we as a fandom need to focus more on the fact that the bots helped raise literally every generation of walters after col walter like?? i feel like people just gloss over/ignore that but its just SUCH a good relationship dynamic. every single walter grew up thinking of the bots as like super cool uncles/aunts that take them out for icecream and are FAMOUS (read: get stares because they are literal robots) then they grow up like. oh. these guys are stupid actually and should really not be allowed out the house without adult supervision. but do it anyways because meeh they've been at it 20/50/70/100 years, whats the worst that could happen? (a lot. a lot could happen. it keeps getting worse)

here's another guy from my head

his name is Ida. he works in marketing, has only 9 fingers and thinks he's the shit (he's not). his biggest enemy is GG because she said that "we make robots" is a terrible slogan once. he threatens quitting every week but never follows through with it because his daughter is way too enamoured with walter workers and he wouldn't be able to take her to work anymore. he adresses everyone by surname but whenever the topic of his name comes up he makes up a lie on the spot. nobody knows why he was hired in the first place but everyone feels too bad to fire him now. he likes root beer 👍

For those unaware, this is my Steam Powered Giraffe fanbot, Pluto! Their design is inspired from the Rococo fashion from when I was in Cinderella, the painting Starry Night, and the aroace flag. If you want the whole story you can read that over here

Colt is a nuclear physicist and specialized in Blue Matter radiation. She attends shows with the robots to make sure that if a disaster happens with the matter cores, they're able to take care of it. Though, usually he ends up sitting backstage or dragging the deactivated robots around lol

They started at Walter Robotics as an intern still in university (majoring in nuclear physics, minoring in robotics). For the robotics class ISU task, they were supposed to create a humanoid or animal-like robot. Colt, figuring that they were already interning at Walter Robotics, figured "borrowing" some scrapped robots as a base couldn't hurt. That's where he acquired Sulfur. They ended up building off his existing code, alongside repairing any missing parts. They also ended up getting a bit carried away, and installed a blue matter core. (Where'd they get the blue matter as an intern? Idk lmao)

When she presented Sulfur to his class, they were impressed, up until Sulfurs systems began to malfunction. He was shut down before anything had happened. As Blue matter is said to rather dangerous, the university expelled Colt for endangering other students. While this was a loss in one way, Walter Robotics noticed the work they'd done on Sulfur and hired them full time!!!

TLDR; colt is Sulfurs step-parent and got expelled for it

Hey erm i wanna talk abt my spg fan characters......hai

Krass is a robot built to work as a security guard/construction worker, technically hes The Spine's son, but he's been neglected for the majority of his life. He has a brother, but im still working on that, so I'll update this when i finish that. Also, a sister who belongs to @bonesybonez (srry for the @ if you dont want it 😭). He left his job and kinda spiraled into an addict after Sid died. There's more about that, but i wanna keep this short because it's almost 1am, and i dont wanna bother rn.

NOW FOR MY BABY BOY

Sid Ziad, a 30 year old ghost still stuck in the 27 year old body he died in, is extremely fucked up and i love him. Hes just a lil arab trans boy!!!! AHEHFHF I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. He grew up in Toronto and moved to the U.S after getting to 18 years old. He got to work for Walter Robotics for 5ish years before he died. Poor lil fella. Also, blah blah, mommy issues, and a very awful relationship with food.

Krass is NOT a good boyfriend at all. He's incredibly possessive and controlling, and he can't control his emotions at all, so he's always starting arguments. And to him, to start an argument, he feels like he has to insult every single thing about the other person, so he'll purposely trigger Sid ESPECIALLY when they're fighting. Erm. Yeah, he's not the best. I hope i dont sound too edgy with this. I just like torturing my ocs.

Crash Landing

Here’s something I wrote for my oc Sparky a few weeks ago. I spruced it up a little for you guys though!

Peter Walter VI heard a sound one day while he was just waking up. It was not unlike if a meteor could scream. He rushed to the window just to see the flaming mass crash into his front lawn, making a large crater. The unidentified falling object couldn’t have been bigger than a person.

He rushed to the front yard and saw the smoking crater was littered with burnt and jagged metal and scraps of clothing scattered about in the general shape of a humanoid robot, along with broken human bones that seemed to radiate faint red light.

The only thing unscathed was a blue matter core, light swirling inside it but protected by the reinforced crystalline glass on the octagonal boiler plate on which a switch rested. Swirls of red tinged the areas around them towards periwinkle. The switch was flipped in an upper position, such that it looked like the letter M.

The pieces were already starting to put themselves back together, centralized around the core. metal joined metal, all wrapped around bone.

Eventually the automaton had enough pieces together to think, look and see, and she got a good look around herself.

“Ah scrap, I broke my plasma revolver.” She sounded disappointed but not too concerned, and her voice carried a bit of a British accent. She opened her mouth and fitted the last jaw hydraulic in place after she spotted it on the ground. The pieces that were too damaged to go back in place were left behind, and her self repair systems started synthesizing new ones.

“Sparky. You don’t need a plasma revolver here,” Six gently reminded her. He hadn’t seen her since he turned 18, but he still remembered how she tended to be like after getting back from space.

“Ah you’re right. I could probably take out most of the mortals on this planet with my bare hands. Even if I die a few times in the process.” She found her arm and attached held it near her shoulder, her systems getting the message and connecting the springs in her shoulder joint until it looked good as new. She moved the arm around a little to make sure it functioned good as new too.

“Well you don’t need to take any mortals out. Because that’s murder, which is, you know, illegal.” Six offered Sparky a hand to help her get out of the crater, which she took, standing up to see what was left of her clothes.

“Eh, laws are just for people who care about consequences. I can’t die and I could break out of any prison.” Sparky looked around for her signature purple wig and sighed when she found it burnt beyond repair. “Looks like I’m going to need all new clothes. That crash landing was not kind to any of my belongings.”

“Yeah, I was going to ask. Why come crashing down from the sky?” Six asked, tilting his head in confusion, since his mask prevented him from conveying it with his face.
