๐Ÿค” HOW FAST WAS THE REPโ‰๏ธ - 500lb from the other day back after a few weeks. It took less than a second to go up. - Youโ€™ll think I could get this for 16 reps plus โ‰๏ธ Most ever was 15 reps w/ a belt a year and a half ago. Now to even gain 1 rep on any exercise itโ€™s so difficult to do it naturally. It really does take a while because you arenโ€™t always at your strongest. Keep in mind itโ€™s not healthy to be maxing out all the time. Your nervous system needs time to reset. Thatโ€™s exactly the reason I like RPE. ( Rate if Perceived Exertion ) Because itโ€™s not really predicated on weight. WorkOut WedNesday | @mulo_motivation ๐Ÿ”†Tips & Tricks๐Ÿ”† - ๐Ÿ— Protein In The Diet - First of all itโ€™s important because of amino acids that make up protein which are responsible in everything to do with structure, hormones, to our enzymes, immune chemicals, the transportation of protein in our body and more. - If you donโ€™t get enough amino acids youโ€™ll be in a negative net protein balance which has to do with your nitrogen in vs output. Essentially what I am trying to say is if you donโ€™t get enough amino acids and the net protein balance is Low for too long. You lose some vital functions. They shut down - How you can solve this problem is by fixing your diet. Adding more protein rich foods in your regiment. I wonโ€™t get into the categories of amino acids. This is just for another that reads to understand. - You can get protein from things such as eggs, casein protein, cottage cheese, chicken breast, lentils, Beef , Pork etc... additionally if you are someone that exercises. Have at least .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight. If you are cutting , due to low calories have at least 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body to preserve more muscle. Itโ€™s vital to have enough protein in your diet, because protein has essential amino acids your body needs to function properly. It goes deeper than just building more muscle or keeping muscle, itโ€™s for your health. Further more keep in mind your body is a temple. Treat yourself like it with how you eat.
