Hi! Im Tulip!
I originally made this blog to be able to reblog and eventually talk about my favorite ships outside of my regular reblogging and shitposting blog, as well as a few of my other interests. Now I use this blog to talk about anything I like in general. Like Jonathan Sims.
All posts will be tagged, and below is a list of the tags used on my blog currently. Itll be updated regularly and kept in alphabetical order according to its categories. Tag guide below.
Also, in case tumblr ever does die off, which hopefully it doesnt but you never know, find me in these locations! Or just message me if you feel like talking and Ill try to respond!
Discord - Randi8949
Twitter - beetlesecrets
Bluesky - fanaticalfreakshow
Tiktok - sleepycannibal
Instagram - beetlebenny
OTP - One True Pairing, I go insane over this and will reblog absolutely anything I ever see potentially relating to this ship. I love these two morons so much.
Jmart - Jonathan Sims/Martin blackwood, TMA. This thing is fighting with spideypool for OTP slot I wish martin would admit his feelings. Correction, Jmart has won the OTP slot fight
Currently shipping - I currently ship these, and will reblog stuff of them
Breagan - Brett/Reagan, inside job, I ended up on this ship way too late damn it but Ill reblog every single damn scrap of these dumbasses I can find
DoorKeay - Gerard Keay/Michael, TMA. These two are very neat and I like them. Jontim - Jonathan Sims/Tim Stoker, TMA. I find this fascinating and neat. I don't quite like it as much as Jmart, but I enjoy it.
LonelyEyes - Peter Lukas/Elias Bouchard, TMA. I find it both funny and I love how it contrasts jmart. The eye is always watching the lonely reminding it of just how alone it is.
Spideypool - comic spidey only, spiderman/deadpool Timsasha - Tim Stoker/Sasha James, TMA. They make me want to cry so much I love them
Characters - Characters I love enough to tag of their own accord. Will likely come with their fandom tag. Listed in alphabetical order by last name.
Elias Bouchard - The Magnus Archives character. Stupid bastard man. I hate him for his actions he does to the others and love him for his character.
Martin Blackwood - The Magnus Archives character. 2nd favorite character, I love him so much why is he being tortured? He also deserves to be hugged.
John Doe - Malevolent character. While I have not listened to Malevolent yet, I occassionally see this guy on my dash and I find him very neat
Sasha James - TMA character, looking back she makes me sad and I miss her
Gerard Keay - The Magnus Archives Character, he is very funny and I love him. I would wish he stuck around for longer, but he wouldn't want that.
Arthur Lester - Malevolent character. While I have not listened to Malevolent yet, I occassionally see this guy on my dash and I find him very neat
Nikola Orsinov - The Magnus Archives character. Mannequin covered in the flesh of a dead man, she is very neat, I would let her take my skin if she wanted she deserves it as a treat.
Helen Richardson - The Magnus Archives character. She is pretty spiral lady and I love her so so much. Technically she is Helen Distortion, but I tag her under Helen Richardson to include both her distored and regular self in the same tag for organizational purposes.
Reagan Ridley - Inside Job. She is pretty and I like her so she gets reblogged
⭐Jonathan Sims⭐ - The Magnus Archives character. My favorite boy. I wish to squish him like a stress ball. Absolute blorbo he rotates in my brain like a microwave he deserves a hug. Why is everyone so angry at him? Be nicer to him he is trying his best.
Tim Stoker - The Magnus Archives I am crying about him constantly I loved him he's just out kayaking he's just out kayaking he's just out kayaking-
Other - Anything not a ship or character but that I like enough to put here anyways.
TMA - The Magnus Archives. Horror Podcast Ive been listening to.
TMA textpost - TMA posts, but text specifically
Malevolent - Malevolent, a horror podcast Im not listening to currently, but I'll probably listen to eventually. I see it occassionally and while I haven't consumed this media yet I do find what I see very funny and interesting.
Retired tags - These are on my blog, but Im not as big of a fan of them as I once was, if Im a fan of them anymore at all. A lot of these I found neat for a week then got immediately bored, or found neat but realized I only liked one particular person's characterization of them and didn't care about the characters themselves. Either way, I most likely won't be reblogging any of these. If I do, it'll be once in a blue moon.
