First it was "Wow, this hair would be perfect for character A! But it's female-only and I'll never find a hair that would suit character B lol... maybe if I ever find something promising for them, I'll find a way to convert this hair too"

Then it was "holy crap this hair actually would be perfect for character B. Well, maybe someday I'll figure out how to convert this other hair for character A!"

Then it was "oh this person said yes to the request!! Okay, when they have time to get around to it some time in the future, I'll work on everything else."

NOW IT'S ALREADY BEEN CONVERTED and I'm running around like a headless chicken but it's so fun :D

Sul Sul! I'm Zoey and I'm brand new to simblr! I've been playing the sims since the ripe age of 8 (I'm 29 now 🤧). I haven't had a tumblr since I was 13 and posted/reblogged all sorts of cringe. As an indigeous decended south african, the situtation of Hoyoverse's colourism has made me beyond pissed cause Natlan was their last chance to show. I loved the designs, but I was literally wondering why the hell are they all white or at most have the barest evidence of a tan

My expectations for skintone diversity for Natlan was low due to Sumeru and I was still disappointed there. Culturally in the clothes, the cast seems too modern clothing.

I'm also beyond pissed that Hoyo fucked up with giving the name of the one unit in the cast since they knew they fucked up. there is an Olurun but in the ENG, he is captioned as Ororon. He was like the only unit outside of the poster girl Iansan who I expected to actually be darker and they went pale.

The silver lining here is the fact that a lot more of the different communities(language & region wise) are coming together. I do feel like maybe, just maybe Hoyo will listen now

In the meantime, I will likely try to pull the ones who I like and also specifically try and pull on those who are darker tone/have a semblence of a tan so hoyo can learn to give us better.

I will also figure out who I want to simify 1st with my hcs
