Steve and Tommy haven't talked in nearly three years. After everything, maybe the best way forward is back.

"Which one's your favourite?" "Huh?" "Your favourite. Which one?" Steve asks again, slower this time. Makes Tommy feel slow, too, as he reaches over for a well worn tape near the top of the box. Steve gives him a smile that's sly enough to make Tommy feel like an idiot for saying it. For giving up something damning and getting shit-all in return, just Steve grabbing a fistful of his sleeve and pulling him toward the door. "Let's watch it." Steve kisses Tommy. It's a joke, it doesn't mean anything. There isn't an explanation for what happens after that.

It's 2003 - nearly two decades after Eddie sacrificed himself to save Hawkins, leaving Steve behind to navigate a life without his soulmate. next movie line-up for the upcoming week since I've been throwing myself around and missed one last line up

uno — Cure (1997)

this was on my list for last "week" and i borderline forgot about it, so HOPEFULLY... i can get to it this round (cross fingers) — i still know about this movie other than ... horror spooky

dos — The Hitcher (1986)

i got back into this itch of wanting to watch all of the outsiders actor filmographies, so here i am looking at c thomas howell with my big ol eyes like "YOUUUUU...." (pointing with a crooked finger)

tres — Fight Club (1999)

reccomended to me by @ mr-freakyboy-curtis and it's been someeewhat... on my list — another movie i dunno shit about but hear about constantly, so it's sticking

cuatro — Mysterious Skin (2004)

alright, shun me for being interested in a movie just because of an edit and also because it's gay. okay. look.

I'VE HEARD THE MOVIE IS WEIRD AS FUCK??? apparently it's about aliens, that's all I've established. but alas :3

cinco — Cowboys (2020)

one of those queer movies I've never been able to grab onto but it was on my Neverending Watchlist that i have on my notes app so i thought I'd throw it into my circle just because it sounds really neat

also how could i resist a story called cowboys c'mon that's so cool :(

seis — Basket Case (1982)

i dunno SHIT about this movie other than that it was on a horror movie list i was looking at and immediately striked me as interesting by title alone

i think this should be a sign i should actually read descriptions before getting into movies (and i still don't, and won't — I'm a sucker for blindwatching movies)

siete — Crossroads (1986)

part two of me staring at TO actors filmographies and wanting in on that, I've watched so many ralph movies already just because and this one was weirdly enough NOT one of the movies i watched — nor is my cousin vinny, but if i watch this one and enjoy it I'll probably skip my way over to that movie too

ocho — In And Out (1997)

part 3 of me going through actor filmographies, LISTEN MAN. i like the guys :(

anyways all i saw about this movie was that it's about gay people and i signed up immediately, don't even care if matts not the gay guy, i just want to watch queer cinema (and from the 90s?! wowahhh!!!)

My (Optimistic) Predictions for Elbaf

Elbaf has three main focus characters/arc movers in a similar fashion to W7/EL (Usopp, probably Robin, and…?)

Usopp Hammer Become Real (Mjolnir)

Mjolnir is a weapon that ate a devil fruit

Usopp learns more about his dad but doesn't get to catch up with him until a later arc

Usopp’s artistic talents will come in handy with the sun stone painter things

reevaluate the ending of water 7

Loki will be Usopp’s opponent in the big battle, not Luffy’s (or at the very least he’ll have some role in taking him down)

Usopp’s tendency to inspire and rally people(s) with big truth revealing speeches will be a major turning point

Somebody notices Usopp’s storytelling is practically prophetic; turns out Usopp unlocked an uncommon form of observation haki

(heck he’s smart and creative let him do funny unusual things with all the types of haki)

Nami unlocks conqueror’s haki

Either Nami or Usopp temporarily becomes a giant (thanks to the owl or whatever Scopper did)
