Wei Wuxian should be able to get drunk for once. I think he'd either be singing bawdy drinking songs on the roof of the Jingshi or he'd be getting irrevocably lost no matter where he is. He's found in the bushes behind the mountains like a cryptid, and then he's like "I can't believe you all got lost" (extremely slurred) as if he didn't get embarrassed by something Lan Wangji had said and just somehow disappeared when everyone looked back at him

anyway heres wonderwall The Gang (Wangxian & their fave group of ducklings) in a city known for its STRONG wine and wuxian being like well. ur all grown now, youre technically not juniors anymore. we have to see whos lasting the longest against this stuff!, smash cut to a suspiciously wei ying-less group of the worlds drunkest cultivators being wrangled through the woods by designated driver hanguang-jun, with at least 2 of them clinging to his robes at all times.

being a kh mobile fan is so funny because all the kh content i see is going off about motifs and parallels and the development within both the light/dark and interpersonal connection themes and dissecting how it affects the other events within the story… and then i go to the kh main tag and its ‘Top ten reasons sora and riku should make out on kairis grave (and this will make kairi a better character)’

I think today’s encounter with Ron could be a hallucination but the only thing that makes me hesitate to agree is Ron’s info on the federation. Info that we as an audience know is probably accurate but that q!Bad would have no actual way of knowing. He can’t hallucinate new information. Also, said information was exactly what he didn’t want to hear. If he was hallucinating a fantasy world where he didn’t accidentally kill/eat Ron, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me for his brain to include made-up federation info that actively upsets him. If it was a scary, negative hallucination maybe - it wasn’t though. Buuuut you never know I suppose. Either way I’ll enjoy it.
#idk I see the point with ‘Ron was hitting Bad and bantering and he wouldn’t do that’ but. I’d argue maybe he would#q!Bad physically tortured Ron ONCE with the soul vulture and then flipped to being nice to him almost immediately afterward#and it’s been a while since that flip happened so it’s entirely possible that Bad and Ron have been growing closer for that entire time#its hard to understand Ron’s sudden fine-ness with Bad’s presence because we don’t really see a majority of their interactions on screen#but it’s implied that they’ve spent quite a bit of time together since Bad decided q!Ron was someone he cared about#so Ron’s had a lot of time for the Stockholm syndrome to worsen considerably#in the face of a captor who has become kind#idk I don’t think their current dynamic is thaaaat far fetched#qsmp#qsmp badboyhalo#qsmp ron#also Stockholm syndrome isn’t really an official syndrome it’s validity is shakey at BEST#just a fun fact

Normal bout Kaito(u KID) hours again. Rewatching movies and episodes later where Kaitou KID appears just to know the difference in the glass of his monocle in each appearance. So far I've noticed that in Last Wizard of the Century, his monocle had a clear glass. While in Magician of the Silver Sky, his monocle had a light white tint to it. Then in Private Eyes' Requiem, his monocle had a light grey tint. And in Lost Ship of the Sky, his monocle had a bluish grey tint.
#ariambles#so Normal bout kaito im now checking to see the different ways animators in charge of an episode or movie draw his monocle's glass#i know it mostly has a clear glass in episodes tho but its fun to see how the glass is tinted in some instances. so far my fave is the tint#in lost ship of the sky. it obscures his other eye enough without completely blocking it out stylistically (like how its mostly done)#by just completely colouring the glass and it just looks really nice overall! the bluish grey tint fits with the rest of his outfit too#rn im checking the monocle in sunflowers of inferno and then i'll check fist of blue sapphire next. i gueeesss i'll check m27's too...

#not even in a small city but somehow i keep ending up in these situations and its actually really fun#esp on public transport#some humans do suck but humans as a whole oh man oh man oh man#mostly we just want to be kind und so#so far I met a woman who studied biology (and parasites) at kabul university when she was young#a cool tailor from right next to my home town who has lived 5 million lives#a rlly nice old man who told me he likes my outfit and told me abt the cool goth parties he used to go to (was wearing a goth fit)#and a hot woman with cool earings who did translations for dsa#love it here

