With only 6 weeks until the🗽New York City Marathon, Aimee is right on track with her program & looking as strong as ever💪! Thankfully, Aimee is a rockstar & gives 110% on everything, leaving me with very little concern 🙏 that she won't hold herself accountable when it comes to sticking with the plan. When was the last time you did something new? As a runner, I tend to look up new and quick exercises to better my running abilities such as A-skips by elevating your knees to your elbows while moving forward. In this post, I’m doing stiff legged lunges for 10 second pauses for the running stretch and balance. I tell you the truth right now, that new thing that you choose either little or big could lead you to accomplishing the goals you have set for yourself. I remember the first day I decided to read books. I chose Leadership and Christian books to grow the person I am today. If you don’t read, try. Plenty of options from fiction to nonfiction such as biographies which I also do like to read.