Billfiddlesford - Bill/Fiddleford/Ford, gravity falls
Billford - Bill/Ford, Gravity falls, platonic tag is 'Bill and Ford'
Bunnydoll - Ragatha/Jax, the amazing digital circus, I just find shipping Jax with people funny, platonic tag is 'Ragatha and Jax'

Paperhat - Dr.Flug/Blackhat, Villainous
Prohibited Wish - Prismo/Scarab, Adventure time and its spinoffs
Ribbun- Jax/Gangle, The Amazing Digital Circus
Scollace - Scott/Wallace, Scott pilgrim vs the world
Stanbill - Stan/Bill, Gravity falls
Stobotnik - Stone/Dr. Robotnik, Sonic movies
Superbat - Superman/Batman, DC

We fall to the floor, a mass of limbs and panted breaths, and the adrenaline of our game makes me forget why I hate you so much. You have my wrists pinned above my head but I don’t feel threatened, don’t feel like I’m in danger. Your scent wraps me up and for just a moment the rest of the world is forgotten with the stretch of you. My eyelids flutter, a purr rising in my chest at feeling so full. Your whole body presses into mine, the heat between us stifling.
Your lips against my skin is intoxicating, gentle and reverent over the crescent shaped bites from just hours earlier.Your eyes level with mine, the tumultuous ocean meets the blue caribbean sky, ice melted by intense blue flame. I remember. I remember who you are, why we’re here, where you come from. My teeth sink into your lip and my tongue comes out to taste it, sweet and coppery spiced.
It doesn’t deter you, just ducking into the opposite side of my neck and doubling down your efforts. After a few minutes I feel that familiar heat work its way to my limbs, the buzzing getting violent until the flash fire starts in my abdomen, my back arching and pressing my chest into yours. Our hearts beat out the same violent rhythm, one in time with the other, it’s the closest I’ve ever felt to a man and the realization brings me back down quickly.
With your knot in place I can’t peel myself away from you, and when you roll us I look down into your face. I almost apologize for biting you, but I swallow it down.
“I still hate you,” I say instead, laying myself across your chest, my nose pressed against your neck where your scent warms my body from the inside out. We fall asleep just like that, until the sun dips behind the horizon and city lights twinkle below us. The sound of my cell phone hitting the floor wakes me, having vibrated so much that it walked itself right off my nightstand. It startles me and I lunge for it, irritation flaring my nostrils. The caller ID reads “Clint Barton” and from what I can tell, he’s been trying to get in touch with me for the last fifteen minutes, calling repeatedly.
I swipe to answer and step into my bathroom, turning the faucet on to muffle the conversation.
“What?” I snap, wondering what could be so fucking important.
“I have something you’re going to want to see,” he responds, his voice even, though I can sense the layer of uncertainty.
“So send me a fucking picture.”
“Boss, please don’t make me do that.”
There’s something wavering in his voice that stops me, Clint is usually stone cold, fear wraps itself around the base of my spinal cord and yanks hard.
“Send a car.”
“The Maserati is out front,” he says, and I hang up, swinging my bathroom door open and tossing my phone on my bed so I can dress quickly. You’ve already left my room and I try not to think about the small ache in my stomach that I can’t smell you. I shake it off, pulling my slacks over my hips and buttoning up my green satin top. I pull a blazer on over it, shaking out my hair so that the waves fall over my shoulders before I take the elevator to the first floor.
True to his word, the black Maserati SUV is out front, my driver coming around to open the door for me. On the way, I text Peter, ask him if he’s found anything out. Nearly immediately the message comes back read, but he doesn’t respond and it only worsens my mood.
Rain starts to patter against the window and through it I realize that we’re headed into Brooklyn. The car makes a turn here and there, and after a few minutes we pull up to an alley, the headlights illuminate a car that’s already parked, and Clint is leaned against the trunk.
I don’t even bother with an umbrella, letting the rain roll down my blazer as I step out into the alley and meet him. He looks somber, like this life has taken a toll on him, and it’s the most emotion I’ve ever seen from him. He jerks his head for me to follow, and leads me to a dumpster, a body slumped against it. It looks like a dead drifter, clothes tattered, hood distorting his face. It’s the unmistakable glint of gold on his pinky that catches my attention, an emerald setting that’s familiar.
“He missed a drop off, so I went looking for him...” he trails off, like the rest of his words are stuck in his throat.
I look from the body to Clint and back again, begging this not to be the reality that I’m cursed with. I lift the hood, the cherubic face of Peter marred with blood and dirt, his eyes wide and scared, a hole blown into his forehead.
“Oh, for fuck’s sake,” I drop the hood immediately, turning away. I stride back and forth, the rage bubbling up in my gut and up the back of my neck. “Get his fucking body out of the rain!” The driver from Clint’s car and the driver from mine get out, carefully hauling Peter up and into the backseat of the first.
“Alpha?” Clint must sense it, the tinge of guilt in all my rage, because I have to willfully force my eyes to focus before I look at him again.
“He was running an errand for me,” I say, nearly choking on the rest of my sentence.
“Okay?”
“...and there was only one other person that knew where he was headed.”
Clint seems to understand without me telling him, and follows me back to the Maserati where he gets into the passenger seat next to the driver. Peter’s pack ring will be returned to his aunt, his body buried in the Blackwood Family Cemetery next to his father.
