i have been watching a lot of taskmaster australia in the past couple days, and i am extremely charmed by the assistant. i am trying to capture his earnest Just Happy To Be Here energy. he's like a kid on bring your kid to work day who's been given a task to count things.

i know jeremy wells gets a lot of flack for his interpretation of the taskmaster but i love the different spins other taskmasters and assistants put on the role. i feel like paul would lick jeremy’s shoes just as readily as alex would lick greg’s with the difference that jeremy would never ask for that, which, for a taskmaster’s assistant, is its own type of cruelty.
