Welp, this may be the most controversial and very different Tumblr post I've ever made. So I just wanna say that recently, I became the latest hater of that one South Park ship that involves Timmy and Jimmy and that I used to love them until now. Why? The first one may be a long story tho but I'll give it a small detail to say here. around 2021, I was fooling around on Pinterest and even looking through anyone's South Park save section (the public ones to be exact). However, that's when I saw something that made me stop scrolling all the way: there's this censored CP pic of Doctor Timothy and Fastpass. (Whoever saved/created that, what in the solar system is wrong with you? go eat grass like a goat or smth.) Edit: most of their saves aren't actually nsfw but the one pic I've mentioned is, and if you're wondering why I fool around on Pinterest and even look through their saves without them knowing? That is because I wanted to find/look for any fanart that caught my eyes and I wanted to save them until I accidentally stumbled on this pic, well, regardless, I still fool around on Pinterest to find any good fanart that caught my eyes to this day, but I'll never bother seeing through the save itself ever again since that and I'll try to be careful. Second. Tho in the movies I have to disagree about how there was no development, the development is one of the things that makes me LOVE broppy!

In the first movie Branch HATES Poppy while Poppy just dose her lovely friendship thing. At the end they come to understand each other and become friends 🥹! In the second movie Branch is head over heels for the sweet Queen of Pop but she has this huge issue with not listening to anyone and he just has issues, hence their fight after they leave the Funk Kingdom. At the end of the movie they admit they love each other and they start their relationship! In the last movie it’s apparent that Poppy is trying to listen and Branch is trying to open up more! That’s why I love the scene where he leaves his bros and him and Poppy have a talk, it really shows the development! She’s making an effort to be there for him and LISTEN while he’s making an effort to not shut the people he loves out (Sorry if this doesn’t make sense, idk how to verbalize what im trying to say 💀💀)

Thought I have to agree that they could have done a lil more with Broppy throughout the movies. THEY WERE SO CUTE WHEN THEY WERE FLIRTING 😭😭❤️!! I hope in the next movie they give us the broppy content we crave 💀💀

He is not just a cock-thirsty shallow Joker 😭 there is depth to him! He's passionate, driven, so terribly embittered by being shunned and cast aside, yet he respected Hector and still cares for Julia, he refused to hurt her even when Cursed! He tainted his body in a show of loyalty to a Lord who only saw him as a tool, and let the clothes rot off his body to show himself in his truest self! And so he too saw himself as a weapon and took pride in that role! And yet he's a hypocrite who falls prey to his own emotions and desires, because if he truly was a weapon he wouldn't have been jealous of Hector getting everything he wanted! He wouldn't have been consumed by his own (admittedly understandable, Hector really was cruel to him) hatred to the point of dying! He did all he could to cast away a humanity he felt had no need for yet he was so terribly human, much like his master! And he died as a tool, and a defective one too!

fhsdkjghjksdhgkjh my boy i love him so much he's complex and fascinating and even relatable in some aspects but no one except my enlightened besties, mwah understands him and they reduce him to a crazy bdsm joke 😭😭😭

Circle of the Moon is a bad game. I genuinely cannot understand what people like in it, because if you want a hard Igavania, OoE is right there and is less pointlessly cheap. CoTM clearly tried to fix SoTN's absolutely non-existant difficulty, but it went about it the worst way possible, to the point that even moving around is painful, let alone orienting yourself in this dim, boring castle full of dead ends that forces you to go through the Abyss Stairway over and over again. I ain't forgiving it for the shit it pulls after you defeat Hugh and you have to dodge those dark knights without healing up :^)

By contrast, I find Harmony of Dissonance very fun, I love the psychedelic colors, I love the chiptune eerie music, the game is so fun to break and speedrun, Juste most OP Belmont come at me.

I think my overall biggest take is... the games have a solid lore and story. It's a shame that they get put aside (not here on Tumblr, but definitely in places like Reddit) for the sake of propping up the show. Dracula's Curse has some crazy intricate lore when you put everything together. Games parallel each other, like HoD being written to be a prelude to Richter's fall from grace. You can get everything you need to know about Simon's personality, who otherwise never speaks in a main game, simply by that scene in Simon's Quest where he makes a grave for Dracula. The games are so fun to read between the lines, they hit that perfect balance between giving you enough information to get you interested and leave enough room for thought and interpretation.

... I also don't hate DoS' anime style. I think it's cute. PoR is the one that really got hit by the ugly stick, I think.

hello! sorry about this but do you have any tips for newly started writers trying to write fanfics with donnie because im currrently stressing out on how to write his dialogue i dont want to mischaracterize him at all, or write something that sounds like something he would NEVER say. so if you could do you mind sharing advice for his dialogue?

yk, I had the same worries when I decided I wanted to start writing tmnt content, so I completely understand! i don’t stress about it much anymore because i feel like as long as i’m happy with what I write then someone else out there will be able to understand where I’m coming from, so don’t sike yourself out about it too much!

advice for Donnie’s dialogue hmmm, in the beginning i would rewatch the show and pick up on his catch phrases that he uses a lot, that way even if i say something he’s never said in the show, i at least use his signature, “Greetings” “Oh Galileo” “New York, what a town!” things of that nature that he just repeats a lot! Mostly though I make playlists that give Donnie vibes, if I think a character could relate very hard to a song I’ll have it on repeat whilst writing.

Otherwise I just try to put myself in the characters shoes, it’s easiest with Leo for me. In Donnie’s case he’s such a nerd who gets obsessed with things, he can ramble on and on if he’s comfortable, in Rise he talks a lot about this bad boy image, I guess just understanding his characterization really! He uses big fancy words but has to dumb it down most of the time! The hardest part for me is pretending to know what the hell he’s talking about science/technology/math wise 💀

I honestly don't know many theories. . . most of the ones I've heard are intriguing or I agree with. However unlikely, some might make the story better, so I guess I don't have an answer for this one.

