LOWKEY ALWAYS SIDGENO-ING IN MY HEART... teddy teekays known sc87 defender and enjoyer.... my very first introduction to hockey all the way back in 2021 was via the pens/my friend who was a huge pens fan so i just sort of absorbed sidgeno via osmosis before i branched off to do my own thang and they will always have a special place in my heart 🫶 plus also i firmly believe that they are like... mandatory understanding for any hockey fan like yes obv from an rpf standpoint but even just as a fan of the game and the teams and duos who crop up because of it you have GOT to admit that their whole thing is fucking insane and singular and beautiful!!!! only for pittsburgh, always with sid.... truly crazy stuff happening over there

Sitten lisäksi mulle varmaan tulee mieleen tämmösiä, jotka johtuu siitä, mitä hahmoa mä pelaan, niinku et mun on varmaan luonnollisesti paljon helpompi nähdä Teddyn koko Adan sumutus oikeutettuna tai ainakin ymmärrettävänä, koska mä nään sen Teddyn näkökulmasta. Tai niinku, mitä itse tekisit, jos sut palkattaisiin vakoilemaan jotakuta (kuitenkin sen ihmisen perheenjäsenen toimesta, ei kenenkään, joka haluis sille pahaa) ja sitten rakastuisit siihen korvias myöten. Ei se olis niin helppoa olla rehellinen. Kans toinen esimerkki, vaikka mä vitsailen siitä, kuinka tyhmiä sääntöjä Sam on päähänsä maailmasta kyhännyt, mä ymmärrän tosi hyvin, miksi sillä on päässään sellaisia ja mä uskon, että se, et se on tommonen kärtty käntty, on monilta osin ollut tolle ystäväporukalle hyödyllinen ja hyvä asia.

Mä en ole sanonut tätä riittävän selkeästi, koska sä luulit ilmeisesti vielä tänä vuonna mun vitsailleen tai liioitelleen koko meidän suhteen ajan: Mä en tykännyt 2017 leffasta yhtään. Se on musta huono, tasapaksu ja tylsä, eräät hahmot (köh hietanen) on käsitetty aivan väärin, siinä ei ole mitään oivaltavaa tai yhtään mitään syytä, miksi se piti tehdä. Se on ylipitkä piinaputkitöräytys, jolta Les Misin on pakko tuntua sellasten ihmisten mielestä, jotka ei pidä musikaaleista. Ainoo tapa, millä siitä elokuvasta voi nauttia, on katsella yksittäisiä giffejä tumblr piste edussa ja muistella yksittäisiä roolisuorituksia.

Linnan kirja on oikeesti hyvä. Ellei lasketa Raili Kotilaista, se on tosi hyvä kirja. Se tasapainottelee hyvin ihmisyyden, huumorin, yhteiskuntakritiikin ja sodan hirveyden välillä. Aiemmat leffat on onnistunut jopa kääntämään osan siitä valkokankaalle. 2017-leffa on viisitoista tuntia Louharin huonoimpia puolia ohjaajana, aina kamujen ja oman pojan roolittamisesta kärsivillä naisilla mässäilyyn ja näyttelijöiden täysin turhaan kiduttamiseen. Mä olisin niin paljon mieluummin katsonut elokuvan, jonka kuvauksissa kukaan ei olisi joutunut tiputukseen. Mutta ohjaajalla ei kaiketi ollut aiheestaan mitään sanottavaa, joten oli pakko pelleillä. Eikö tosiaan vuonna 2017 ollut mitään uutta sanottavaa sodasta? Eikö me tiedetty mitään jatkosodasta, mitä ei olisi voinut sanoa vuonna 1985, kun edellinen elokuva tehtiin? Eikö ollut mitään tärkeää, mitä aiemmat leffat ei olisi sanonut jo paremmin? "Kyllä sota on kauheata." Aku Louhimies muisti, että hän oli elokuvaohjaaja, ja se ikään kuin velvoitti häntä tekemään tuon säälittelevän huomautuksen.

Sarjaversio toimii paremmin, koska tarina saa vähän tilaa hengittää, mutta paska leffa on paska, vaikka sarja olisi "melkein semi ok". Ja sekin on oikeesti aika onneton ja huono, jos ottaa pois silmiltään vaaleanpunaiset lasit, jotka tulee siitä, että saa nähdä vähän enemmän hyviä näyttelijöitä vetämässä niin hyvin, kuin ne tollasessa plöräyksessä pystyy.

I recall having a theory back when I watched The Intruder, but I don’t remember if i shared it or not. Basically, I was thinking that maybe the circle Luz drew was like… the natural expression of a magical property.

…okay, that didn’t make any sense at all.

Y’all know The Inheritance Cycle? Eragon? In that series, there was an ancient language, and if you spoke the words in that language, you could use magic. For example, if you said ”fire,” you could make fire, etc.

I was thinking that maybe that symbol in the circle Luz drew was like that. It’s not just a circle, but a ”word” that means ”light.” So if it’’s written, it creates light.

This all made a lot more sense in my head.

This is all very pretty, but I’m kinda confused about where Bonesborogh is hiding out.

Luz, please don’t steal Amity’s stuff just now when you two are finally not enemies. Don’t you remember that time two episodes ago when you took Eda’s staff without asking, and you almost got killed by Bat Queen?

Finally, it's done. Their name: Hare Scout, Eagledier, Pyroduck, Demobird, Pootis Birb, Teddyneer, Archimedic, Snipowl, and Spycrab.

Why I don't use the bird design for Scout, Engi, and Spy? Because, their current form is my favorite. However, I don't know what perfect birds that match perfectly to their personality.