“Get me a location on Barnes,” I command, pulling my phone from my pocket to send a text to a bunch of my guys.
Gear up, we’re throwing a party. Clint will send you a location.
Seven cars park around the block from one of your clubs, where Clint has been told you’re tending to business in the VIP Lounge. I plan on making an entrance, living up to my ruthless nature and the precedence that my name sets. Natasha is nowhere to be found, absent once again, but Clint assures me that she’s tending to the drop off that Peter missed.
Red bottoms click against the sidewalk as I pass the line of people waiting to get into your club, but most of them recognize me, and the whispers that pass through the crowd pull a smile at the corners of my mouth.
“Hey lady, is your name-” the bouncer starts speaking before he looks up, and it takes two steps to close the gap between us, the muzzle of my pistol pressed into the soft spot of his chin. His recognition is instant, his regret palpable.
“I think you’ll find that my name is all over this mother fucker.” I pull the trigger, the top of his head splattering against the stucco on the outside of the club. It rains back down, leaving crimson freckles on my cheeks. The line of patrons scatter, running away from the gunshot that rang out between the buildings.
The patrons on the inside didn’t hear a thing, the bass thumping too loud to disturb them. My team and I infiltrate the door, pushing through throngs of people. I motion to one of them, and he knows to head up to the DJ booth and turn off the music. The only thing that's missing when silence settles over the room is the scratch of the record. I watch as your patrons look around, wondering what’s going on, and I lift my gun into the air, firing three rounds into your intricately painted ceiling.
Chaos erupts, everyone making a break for the door. Thirty seconds later the place is cleared out, the echo of my heels on the dancefloor reverberating back at me. Your own men filter in from the second floor VIP lounge, the bulk of them separating so you can pass.
I point my gun in your direction and all of their guns point back at me. Your eyes are wide, panicked, and I scoff. You fucking knew this was coming, this is what you wanted all along, wasn’t it? To start a war and take over?
“So, what was the plan? Fuck me stupid so you could take my territory from me? Didn’t think I’d catch on to your bullshit with the suppressants and panic when I did?”
You start to say something and I scream over your voice.
“Shut the fuck up! He was just a kid! He was a fucking kid and you left him against a dumpter like trash!” My vision blurs, tears welling up as I jab my gun in your direction. “I have fought tooth and nail for everything I have because Alpha’s like you think you’re entitled to it. You will never understand what it is to bleed for your pack. I built Queens from nothing and if you think for a moment that I will hand it over to you, barefoot and pregnant, bonded to you in some stupid fucking treaty, you’re wrong.” I holster my gun, and you motion for your men to lower theirs.
I take the ring off my left hand, throwing it at the floor by your feet. “I would rather be without a pack, than ever join with yours.”

Old sketches time no.2! Yayyy! (these have been sitting in my computer over a year I think?)
(No.1 á la tim Burton edition)
Descriptions of the above shown photos: What you see is a series of watercolour paintings and charcoal drawings of the characters from The Magnus Archives. The first and the second photo is of a scene from MAG (in the woods??) and it depicts a deep forest. In the foreground we can behold Jon and Martin, both standing behind hedges. Martin is a tall, wide, white man in a red sweatshirt and with an anxious expression on his face. Jon is a short, thin man with long brown hair wearing a dark sweatshirt. He is holding his hand up and listening to what's happening around them. The third photo shows a few portraits of Basira, an avatar of the dark whose name I forgot, Gertrude Robinson, a man who is probably that vampire hunter guy and Not Sasha. They're all in monochrome. On the fourth photo, there is Michael Crew on the right. He is a tall, black man wearing a striped long-sleeved T-shirt. He looks very dome and next to him, there is a text bubble with the words "And I was trying so hard to be polite" in it. On the right, there is Jane Prentiss. She is painted with a dark background. She is an asian woman but it's hard to tell since almost every inch of her is covered in worms and small, dark holes. There are more worms where her mouth should be and a small "slurp" written next to it. The fifth picture shows a charcoal drawing of Michael-the-Distortion's silouhette. He is tall, thin and weird. He is standing in a brightly lit doorframe and, apart from a smile and a smidge of yellow hallo around his hair, he is completely black. We can see his shadow that is stretching in the foreground and is distored into vertical and horizontal strokes. The sixth one shows a portrait of Gertrude Robinson made with purple watercolour. It's a close-up of the same portrait from the third photo. Gertrude is an older woman with glasses and hair tied back into a bun, probably. She is wearing a flannel shirt and a jacket. She is smiling slightly but I really wouldn't trust that smile. The last picture shows Peter Lukas from the chest up. He is also smiling and I also wouldn't trust that smile. He is clad in a warm, heavy coat and there is a navy hat on his head. He's sporting a longish, wavy, overgrown beard Elias would hate him for.