Already answered with one, so I'll go secondly with Odango. Maybe I have predisposed hate to it because I love Odazai so much, but also I just don't see it. They barely have any interaction in Dark Era by themselves. I'd understand Dazai and Ango more than Oda and Ango. Fan art that makes them "Dazai's guardians" during Dark Era just pisses me off.

💚: What does everyone else get wrong about your favorite character?

To me, Dazai is like a jaded version of Tamaki from OHSHC. I think he's terrified all the time of losing his friends but he doesn't let the anxiety take over. He's not the goofing off kid in class, he is the teacher's pet but he will be a little shit with his friends. His personality is overconfident because he's insecure.

The thing people get wrong about him so often is that he was forced into the mafia by Mori, but I think it was more his decision. They're total equals and Mori is even afraid of him taking over his position. Having said that, I think Dazai was searching for change even before Oda died. He's so bored with life that I can't believe the Mafia wasn't even a bit monotonous and unfulfilling. And I think he directly said he didn't want to become the Mafia boss in Fifteen (but don't quote me on that). Helping people has genuinely made him a better person who's more invested in life. Softie, sweetie, ADA Dazai deserves to be protected

okay, you're right. i didn't just ignore it. that's on me i guess. but still, i brought it up because it's relevant to what people have been talking about in the fandom. i'm not "making fun" of anything or anyone. i said three things "blinks in confusion", "ollie's right there", and "you try getting abused.."

i didn't attack anyone (didn't even tag the author because it's not important). yes, i did jokingly suggest the author listen to the audios next time but the point of the post is to essentially shed light onto how common and frankly annoying the mischaracterization of darlin and sam is. i did read the comments, and yes the author did acknowledge that they probably tagged their works wrong and they should fix it. and something something, insulting peoples' headcanons about darlin and wanting to write them as a bad person. that's fine, people can do what they want. but the tags haven't changed and i do think it's important for people to tag their works correctly in order to prevent people from taking their opinion on a character the wrong way. if it is canon divergent then say that, and don't attack the people who are kind of rightfully so confused and annoyed at the blatant misconception of a character. but whatever, i can't blame an oversight on a person, that's my bad.

at the end of the day, the point i was initially trying to make still stands because there are people that think like this after barely listening to the audios (and i'm not all too convinced that the author doesn't believe in their own "headcanons"). i may have taken one person's unhinged work out of context (barely) but the point still stands. interpretations of characters and works of fiction can 100% be wrong (look at literally every redacted character ever honestly), and sometimes it's okay to explore that. just not when people are frankly passing it off as canon without letting anyone know it's not canon. i wasn't intending to "call someone out" because i honestly don't care who wrote it and i wouldn't have cared to find out. i don't know how to explain to make you understand but i was looking at the tags just to look at the tags. i took that screenshot months ago just because i thought it was so ridiculous it was funny. i wasn't trying to attack a creator because i don't care enough for that. at the end of the day, we're arguing about asmr rp characters and the second i leave tumblr, i forget about it.

i think he'd be pretty good at keeping things lowkey. he acts the same towards everyone with some exceptions to you, so i'd say 10/10.

definitely not touchy in public (nor in private to be honest), but he's definitely into the little moments.

little moments like making eye contact from across the room and sending you the slightest hints of a smile.

or even grazing your pinkies together when your walking side-by-side in thr middle of the campus hallways.

there are bits of physical affection here and there, but the main thing that gives this man away is the quality time and acts of services that he does towards you.

hatiham doesn't spend nearly as much time with others as he does with you. you're always with him whether it be in the library studying, in a coffee shop while he reads a book, or in museums looking around and scuptures and paintings.

it's especially in crowded places like museums and coffee shops where he does small actions of adoration and affection.

like when you guys go on study or book dates, you'll feel his eyes on you when you're trying to write something down or read something.

when you look at him to ask you what's wrong, he's simply staring at you with a soft expression that screams nothing but admiration and love. it's quite endearing really, to see his ears turn the lightest shade of pink afterwards.

"do you need something, haitham?" you ask, the smile he loves so much gracing your features. he gently shakes his head, reaching his hand out on the table to take yours, "no. nothing. i was just admiring you, is all."

there's a constant redness of his usually pale cheeks is a dead giveaway to your relationship, and he's pretty protective too so i'd say a 6/10.

whenever you catch xiao staring at you, his cheeks and the tips of his ears immediately burn red, and he whips his head around so fast.

people always notice and his friends always tease him for it, but he can't help such a reaction when what he thinks is the most stunning person is looking right at him.

or whenever he looks around the room to search for you only to find that you're already looking at him… his cheeks are literally on fire.

the adorable glow on his cheeks isn't the only sign he gives though. mind you, this man is very protective over you.

he wants to make sure that absolutely no harm comes in your way, and he'll do anything to make sure of that. he doesn't care if your relationship would be exposed that way, all he cares about is your overall safety and wellbeing.

he's the type of man who pulls you closer to him while you're crossing the street or walking by the road, having his hand on you in some way in case anything happens.

the type of guy who brings random stuff like bandaids, hair ties, and sweets for you just in case you need anything.

he's also constantly asking how you are through text, just in case you need him to do something or in case you need him by your side for whatever reason.

my favourite part about secret relationships with xiao is the kind of dates you'd have. he's definitely the type of man to do homey, indoor dates. he'd build lego bouquets for and with you, he's sit for hours bingeing movies or series you like, relax and read a book with you, or even just nap and cuddle. even though your dates are mostly at home to keep away from the prying eyes of others, he's sure to make it something you'll always love and never regret.
