these paper wasps(?) would fly up under our roof overhang every day when it got too hot to exist, and they would just chill for a few hours until the horrible sun went away. apparently they liked it so much they've now stashed three children up there! (central tx)

I'm glad they're enjoying their new home! Hope they have many cute children :)

I usually use “kirbies” but I don’t know that there’s actually a standard. and there’s many types of white blood cells but you’re right that there is one particular type that just finds things labeled “enemy” by the helper cells and straight-up eats them, which is very kirb-like behavior XD

hi, thank you! we covered this in the last reply roundup as well, but someone using he/him pronouns isn’t automatically a binary person. many binary people do use he/him pronouns, but a significant number of nonbinary people do too. (including me! they’re not my go-to but I’m perfectly fine with being called he/him. and besides that, headcanon and fanart are not beholden to canon as some ultimate authority!) your headcanon and mine don’t have to match, and that’s okay. personally, though, I like thinking of kirby as nonbinary, and since this is my blog I will continue using that in my art and comments :>

Gaiman, I think it was, said they unfortunately had to give up the other horsemen because there wasn't room for everything, and the other horsemen could be removed without changing the story. RIP those guys :(

Thats unfortunate, either way they did a fantastic adaptation of the book!

Thearius [Th-air-e-us] is one of the hunters for my original story im starting work on, Venatio. I'm gonna ramble on about them some more under a "keep reading" that I hope will work right because rn im on mobile.

Thearius, or as she's known by friends, Thea [th-ee-uh], or by her family, Eari [air-ee], or by her many internet followers, Rius [ree-us]. Is a 19 year old new hunter for Venatio [Ven-nah-see-o]. Even before her debut Eari was pretty popular online due to her sassy and rude personality, her wild training livestreams, and the conspiracy theory about her being the secret child of semi-retired Venatio legends Therapho [Thuh-er-a-foe] and Aries. Not many people actually believe said theory, and Eari often jokes about it herself like its wild and out there... but its actually true, she is their kid.

Eari has shown amazing skill with his axe, and was quickly accepted to be a part of the new season of Venatio. Not only is he a skilled hunter, with years of training from three of the best players under his belt, he also has an oddly charming personality, something Venationes [Ven-nah-see-o-neighs] need to keep viewers interested.

Their overconfidence shines through with their outfit, both revealing and with bright neon colors, bad for defense and camouflage. They also specifically style their hair to show off their multi-colored eye, and are showing stomach to flex that cool scar they got from a respawn glitch during training with their sister once.

They're unapologetically themselves and thats what so many people love about them. Including me. But idk if I count because I'm the writer.

Ultimately, evil Sheogorath, as written in my recent short story (which you can find on my blog), is canon. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I have headcanons for the daedra as if he were nice. Many people do. But when it comes down to it, he’s really not very nice at all. Elder Scrolls Legends does an excellent job, in my opinion, showing this. I’m not saying he doesn’t care for his people, because the Shivering Isles expansion shows that, at the very least, he cares for their morale. But whether or not that’s because he actually likes them, or simply doesn’t want them switching sides to go to Jyggalag, there’s no real way to tell. I know some people will disagree with me, and it’s fine to have headcanons as if Sheogorath were a nice guy, but ultimately, I think he’s intended to be a cruel trickster.

omg that sounds so stressful. I’m pretty sure they’re not quite that delicate, if it helps. so gently waving them away or setting them somewhere else should be fine. (I did a quick search and it looks like researchers actually scrape the scales off on purpose in the tagging process, so I guess they can still live and fly without some of their scales!)

oh wild I wonder how common it is to get so attached to a desperation sweatshirt cuz I had one too! I was at some Nerd Competition (destination imagination, to be specific. do they still do that one?) on the other side of the state towards the end of middle school and it was absolutely dumping rain, but my whole team was just left to run loose until it was time for our presentation so of course we were outside climbing retaining walls the whole time. and I’m this tiny waif child and I’m soaked to the bone and it was just a day trip so I didn’t bring any extra clothes, but it was late into the day so when my mom went to buy me a Branded Sweatshirt to change into they only had plus size ones left, it was like a 2x or something. and then I wore it nearly every day for years, to the point where it got so ratty and full of holes they bought me a replacement in the same color and size (with an osu logo instead).