More logo experimentation
I wanted to look at manipulating type to create another possible logo that looked warped and imperfect. I made these by printing out texxt, then scanning it and moving the printed text out as it scanned.
The font choice for this, and alot of other designs is Transport Heavy, the font used on roadsigns. I chose to use this as while it is a very clean and legible sans seriff font, It represents authority and conformity. To link this back to my ressearch, it could be sseeen to reperesent part of the modernist wold and the industrial revolution, and distoring it to use in this experiment, and in a non typical way for the shirt designs goes against that. Using a font that can be found usually to give instructions an dictate actions on a design meant to encourage non conformity and self expression.

━━━  THEME BACKGROUND TUTORIAL BY KIRKSOUT.
alright , howdy yalls i’m rita red and this is yet another installment of “i’m not an rph anymore but i sometimes still make resources for the rpc.” and in this episode , i’ll be doing a tutorial on how to do those really fancy schamncy contained theme backgrounds all the Cool Kids in the indie community have ( ask asked by anon ).  please note, a few things actually: a) i tried my best explaining as best as i could , don’t yell at me and b) this shit takes some time my dude , here’s an album of all my theme backgrounds from recent to actual shit.... as you can see , it took practice !! anymeme, may the force be with yall i guess,,,
before we begin here’s a few things to know as well as a few things you’ll need:
photoshop, duh -- i’m using cs6 extended or some shit like that
brushes, textures. amount? a shitton.
bigass hq photos of your fc , subject , etc ( if you are using fanart please ask permission from the artist as well as crediting them somewhere on your blog )
patience , young padawan. you might not get this down at first ( i sure as heck didn’t ) but it takes time, don’t be discouraged. bob ross vc: no mistakes just happy accidents.
THIS IS NOT A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO CODE, it’s just the theme background. the theme code i use is by fatedvessel ( it’s the easiest and most reliable , tbh ) another rec would be agirlingrey’s themes. please don’t be a dicc ,,, credit them ,, they work hard u kno
STEP ONE: FIND YOUR CODE, MAKE YOUR BASE.
i’ll be using fatedvessel’s code ( link above ) , if you’re unfamiliar with coding i suggest making a base similar to one in the preview of the theme to practice. once you feel more comfortable editing html , feel free to try different post sizes, placements, etc. this is the base i have ( 1300x800 canvas )
Tumblr media
STEP TWO: FIND YOUR PICTURE , PASTE IT ON THAT SHIT
nice you have your base! not so bad, right? now you just gotta find your image. i’ll be using this art. you wanna place your picture where you feel it would look ... the most badass. this might take some time and it gets hella frustating, but you’ll get there. promise.
Tumblr media
STEP THREE: EDITING YOUR IMAGE
you just don’t wanna paste your image on there willy nilly my friend, you gotta edit it and make it look sick af. to do this you can use clipping masks, brushes, erasing, whatever your heart desires. in my case, i used the eraser tool to clean up the image like so;
Tumblr media
PROTIP: use layer masks to erase because you will hate yourself if you don’t. if you don’t know what i’m taking about , here’s a short explanation.
select your image and on the bottom tool bar select “add layer mask” it looks like this:
Tumblr media
once you select that this should happen to your image layer
Tumblr media
see that lil white box ?? whenever you erase , make sure it’s selected. this is so you won’t damage the ACTUAL image and if you mess up , you can just delete the mask and start over. pretty dope
STEP FOUR: COLOR YOUR IMAGE
personally, i like to color my image before i add textures. just so i know the color scheme i’m working with. i colored my image using one of my icon psds that ... i am not willing to post sijfijs sorry.... but here’s what it looks like
Tumblr media
NOTE: i don’t know if you can see , but i did edit my posts and sidebar by adding a stroke. ( select layer > right click > blending options > stroke ) so it wouldn’t blend in to the background color.
STEP FIVE: this is what i call the bittersweet step ......................... textures and adding funky shit. ( links to them will be added at the end )
it’s a hard process and it takes a lot of trial and error. i simply used some brushes i had saved as well as your generic galaxy texture. this is also the perfect chance to add text. and you can go wild here. i simple with it on the bottom there.
Tumblr media
and that’s pretty much it for doing theme backgrounds , the rest is just fiddling with html. if you’d like a live preview of the theme just CLICK HERE ( AUTOPLAY WARNING )
TEXTURES AND BRUSHES USED:
distored brush set by so-ghislane ( i honestmeme rec all their brushes , they’re fantastic )
free space / galaxy texture by lyshastra
5x5 font from dafont

1. My favourite place is piazza Navona (Rome), it's in my city and I have a lot of beautiful memories connected to it. It's a place where present and the past of baroque Rome, full of life and history.