Don't mind Snipowl's size, he still a bit smaller than Eagledier.

Wotan Wilke Möhring im "Tatort" Ein Kommissar macht Männchen Von Ingo Scheel 20.03.2022, 22:14 Uhr Ein Diktator aus Fantasien, eine abgezwackte Zunge und der unfähigste Bodyguard der Fernsehgeschichte - wäre das alles nicht so daneben, man käme aus dem Lachen nicht mehr heraus: "Tyrannenmord", ein Krimi zum Abhaken und ein Falke mit gestutzten Flügeln. Geht Ihnen das auch so? Dem Wotan Wilke Möhring möchte man es so gern abkaufen, was er da macht. Die alberne Milch hin, die vermurkste Nummer mit #allesaufdentisch her, WWM ist doch eigentlich einer von den Guten. Umso erstaunlicher, den Mann durch einen "Tatort" schlurfen zu sehen, in dem kein Stein auf den anderen passt. Die Schnurre um das Diktatorensöhnchen mit der abgeschnittenen Zunge, eine Charade aus Albernheiten und Allgemeinplätzen, viel zu ernst gemeint, um am Ende zumindest lustig zu sein. Das fängt an mit dem Fantasiestaat, aus dem Sohnemann Juan und sein despotischer Herr Papa stammen: Orinaca. Klingt wie eine Mischung aus einem Songtitel von Enya und einem Wunderland aus "Tim & Struppi": Syldavien. Bordurien. Nuevo Rico. Nun also Orinaca. Eigentlich kann man die Geschichte da schon nicht mehr ernstnehmen. Und wie heißt der tapfere Polizei-Prakti? Felix Wacker. Noch so ein Fall von Nomen est Omen. Wobei ihm der Dufflecoat ausgesprochen gut steht. Die Nummer mit dem Internat als Schauplatz rückt da fast in den Hintergrund, dabei lauert hier, das wissen wir spätestens seit "Club der toten Dichter", "Dämonen im Mädchenpensionat" und Harry Potter, doch das wahre Drama. Natürlich gibt es das auch im "Tatort" in kleinen Häppchen, das verhuschte Kollegium, die skrupellose Chefin des Ganzen, ihr Gatte mit dem tödlichen Geheimnis, die Eltern, die auf die Barrikaden steigen, aber so richtig wird Rosenhag, noch so ein Name aus dem Writers Workshop, nicht mit Leben geweckt. Ausgebrannt wie Palü Das große Fass aber wird ausgerechnet mit Carlos (José Barros) aufgemacht, ein Bodyguard mit einem Optik-Mix aus Bud Spencer und 187 Straßenbande, dabei so kompetent wie Schulze und Schultze an einem schlechten Tag. Dem Teddynator nun werden Sendeanteile gegönnt, die sich ziehen wie Sirup aus dem letzten Jahrtausend, ein bisschen Knuffen, böse gucken, ein frisches Hemd für den Zoomcall mit der Chefin und am Ende leere Hände. Umschulungsmaßnahme, ick hör dir trapsen. Mehr zum Thema Überhaupt Umschulung: Den engagiertesten Eindruck macht der bereits erwähnte Wacker (Arash Marandi), der bei seinem ersten Einsatz zunächst Präsenz zeigt und pfiffig kombiniert, aber schon nach einem Fall - und einem Fauxpas - so ausgebrannt ist wie Palü am Ende seiner langen Laufbahn. Bleibt Wotan Wilke Möhring, womit wir wieder am Anfang wären. Die Lederjacke steht seinem Thorsten Falke so gut wie dem Schimanski einst die unförmige Joppe, von dessen Scheiße-noch-eins-Haltung ist der bodenständige Billstedter jedoch so weit entfernt wie Schimmi vom Knicks. Den vollzieht der Falke dann tatsächlich selbst und zerbröselt seinen ach so punkigen Gestus, mit The Clash im Autoradio und Hüsker Dü auf der Brust, im Handumdrehen selbst. Wie Falke da der Etepetete-Mutter des Ermordeten das Plastiktütchen über den ausgestreckten Fuß stülpt, das war ekeliger als alle abgetrennten Zungen zusammen. Ein Kommissar macht Männchen? Bitte nicht. Falke, komm' wieder zur Besinnung.

Told ya that battery symbol would be important. And Eda pretty much said what I thought she would say. Luz might be able to use the wand to do magic, but it only lasts for so long until it runs out of juice.. After all, it’s only a training wand, used for witchlings to learn new spells. If Luz wants to learn how to do magic on her own, she’s gonna have to figure out her own way.

By doing what we humans do best. Connecting with and living in harmony with the nature around us.

And now she’s put them all in danger. Not good Luz.

Aw… I’m sorry if I’m being so hard on you Luz, but it’s because I know you can do better. It’s not easy, being the least talented. Too feel like you’re the worst at something. I get it. You just want to be accepted as a real witch, but you went about it the wrong way.

Dang, this Slitherbeast is collecting witches like King collects stuffed animals.

Back with the A plot, King is hard at work running his boot camp to raise his private army of stuffed soldiers. Meanwhile, this Teddynator is planning out all of the 136 different ways it could kill King without using any weapons. Number 48 is its favorite.

I was a bit worried that Amity would get mad with Luz again, cause, you know… she stole her wand, her book and put her siblings in danger. But her words and expression… wasn’t angry. Just disappointed. Which may or may not be better than anger.

I suppose this is Luz’ worst nightmare come to life. She’s left behind because she’s weak. Not good enough. Not a real witch.

And the worst part is that she brought it onto herself.

So. Now that you’ve hit rock bottom, how are you going to pick yourself up, protagonist girl?
