I had a chance to try this last night!

It's called "Ale-8-One" and not Ale-8 as I assumed (my only reference being a drawing of Kentucky Miku holding a bottle)

IT'S NOT AN (alcoholic) ALE

The predominant note in the flavor is fresh ginger. It's better than ginger ale, somewhat sweeter.

It's caffeinated?? Probably not a great idea to drink this before bed.

"A Late One" is 1920s slang for a fresh new trend. You will also have A Late One if you drink this at night (see previous point).

I'd definitely drink this again.

thinking abt the week i worked a cracker barrel and the manager was like “i’m not used to everyone knowing what they’re doing, guess i’ll go sit in the office!” everyone was yelling at each other bc nobody was replacing the biscuits and multiple trays of drinks shattered on the floor due to nobody communicating when they were walking. i had to-go orders that were taking 40+ minutes to go out and nobody was helping me take phone orders at all. um.

One of the hosts at Olive Garden was also a host at Cracker Barrel. And tonight she told me that people are only nice to me because I scare them.

#limon talks #i had these cheesecake pancakes at cracker barrel and they were pretty good #so im trying to figure out how to make it at home #sadly this recipe i followed isnt quite as tangy as regular cheesecake #but i think its a step in the right direction #maybe if i add more milk at the start i can make it more of a sauce #or at the end idk #as for the tanginess maybe i need sour cream #or more lemon juice
