and it would be even funnier if literally everyone on the Nemesis can withstand it except for Knock Out. Like I want to say Starscream would hate it, but he's been through enough beatings to know pain. So even if he whines abt period pains, he's nowhere as bad as KO

Megatron takes it like a champ. Soundwave too (come on - they were both gladiators). Dreadwing is withstanding it well but he can't help but wonder how we as humans cope with despite being so small and fragile

Knockout apparently has watched/watches human horror movies so imagine him watching the movie Alien when megatrons wife is heavily pregnant, now the guy is having nightmares of a xenomorph bursting outta that swollen belly

Wakes up in the middle of the night wide eyed and pale, climbs into a confused Breakdown’s arms and in the most serious, fear stricken tone just whispers “I hate this fucking planet Breakdown..”

This would totally happen omg

Breakdown is too tired to process everything, so he just grunts and cuddles Knock Out because he clearly needs it

He'll listen to him rant the morning after, but for now just wants to feel okay. No one understands his torment. He hates humans so fucking much, he's traumatized for life

For the sake of all our sanities, I decided not to include any Decepticons that only appear once in the show, such as Skyquake or Makeshift. I’ve got nothing against them, I just wanted to keep this poll to the main cast of Decepticons 👍🏻

The ‘If you had to ship Knockout with an Autobot, who would it be’ poll was a lot of fun, and I really enjoyed being able to discuss with people how different pairings (especially ones you might otherwise never think about) might click! And so here we are again! Sorry not sorry XD

I decided Ratchet with any of the Decepticons would be an interesting one to explore this time 🤔 But if you’ve got any suggestions/requests for future shipping polls, let me know! Just make sure to clarify which variation of the character your talking about cause, you know, it’s transformers and there’s TONS of different shows/comics/movies with them 😂🩵

Edit: I just realized I didn’t include Predaking 😭 Whoops. Though to be fair, he’s not really a Decepticon in the typical sense, right….? Either way if it’s bugs anyone, I can just dedicate a different poll entirely to him to make up for it 😅

Transformers prime decepticons as birds (ignore that two of them can’t canonically fly ok)

Soundwave - barn owl (only one where the original bird colors are completely changed. The barn owl has a distinct disc like face, black glassy eyes, and has great hearing, which i thought fit him very well, so that should make up for the color inconsistency)

Megatron - bearded vulture (the bird’s already piercing red eyes matches Meg well, along with the black/greyish feathers framing the face similarly to his helm)

Starscream - peregrine falcon (one of the fastest birds in the world. It has a distinct brow bone and the black/white face matches his helm somewhat)

Knockout - northern cardinal (a bright red bird with a spiked crown and black eyes)

Breakdown - blue indian ringneck (a blue bird with yellow touches, along with a red/orange beak like BD’s face)

Skyquake - great green macaw (a large green bird with red touches and a strong beak meant for crushing, blue wing feathers changed to match the glass of his cockpit)

Dreadwing - hyacinth macaw (a color variant of his twin: blue and yellow/gold)

Airachnid - rook (first considered making her a raven, but the rook’s already white beak matched her face better, plus iridescent/purplish neck feathers)

Shockwave - victoria crowned pidgeon (a purplish chest and a distinctive red eye matches him fairly well, plus his many antennae and wings sticking out of his silhouette kinda fits the feathered crown)

Well, I did it

Megatron - I love his tfp design. Probably one of the best iteration of Megs. He is huge, heavy armoured, his face covered with scars… He doesn’t looks like an ordinary military leader who is only capable of giving orders, but like real warrior who can destroy any enemy with his bare hands.

So, in the WOF version, he definitely shares some features with Princess Burn, not only because of his might, but also because of his horns shape and dirty-dark scales (that absorbed blood of his enemies)

Starscream - Boy, I hate him so much 🤣… but in the good way, trust me! In my opinion, when the show's creators make you feel such strong negative emotions towards a villain, it means they've done a great job. Also, I think that his animation in the show was absolutely incredible, because even though he's a 3D model, he still manages to move like a 2D character, which is amazing!

I feel that in my design he still looks more like a skywing, than an icewing (which is kinda logical)

Soundwave - This one was tricky. I couldn't figure out what his mask would look like, so I just made his face a really dark color. I think Soundwave has both gifts of the nightwings, and he’s equally great at telepathy and a future vision. So he doesn't really need equipment to predict enemy movements, which makes him an ideal communicator in the WOF setting. His Laserbeak is part of the armor enchanted by Shockwave, and it might also allow him to open portals (but I'm not sure with this one)

Shockwave - My favourite evil genius. He would definitely have animus magic and mind reading. I think Shockwave is the only one who has advanced the study of magic so far, precisely because he combined it with scientific knowledge and created safer methods of using it, that don't damage the mind. It's like if a Mastermind got animus magic in books.

I also like to think that he didn't heal the damaged part of his face just so that his enemies would fear him more)

Dreadwing - This man deserved better! It's really a shame that he was removed from the show so quickly due to financial problems. It would be great if his arc got a proper conclusion in season 3.

Considering that I didn't want to make him a hybrid, it was difficult to choose a suitable color palette. So let’s just say, that I tried my best😅

I don’t think that he would have any nightwing powers, but honestly it doesn’t even matter - this guy can make a bombs, what else does he need to be cool

Arachnid - Did anyone even doubt that she would be a hivewing? Damn, she even got her own “Othermind” virus. Her design was the easiest to work with - just a little poisonous ass (suspiciously similar to Maleficent).

