Swesson AU where they’ve been together for 2 years when they accidentally find out that they’re brothers. John had lost it and given them up when Mary died, and they got adopted by different families. Dean knew he was adopted, but he never thought that his boyfriend Sam was the same person as his brother Sammy because Sam didn’t know he was adopted.

It happened because Dean wanted to find out more about his biological family, and Sam was supportive because why wouldn’t he be? But then he sees Sam’s name and everything crashes down. Sam calls his parents and they confess that he was in fact adopted, but they didn’t know he had a brother.

Sam wants to pretend nothing ever happened, that they didn’t see anything. He says that nothing’s changed, that they’re the same people they were yesterday and they’re still in love. Dean hesitates. He still remembers carrying his baby brother out of that burning house, and he remembers how much he screamed when they were separated. He can’t believe he didn’t realize the second he looked into Sam’s gorgeous hazel eyes. Now, he can’t reconcile those memories with the life he’s built with Sam.

Eventually, Dean realizes that even though he loves Sam as his brother, he loves him as his boyfriend more. He agrees to pretend nothing happened. In fact, it ends up bringing them even closer together. He loves making up for lost time taking care of his baby brother, and Sam enjoys the attention

I feel like Dean Smith and Sam Wesson don't get enough attention.

Picture this-

Sam making up excuses to go up to Dean office so he can get fucked over the table. Dean covering Sam's mouth as he pounds into him so their co-workers won't hear. Not juat because they shouldn't be fucking on the job, but because no one deserves to hear how pretty Sam sounds when he moans.

Sam taking the walk of shame back to his cubicle, all flushed and limping. Everybody knows what happened. Sam spending the rest of the day with sticky underwear and overhearing people speculate if him and the boss got it on.