2. I love traveling abroad bc I'm fascinated by foreigner languages and I want to experience new cultures.
3. It's a peninsula lmao
4. Parmigiana (A southern Italian dish made from aubergines baked with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese) and Tiramisù (meaning "cheer me up" , it's made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa)
5. Le tasche piene di sassi by Jovanotti (tr: pokets full of stones)
6. 7 Miliardi by Massimo Pericolo......I just hated that song so much
7. stella (star), marmo (marble), aurora (dawn)
8. Usually Italians are mistaken for Spanish and French bc our countries are close and our languages are similar.
9. I'm in love with France, so I'd go to France absolutely
10. Li mortacci tua (your despicable dead relatives)
11. Leopardi (poet)
12. I feel sorry for non Italian speaker that can't read the original text
13. We make the sign of horns with our hand to ward off bad luck 🤘🏽
14. Sometimes, but I can't wait to watch Il Traditore, I will tell you if it's worthy the hype
15. actually there are A LOT, this is another reason why I feel sorry for non Italians. A classic is "No, Maria io esco", my favourite one of 2019 is Mark Caltagirone
16. We. Don't. Speak. like you think we do and we don't do the ItalianTM hand gesture ALL. THE. TIME. That gesture means wtf. And we don't say "mamma mia" all the time, actually I never say mamma mia unless I'm singing an ABBA song.
But I agree with the stereotype that says we're loud.
17. Yeah, it's a lot of stuff, I mean it's not boring, a lot of dead people, crimes and crazy stuff.
18. We mix standard Italian and dialect, some people put more dialect and others less (like me). And I do have an accent, people from other parts of Italy thinks the accent of Rome is charming.
19. I like them both
20. Soccer absolutely
21. a book of recipes and a book of art history
22. I'm proud of our great history, art and cuisine, I'm proud of our friendliness and sense of humor. I'm ashamed of our "menefreghismo" which is the couldn't-give-a-damn attitude, this laziness that ruins my country in every way and leads it to a never ending downfall.
23. wine
24. French people lmao, idk it's just that we're frenemies
25. There are a lot of problems here, the economic crisis and the fact that this country is slowing dying ( I mean it feels like everything around me is dead, static and old)...but I love Italy, it has a lot of great things and I'm proud to be Italian.
26. ............Hollywood has a VERY distored vision of Italy....But I mean USA is the country where people think they're Italian bc their great grandmother was.... Italian-americans are NOT Italians, they are Americans and it shows A LOT.
27. Cristiano Malgioio my icon
28. A LOT OF THEM, I can't choose honestly
29. nah, but all Italians agree that Molise doesn't exist.... ah I was about to forget that Rome has a rivalry with Milan. Rome is the capital but every foreigner celebrity goes to Milan ugh, Milan thinks they're superior.
30. My parents are Peruvian, but I feel no attachment to Peru, I don't recognise myself with their culture....Ik it's sad but this is it
“hi, I’m not from the US” ask set

Sinas OKs dismissal of 9 cops in Jolo shooting incident
#PHnews: Sinas OKs dismissal of 9 cops in Jolo shooting incident
MANILA – Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Gen. Debold Sinas, on Friday said he has approved the dismissal from service of nine police officers involved in the shooting of four Army intelligence operatives in Jolo, Sulu in June last year.
“Confirmed and approved (the) dismissal in police service (of the) nine cops involved in the Jolo shooting incident. We had informed the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigating body that after 10 days na ma-finalize ang dismissal nila at wala pa warrant of arrest nila from court ay i-turn over namin ang nine (police officers) sa mga kamag-anak nila at wala na kami jurisdiction sa kanila (once their dismissal is finalized and the court has not issued any warrant of arrest against them, we will turn them over to their relatives and we won't have any jurisdiction over them),” Sinas told the Philippine News Agency (PNA) in a text message.
Sinas said once dismissed from PNP service, the nine officers would become civilians and they have no legal basis to detain them.
"We might face allegations of arbitrary detention. This is why we are coordinating with the DOJ that is investigating the criminal case to fast track its filing. And we would hold them to the maximum period allowable. Hopefully, a warrant of arrest would be issued against them soon,” Sinas added.
Administrative charges have been earlier filed against Senior M/Sgt. Abdelzhimar Padjiri; M/Sgt. Hanie Baddiri; S/Sgt. Iskandar Susulan; S/Sgt. Ernisar Sappal; Cpl. Sulki Andaki; Pat. Mohammed Nur Pasani; S/Sgt. Almudzrin Hadjaruddin; Pat. Alkajal Mandangan; and Pat Rajiv Putalan.
