there is something interesting about the core conflict at all of the skaldova pcs being this idea of shame, with Welly clinging to rituals and tradition out of the shame of her own natural desires, zudrick hiding the mistakes one can plainly see littered across his body under literal armor, and boggy lying about what actually happened to the buds. And it’s like, they don’t necessarily exonerate each other of the shame, but more so provide each other with the possible avenues in which they could exonerate themselves

I feel like these 2 scenes greatly contradict each other, the first I thought was establishing that Zooble is in some way afraid of what Caine would do if he didnt like them, so theyre not looking to give him a reason NOT to.

But then here they’re pushing him, and not reacting to his incredibly sudden blow up. I discussed this with my sister to which she suggested that maybe the blow up happened only in Caines head which im not against, but still doesn’t explain Zoobles pushing him.

Perhaps they’ve just grown used to this because more therapy sessions have happened since ep 4, but if that were the case why wouldn’t they show that or have a line about it?

Considering that in regards to walpurgis progress for lobcorp we're just a little behind Malkuth's suppression as well as the fact that there have been many memory repos (as Rodya and Don's uptie stories imply), I think there's a solid chance that we'll get different ego gears for all the sinners. After Gebura's suppression we might also get sinners wearing the same ego, so we can hypothetically get smile ego for both of the smoke war veterans without one of them getting the LoR ego instead.

Thoughts on Selena Kim?

Unfortunately she bears the curse of being sidelined in orv so there's not much material to go off of. the obvious facts are that she's kind and loyal to a fault, her loyalty and strength (?) is probably the only reason why anna took her in as a right hand man in every regression (and yet anna still couldn't trust her completely). she wouldn't want anything bad to happen to anyone but she still had to kill someone to clear the first scenario, I can imagine that it completely CRUSHED her (selena with survivor's guilt..)

Headcanon-ish territory but imo selena would be the self-sacrificial type, with her personality and her being the original owner of king of no killing—what would she need it for? not for herself I bet, it would be like some type of atonement. Her obtaining the attribute was probably also anna's doing, she would have made selena use it to save her (her other attribute is literally KING'S GUARDIAN!!!!! she would've saved anna even if she wasn't asked to)
