding or be confused as to what he's doing

But if you look twice, in reality he actually moves like a dancer. Every movement calculated but organic as if after years of practice and experience. He has different types of walks that convey different levels of authority or emotion, seamlessly switching from one to another. He pays attention to his surroundings as if god is instructing him where to look. Smooth and deliberate and easily looked over.

And he's never dropped a fork in his life.