Just like Starscream, I hate her, but in a good way. She's one of the creepiest characters in the entire series, who’s acting like a fucking heartless monster, especially with Arcee, but even so, there's always was something mesmerizing about her. I just really like strong female villains

Knockout - Wery bright and charismatic guy, definitely one of my fav cons!

I tried to draw him as handsome as possible. Worked a lot on the face shape and coloring, and as for me it turned out pretty nice (finally).

Most decepticons think Knockout is as stupid and lazy as all the other rainwings. And it's not like he completely disagrees with that. Of course he’s not stupid and lazy, but if it’s means less dirty work on the battlefield, well, he’ll continue act like a tipical rainwing

(I also believe that Megatron keeps him as an “art”)

Breakdown - Fun fact: "Operation Breakdown" was the very first thing I saw in this series. And it was an interesting experience for 8 year old me. Maybe that's why I'm so scared of eye gouging scenes in movies now…

I think that he didn't have any siblings initially due to his parents nature, and even after meeting Bulkhead, he felt uncomfortable among the other mudwings. And this is why he later chose the side of the decepticons. And maaaaybe because of one cute rainwing influence)

P.s.

I think that, being mostly nightwings and icewings, the decepticons are much more concerned about purity of their blood and rarely accept half-breeds into their ranks.

During the war, there were many animus dragons among decepticons, which is why they have so many artifacts that allowed teleportation and communication at a distance. But, honestly, I still can't imagine what Nemesis would look like in this AU

Fave has got to be the angst portion of your LL/ MTMTE series where the humans got transported back, it's just so interesting seeing all their stories connect all at once

And I know it follows a different flow but how do you think the TFP cons would react if the same thing happened to their humans? At the very least, I just know TFP Megs will go berserk mode considering he's all sparked up too

Oh, yeah. They’d not be okay at all. Except for Breakdown if he’s not actually attached to the human yet. He’d think it’s funny up until realizing that Knockout is legitimately upset

Maybe try the stuff under Lost Light- the humans get yeeted to wherever Cybertronians are by accident. The Vehicon story is pretty much reader being adopted and fawned over by the TFP Vehicons. You might like ES Bumblebee, too. Blaster, the human accidentally kidnaps him in his boombox mode. Waspinator pretty much adopts his human, too and just won’t leave.

TFP Decepticon Scenario

• Primus, there’s another one. Frozen Smokescreen grimaces as the alarm klaxons scream, because you’re staring up at him, tensing and standing on Soundwave’s berth, little fingers fisted in a blanket. Obviously terrified and probably traumatized. How many is this? Feeling absolutely awful as he approaches and like all of the rest of them, you try to bolt even though there’s no where to go. And you scream when he catches you. “I’m so sorry, but you’re safe now,” he says, subspacing you with the rest. Poor things, doesn’t even want to imagine what the Decepticons have been doing with so many humans.

• Snarling in outrage as he charges through the Nemesis, Megatron’s spark constricts. Alarms going off everywhere, but no one can seem to even find the Autobot intruder. And Starscream almost runs into him, the Seeker frantic, yelping when Megatron grabs him by a wing, intending to take his frustration out on someone. “Lord Megatron,” Starscream gasps in pain, twisting. “The humans are gone.” And he feels it. Feels the loss of his bond, cutting into his spark. Venting raggedly, he shoves the Seeker away from himself, not running. But striding for his habsuite, servos flexing as fear seizes him by the throat. Shoving the door open hard when it doesn’t open fast enough and staring at where you should be.

• Roaring out his fury, Predaking smacks a Vehicon out of his way with his tail, mandibles flaring as he chases the scent of the intruder. And Knockout swears as he barrels past him, not caring who gets in his way. Needs to find you and punish whoever has you, because if you’re hurt? Death would be far too kind. You’re so small and he’d left you unprotected, assumed you were safe here.

• Staring at the chaos over a handful of little organics, Breakdown clears his vents. Because, honestly? Good riddance. Humans have no place among Cybertronians. But turning toward Knockout, it’s a shock how blank his friend’s expression is. He looks lost almost. Knew Knockout was soft on you, but didn’t expect him to care this much and swearing, Breakdown joins the search for the intruder. Because if Knockout needs you, then he’s going to have you.

• “Little one?” Servos trembling, Dreadwing flattens a palm against a wall. Trying to get his worry under control. You’re just so small, fragile. Still so weak from your ordeal and someone snuck into his habsuite. Took you from him. You were supposed to be safe there, trusted him to care for you. Venting raggedly, he keeps looking for any trace of who took you from him.

• Can’t move, standing at the door of his habsuite, your blanket in his servos. Aware of the klaxons, the yelling about an intruder, an Autobot taking the humans. Servos crushing your blanket, Shockwave’s antenna flick, cannon smacking against the wall as he staggers slightly, processor in chaos. Frantic with the need to find you, hold you. Needs to move, to help in the search and he can’t move. Coming apart without you there to keep him together.

• Tendrils lashing as he pulls up feed after feed, trembling, Soundwave watches the Autobot sneaking through the Nemesis. To his habsuite. Slipping inside. Taking you. Stealing what’s his. His family. His little mate. Where did the Autobot go? What did he do to you? Where are you? The intruder leaves his habsuite with empty hands, but you’re gone. Can’t even sense you and he can’t stop trembling. Teetering between fear and rage, unable to get himself under control. Where are you? Are you hurt? Crying out for him?