Based on the findings of the PNP Internal Affairs Service (IAS), also facing administrative charges are Jolo town police chief, Lt. Col. Walter Annayo, Sulu provincial police chief Lt. Col. Michael Bayawan Jr., and Capt. Ariel Corsino, head of the Sulu drug enforcement unit; as they are also liable under the doctrine of command responsibility.
Annayo was gunned down by a still unidentified suspect in Maguindanao in November last year.
Charges of murder and planting of evidence were filed by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Officer-in-charge Eric Distor following the findings of the NBI Western Mindanao Regional Office and Death Investigation Division.
Killed in the June 29 incident in Jolo, Sulu were Maj. Marvin A. Indammog, 39; Capt. Irwin B. Managuelod, 33; Sgt. Jaime M. Velasco, 38; and Cpl. Abdal Asula, 33.
The four soldiers were conducting intelligence and monitoring operations against two suspected suicide bombers when gunned down by the nine Jolo police officers. (PNA)

Secrets to Tell in the Dark

M
Zutara
Katara let out a snort, bringing an opaque brown bottle to her lips, sipping at its contents. She scrunched her face at the bitter taste. Yeah, beer was never going to be her alcohol of choice. A few laughs broke out, clearly at her expense. She looked up, dropping the drink next to the legs of her folding chair.
"You do realize this is all you have, right?" Katara stared pointedly at Aang, his face distored through the haze of the fire that burned between them. She only hoped he could see the intensity of her glare. He could only laugh more, if not harder than before, wiping away fake tears from his eyes. "Hey," he said, raising his hands up infront of him in mock defense, "thats all I can really do, if you dont like it you dont have to force yourself to drink it." The teasing tone faded out with every word he spoke, it being replaced with slight concern and guilt.
She was going to respond to him but was cut off before she could even form the words in her throat.
"Oh lighten up Twinkle Toes, dont get all mopey on us. Katara likes a good drink and you know it." Toph gave a hard solid wack to the back of Aangs head with the tip of her cane. He yelped out, rubbing at the stubble growing. "Oh you're fine, stop being such a baby."
"I'm not a baby!"
"Well you're acting like one."
Katara tuned out their bickering, blue eyes flickering around the small backyard. The grass was a bright green, even in the dead, black of night. Vines climbed up the wooden fence and flowers of all kinds and colors outlined the bottom borders. A small shed stood at the back end of the property, its yellow paint chipping away with age and the inside collecting dust from the lack of usage.
It wasn't exactly that interesting.
She made her rounds, her gaze falling back on the only interesting part of the whole place; the fire pit. it sat smackdab in the middle of the lawn, a safe distance between the shed and the tall deck that led into Aangs house. Five chairs were placed around the stone, Three of those occupied. Speaking of. . .
Aang and Toph were still having a go at each other.
Katara rolled her eyes, she swore Toph was the only person Aang could actually hold an argument with. That boy was too soft for his own good, maybe its what he needed though. She couldn't imagine being so up and bubbly all the time, although she did find his caring nature endearing at most times. She wasn't going to scold someone for being so nice, espcially someone she loved so much.
A smile etched its way onto her full lips.
"Idiots." She muttered.
Too wrapped up in their little spat, Katara rose from her chair, heading towards the spacious deck. She took two steps at a time up the small staircase, stopping briefly to open the little gate attached to each vinyl railing. She did so with ease, having done it countless times before, the complexity of it no longer exhisting. She pushed open the sliding doors, stepping into the cool of the kitchen and the end of a conversation.
"Man, Aangs' parents are so lame, who strictly drinks Bud Lite?" Her brothers voice was laced with annoyance.
"What do you expect from a bunch of hippies?"
"Yeah whatever, I guess. . .I'm going back out. You coming?" Sokka pointed a thumb towards the on going fire. His companion shook his head, shaggy dark hair brushing agaist his forehead.
"Nah, I'm gonna hang back here, I'll be out in a bit."
"Alright dude, see ya later!" Sokka turned, almost taking Katara out with his arm.
"Hey! Watch it, dumbass." Lips pulling over her teeth in a sneer. Her brother looked down at her, a smile spreading across his face. He pointed an accusing finger in her face. "Well maybe, lil sis if you didn't stand right behind me, you wouldn't be bouldozed over." Slapping his hand away she pushed past him. Hmph. "You should watch where you're going next time." She stated matter-of-factly, but it fell on deaf ears. He was already gone, crossing the deck, back to their friends.
"Katara," Chocolate curls swung around, resting back against her shoulders as she turned sharply to the sound of a gruff voice, "long time no see." She smiled so big she thought her face would split in two. Throwing open her arms, she ran into Zukos stiff form. Crushing his arms to his sides, he stood there awkwardly, trying to figure out what to do with his hands.