#the way i think of them#every time i can't sleep theyre the only people i want to message or call or just.. hear from#every time something awful happens lately they're some of the only people i can think of that just... thinking about them cheers me up.#whenever something good or silly or fun or important or really pleasant or weird happens.. i want to tell them first and hear their#excited or happy or sweet or dumbfounded responses#when its late and im alone... i want to listen to their snoring... or feel my head against his chest but for longer than a hug this time#ive begun to be scared that im so full of love it physically repells my partners. i want to be good for them so bad that im rancid in#some way.#i want to be there beside each of them so badly that they pull back... and when i give them space? they dont seem to reach out to me first#i feel like im.. so far down the list. maybe just because they know ill be there so they dont idk. care to check in?#they've told me before that if im doing badly they trust/assume that i would tell them#i cant even get a paying-attention response to the positive news i give sometimes... let alone. what i feel like is. my constant bad news#i want to be good. i want to be positive and hopeful and trusting and optemistic and patient#i feel like such a “maybe” or an “eventually”. i feel replacable and every way theyve tried to explain that im not its just...#them describing me as something sooo special im either too much. or that they think im too fragile or too explosive. or that they want#to meet someone else or more people who make them feel like i do. like im just a collectable trinket they can catch more of when they#dont want me specifically around but someone who does as much for them as i might. or can make them feel as loved as i honestly do love them#and they deserve that.#they deserve more than just me#they both do#i am disabled and im dramatic and im terrified of living this way and i feel so lonely whenever im in any company but theirs#because i either dont know how to interact well wifh others. or when i do get along with someone... it ends up gettin really scary for me#really quickly.#met nice friends? turns out they were mid-drug-relapse and want my help getting sober#met people i had stuff in common with in adult only spaces?? turns out they were lying about half of the details about themselves to fit in#reconnected wifh kind old friends? one of them is belligerent and mean almost daily and they others arent comfortable being near that#open up to my family about my struggles? get told i should leave#ive vented before on this blog and others that tbh most of the time my main reason for not doing really impulsive bad things to/for myself#is my fiancé. he's my best friend and my motivation and my love and my family... and now i have a seocnd partner as well and I#feel similarly and really strongly about them as well

as life would have it I started wonderful precure today! watched 4 episodes... thoughts in the tags as per usual, so far it feels very fun and fresh in a way I'm enjoying a lot
#vi rambling#wonderful lb#to start of. i think its very interesting how characterisation preferences evolved over the years in terms of writing#because i think now that im fresh off of heartcatch i can confidently recognize writing trends that shifted which i think is interesting#the characters in wonderful feel very contemporary so its very fun! i love iroha even though i barely really know her bevause something#about her feels fresh and less trope-based as heartcatch was#(not that being trope-based is bad! i just think its interesting to see the shift)#something i really like so far is rhe voice direction. the characters have very distinct and natural voices in a way i enjoy...#irohas voice being on the lower register is really fun (thank you atsumi tanezaki once more-)#i really like komugi.... this series did very well when it comes to translating animal designs to human designs#the transformation sequences are super pretty. generally the animation is fluid and naturalistic which i really like#SATORU.... what a nice addition!! i like that we have an outsider perspective and i think this dynamic is very cute#i am looking at mayu.... ik she'll get slow and careful development and im very excited for that. shes very cute#generally theres something grounded about these 4 episodes in a way i just really like.#a lot of attention to small details (how the animals move and behave) (komugi having her doglike personality that makes it impossible#to forget shes a dog) (the careful characterisation of mayu so far) i like it a lot#i can definitely see why theres such an overlap between pokemon horizons fans and wonderful precure fans#and i mean that in a very very good way because as you all know... i love horizons SO much.#these are my general thoughts for now !!

actually scratch that. i take back what i said about leo mainly bc odin’s goofy little ówò faces ARE adorable in it and made up about 70% of the reason i now consider the fates manga peak content even if it is sadly only 16 chapters </3
yeah honestly like i know leo was the most popular fates character but i j kinda assumed this was written well before that poll came out so i was kinda surprised?? but from what i skimmed through (and i did read a few scenes in full) its actually rly interesting to hear it from his perspective and i think its p cool especially cuz it might build off of the leo centric drama cd (MAYBE. i dont actually know im gonna have to relisten to that and then read this) but hes j a funky guy. though i also appreciate the scenes with more xander focus bc 1) laslow and 2) hes just kinda like. LIKE HES SOOOO “dont say anything bad about king garon even though hes the worst guy in the history of guys and kills—not just kills but MURDERS people” like why are we thinking like this buddy. ur sooo interesting lets talk about that!!

COME ONN#but also its like leo has mc energy written all over him i get the choice#i think he shouldve been a bigger player in conquest like i think his issues with xander shouldve been a bigger plot point#and not just shoved to the side in supports like its so.#i need to stop before this gets to long (it already is) but man. nohr sibs. love em <3
