Hi I'm an anxious mess and I'm always afraid to post progress pics ESPECIALLY SINCE I'M A BIT OF A PERFECTIONIST

Exposure therapy has helped me a lot in my journey of overcoming social anxiety and I'm tired of being a lil baby about it and pretending to be someone I'm not??? Sometimes I let my personality shine through, but mostly it's a coverup cause I'm afraid I'll say something FUCKING STUPID CAUSE I DO THAT A LOT IRL or come off weird. I also swear like a sailor and think that's gonna make people mad :)))) I wanna try commenting more and chatting more, tired of living under a rock woopsies

What I'm trying to say is hey! I'm Squidd and this is my fursona! Gonna be myself a bit more, I feel like Tumblr is a safe space for that. I got raging unmedicated ADHD, nasty social and general anxiety, I love fish in like a marine biology kinda way (I wanted to be a marine biologist, but I'm a scared little country girl and all those schools were in the city teehee) and SOME of my fav bands are igorrr, primus, puscifer, deftones, tomahawk, tallah and ho99o9. I got a fulltime job (ew) so I do art on the side mostly for my friends and myself.

This is gonna be her "ref" for artfight (I ain't got like any real refs for artfight, that's a lot of fucking work yikers, I'm impressed by all the people I'm seeing making ref sheets for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEIR CHARACTERS??? DAMN, SLAY)

I made an OC for @glitchy-squidd 's fanfic, Frighteningly Intriguing! These two have been running circles in my brain for weeks. Love this story. I've never had a fanfic genuinely creep me out so bravo. Love their dynamic. On that note, don't you just hate it when your sinister plans get foiled by the power of friendship? Anyway, can't wait to make more art!

Status update: I GOT A JOB FINALLY LETS GOOOOOO

Will be answering all older asks, then cycling through what I want to provide as far as icons and story. Some of the asks will not have pictures but it depends on if I'm rapid fire.

Update to Casts will be made. I'll be for real, these last few months have drastically changed my art style due to Life Events like losing a job and needing to do commissions to pay my bills DESPERATELY. So there are improvements imo and as well as I draw a bit less stiff!