She held on a moment longer than neccesary, breathing in his warm scent. She pulled back, looking into his honey colored eyes. "Why didn't you tell us you were back?" She pressed, digging her manicured nails into his wrists. Zuko chuckled, a sound she found herself missing these last two monthes. "Thought I could surprise you guys, though I guess that hasn't really worked well in my favor," He brought a hand up to scratch at his neck, a sheepish look crossing his face, "Sokka already tried killing me with a wooden spoon when I walked in." He looked back into her eyes, the sheer intensity of them holding his body in place. The feeling of her hands as they moved from their place on his wrists sent electricity throughout his veins.
He cracked a rare smile. The happiness in her diamond colored eyes only grew. She threw her arms around him again, this time really relishing in everything that was Zuko. Her head buried into his built chest and his arms circled around her back, likely crushing the waterfall of brown curls. Zuko rested his chin on her head. He inhaled, lilies and salt water. He smiled inwardly.
He’d missed her.
She broke the silence then, “are you sniffing me?” Her tone was serious but he could feel her lips etch into a smirk. “It’s not my fault you smell like the ocean pissed all over you.” He retracted from her hold on him and pressed his back into the breakfast bar. She watched as he crossed his arms, the muscle stretching and pulling over his pale skin.
“Oh don’t get all broody on me, it’s not my fault I’m so alluring.” Katara cast her gaze away from him and towards the porch doors, watching the fires flames blaze way higher than they should have, probably from Sokka’s doing. She, however caught the glimpse of Zukos infamous glare in the process.
“I wouldn’t say alluring.” Zuko scoffed.
Kataras flame filled daze was broken when she whipped her head back to glare icy daggers at the older boy.
“Oh yeah? Then what would you call me, hm?” She spat, her thick brows scrunching together. Her hands settled on her hips, the plastic studs of her belt pressing painfully into her knuckles. Zuko held her stare, “I’d say more repulsive.”
“Repulsive?”
“Repulsive.”
“Ugh,” she turned, heeled boots thumping against the cherry wood, “and I was excited to have you back for a second, ZuZu.” Katara made for the doors.
“Tara.” She stopped in her tracks, fingers wrapped around the handle, ready to pull.
Katara waited for him to speak, her forehead creased in worry.
Maybe she’d been a little rude, but, so had he. She sighed internally. But, damn if she didn’t really miss him these last couple months.
She’d missed him more than she’d like to admit to everyone else though. Saying it to herself was one thing, but saying into the thief impressionable friends was another story she’d rather not share around a bonfire.
Countless nights were spent wishing she could pick up the phone and call him; to shoot him a quick a text. He was one of her best friends, not that she’d really told him that but he was.
“I’ve missed you. It’s gonna take a while to get used to that attitude of yours again.” He’d somehow ended up behind her. How had she not heard him? His proximity was comforting but also a little nerve wracking. Without look looking at him, she answered back. “My attitude? I’ve got to remember how to deal with your mood swings again,” she opened the door, “but I’ve missed you too Zuko.” Katara stepped out, Zuko following close behind as they made their way to their friends, smiles etched onto their lips.

21 Tattoo Fonts and Scripts to Ink into Your Website Forever
Tattoos are (nearly) forever. So you want to make sure that the font you choose to script into your skin is as perfect as it can possibly be. The same holds true of your website. If you follow best practices, you’re not changing up themes and fonts terribly often. So if you’re looking for an edgy, indie aesthetic for your website, you can’t go wrong iwth any of these tattoo fonts.
Free Tattoo Fonts
1. Tuamotu
Nothing says tattoo quite like tribal designs, so loading this onto your website (or potentially your bicep) will make sure you stay on-brand and on-point with your tattoo script prowess.
2. Blackletter
Another staple of tattoos, Blackletter evokes the gothic and traditional tattoo script we’re used to seeing accompany skulls, crosses, and emblazoned on belt buckles.
3. Crux
Crux is the Wingdings of free tattoo fonts. You get scalable symbols and iconography to bolster any other tattoo script you choose. With staples from various styles, installing this set is a no-brainer.
4. MOM
We are just so happy this exists.
5. Sailor
If Captain Cook down below isn’t in your budget, but you want a vintage, sailor theme on your website without the cost, you can’t go wrong with the aptly named Sailor.
6. Tribal Tattoo
Tribal Tattoo is another icon font that keeps the South Pacific them alive. Every major character is mapped to a different icon, from upper-case, lower-case, numbers, and special characters.
7. Tattoo Vieja Escuela
Tattoo Vieja Escuela is an amazing set of icons, but you need to be careful when using them on your website. There are copyrighted characters and images within the font, so while using them for inspiration or even mock-ups will be perfectly okay, putting them out in a commercial capacity could land you in some hot water.
8. Loopy
Loopy is one of the coolest fonts we have ever seen. Not only does look awesome on your website, you can also use it to design some very awesome tattoos. On top of that — and this is why it’s so cool — it is the only font we have ever seen that comes with full-on instructions for use.
That’s dedication and creativity, and we respect that a lot.
9. Cute Tattoo
While the name Cute Tattoo doesn’t necessarily indicate something everyone would want to be etched into them (or maybe anything) permanently, the font itself is a unique, hand-drawn take on a serif font that looks just as at home on your forearm, neck, or back as it does the About Us page for your organic pet food and livery store.
10. Barbed Ink
The thematic opposite of Cute Tattoo, Barbed Ink is a thick-lined, sans-serif script that you can use to both decorate and headline. While it probably won’t work great for a body font on your website, it is absolutely a font for your body. With its warped and distored lines, a designer could easily manipulate Barbed Ink into a semi-abstract work of art.
11. Drunk Tattoo
The winner of the best tattoo font name goes to Drunk Tattoo. While we don’t endorse nor promote going out and getting one yourself, we can’t not be curious about what kind of art led to the creation of this font.
12. Los Angeles
If you want your website to evoke leather jackets and biker bars, Los Angeles is hands-down the best choice you can get. We personally can’t wait to be driving down the freeway and seeing a real jacket emblazoned with the logo for this font that says the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. But if you can’t wait for that to happen, your website can be a perfectly fine substitute.
13. Original Gangsta
Not all of us can pull off the shoulder-to-shoulder tattoo. That’s okay. With Original Gangsta, we don’t have to. Our websites can be overrun with headlines written in this interesting serif font. We have lots of smooth edges and curls, but at the same time sharp edges and serifs give it a slightly edgier feel.
14. Tribal and Tribal Two
Rounding out the free options on our list, we thought we’d make sure that all your tribal needs were met. Tribal and Tribal Two give you the rest of the tools you need to make your website flush with tattoo style. Use some of the icons above and then this tattoo script to test out your next trip to the tattoo parlor or give your visitors a downloadable template so they can deck themselves out the same way you did.
Premium Tattoo Fonts
1. Captain Cook
Sailors aren’t the only ones who can enjoy this tattoo script. Whether your website needs a vintage feel or just a little personality, ten bucks is a perfect price to pay for a versatile font like this.
2. Sacred Geometry
Not quite an icon font, Sacred Geometry lets you be incredibly creative with how you design your site (or the site on your back that’s perfect for some ink). Obviously filled with geometric shapes that are packed full of history, the last thing people can claim is that you used a tattoo script devoid of meaning.
3. Beautylove
Not all tattoos are full of hard lines and pictures. You might want to showcase quotes that hold value to you. Your brand might have ideals that you base on something truly meaningful. Whether it’s going on an about page or your wrist or ribcage, Beautylove is a tattoo script that will convey the sentiment you intend.
4. Tribal Dragon
We think Tribal Dragon speaks for itself. As tattoo fonts go, this one is pretty magnificent.
5. Blood On My Blade
Gothic and, as described by the creator, “an aggressive gothic font inspired by tattoo and West Coast style,” Blood On My Blade is one of those fonts that when people see on your website, they will know exactly who you’re marketing toward and what your brand stands for. Font choice is about style, and this one has its fair share. Plus, it’s only $5.
6. Typewriter
Some of the best tattoos aren’t the flashy ones. They’re the simple ones that make a statement. Typewriter can absolutely help you do that. It’s clean, but not too clean. It’s bold, yet simple. And it’s $12 to buy. You can’t even find a real typewriter at a garage sale for that.
7. Funkies
Funkies is just that — funky. The tattoo script is big, bold, and not for a website or person who wants to present themselves in any way remotely subdued. However, if making a statement is your primary goal, Funkies is just the way to do it. You will definitely not go unnoticed. And if you’re putting Funkies on your body or at the top of your site, that’s exactly what you’re looking for in a font.
Still Can’t Decide? Try One At Random!
If you’re having a hard time deciding exactly what style you want to put into ink, make sure you try the Tattoo Font Generator. The website shoots out your text in a randomly generated tattoo script. You won’t be able to download the font itself from the generator, but it is a fantastic way to see what your options are and how your particular wordmark may look in any number of fonts. Then you can go to that creator’s market and grab it for yourself.
Conclusion
Hopefully, you’ve found something on the list that’s worth inking into your website or your skin. There are as many tattoo fonts out there as there are different styles of handwriting. At the end of the day, these are some of not only the most iconic and classic styles of fonts used for tattoos, but these are also some of the most unique and interesting fonts we could think of for website, too. So if you want your site to truly stand out and make a statement about itself, forego PT Sans, Open Sans, Helvetica, or Arial, and maybe opt for one of these instead.
What kind of project do you use tattoo fonts for?
