I have NOT said anything against Jungkook, I have NOT infatized him, and by no means is my post against women of color, African or any other ethnic group or lineage.  

If you think that’s what I have written, or if that is how your brain processes the words, then block me.  Don’t attack me for something I have not done. 

If you know me personally then you know how insane it is to accuse me of such.  Obviously those who are spewing their wrath know zero about me as a human, what I believe, what my life experience is, and how deeply I understand the subject I touched upon in my post.  

The worst part of being in the fandom is this.  People think nothing about attacking a total stranger, based upon their own issues, filters, life experience (or lack of) and their own inability to let someone else have a differing opinion without having to lash out at them. 

Yeah, people.  That’s the fandom.

I stand by my words in my post from earlier today.  If you don’t agree, that’s cool.  I don’t have issue with having differing opinions.  My issue is with people who attack, without having any real basis of information.  Attacking people who have not hurt you, lashed out at you, nor have done anything against you is never okay.  

Take your hatred and your issues elsewhere.  Good luck with it.

I have zero tolerance for hate, in any form.  I don’t feel it for anything or any one, nor do I allow it into my energy field, from others.

i feel like the wider internet should learn more about the kingdom hearts series bc going into it i expected sora to be wildly different to how he actually is. i expected like a boy madoka crossed with deku mha vibe. this is not sora. sora lands in a foreign world at 14 after having his destroyed with him on it and immediately starts a fight with cid. sora has to be held back by his disney dads multiple times because he wont stop taunting the organization because he wants to murder them more. sora is actively insane about his boy bestfriend and frankly if riku tried to run off anymore than he actually did i believe that little sora could have and would have resorted to kidnapping. like ya hes kind and empathetic but his friends are his power and if needed he will use said power to snap a bitch in half.

i've said it before but it will forever and always make me insane that jacob's ending is to join the cullens for the sake of bella not having to give anything up. they find out jake will be immortal & tied to renesmee forever, so bella gets to smile & say "my family is finally complete! ^-^" but jake already HAS a family. he has a father and 2 sisters. quil, embry, seth and sam are like his brothers. jacob and leah were planning to run away together. he's always been welcome in emily's home, sue has been a family friend since before his birth. bella abandons her mortality by choice because she feels no connection to the people around her, but jacob has really strong bonds. it's clear that every character we meet in la push is like family to him, he's an active member of the community. jake would've graduated high school and been a mechanic, would've grown into a young man. a good friend, a fun uncle, a present son. he's set up to have such a rich life. and he's just magically compelled to give that up. beyond his control, he loses sight of everything, because his high school crush's baby is now the singular most important thing to him. he's perpetually 18 with his perpetually 18 year old girlfriend, running around vancouver or alaska or wherever with the girl who friendzoned him at 16 & her in-laws (who were antagonistic to him for months). and i'm just supposed to say omg yay now he doesn't have to let go of bella! everyone is happy! it's complete madness

I have bad news for you about how literally the entirety of human socialization and the human mind work. You can say "here's a stick from off the ground. his name is Stanley and he has a loving family" and then break the stick and people will feel hurt because they formed a positive connection to Stanley. Humans project attachment onto everything. Asking people not to feel connections to other humans is not feasible. It's not possible and, if it were, it sure as hell wouldn't be healthy.

You didn't do anything wrong if you feel hurt that someone you didn't personally know did something wrong. You're not parasitic or obsessive for wanting people you don't personally know to be good people. Being devastated that someone you liked did something horrible isn't a sign you liked them too much, it's a sign you have the basic human ability to form emotional and social connections. Your responsibility is being aware of those connections and behaving in ways that are healthy, respectful, and keep you and others safe.

Trying to just not admire people or not feel a connection to other humans won't work. Focus instead on being aware of what your relationships to other people are, what actions on your part are acceptable given that level of relationship, what actions are acceptable on their part, and what level of relationship it's realistic or healthy to project. And be ready, as with all things in life, to change your views on something or someone when presented with new information, even if you have very strong emotional connections to the subject. For example: "I'd love to get a cup of coffee with the celebrity I don't know and talk with them about a film they're in. I imagine that would be nice." <- normal human emotion "I will go to this celebrity I don't know and ask them, apropos of nothing, to get a coffee with me/I expect this celebrity I've never met WILL go to coffee with me" <- Unrealistic level of projected relationship. Crosses boundaries of normal human interactions between strangers.

"I'm devastated this actor I liked was an abuser" <- normal human emotion

"I won't believe that this actor was an abuser because I like him and therefore can tell he wouldn't do that" <- Unrealistic and unhealthy level of projected relationship. Unsafe for you and others.

You can't just "not admire" people, yes, even people you don't know personally. Instead, be careful to make sure your admiration of someone doesn't affect your ability to make judgements about them.

Messing up while trying to learn healthier coping skills or communication skills doesn't mean your progress ceases to exist.

If you lashed out at someone during an argument instead of using your coping skills, it's okay to forgive yourself. If you reacted based on your emotional urge instead of looking at the situation, that's okay. It happens.

No one is perfect all the time. I think we expect so much more of ourselves. In my case, because I felt so ashamed of who I used to be. It makes me feel extra pressure to "do better". But the reality is, people who aren't in recovery mess up too. And sometimes they may not even notice it.

You don't need to beat yourself up about it. In fact, beating yourself up about it doesn't really help anyone. You can learn from it. Was there something going on that made it harder to use your coping skills? Was there a certain trigger? Maybe a bad day? Take your new knowledge and move forward.

Your progress still very much exists. I promise.

On the Subject of Xenodrugs

Being quite a disreputably reputable guide book, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy has very rigorous standards for the quality of its articles, researchers, and recommendations. It is thus puzzling when many hitchhikers who attempt to study the incredibly diverse drugs of the Affini Compact are either never heard from again, or send long complex articles that are almost completely illegible save for their glowing recommendation that any curious intelligent traveler wave down any of the Compact's craft and get injected as soon as possible.

However, any willing and perfectly independent traveler can learn all they can remember as the affini are far too willing to share that information.

Xenodrugs, as is the easiest word to describe them in local galactic vernacular, are a wide and diverse collection of legal and useful substances that the affini develop for the purpose of "making all the cute and silly little cuties be much happier while we give them all the huggies and pets their little hearts desire, and then some." There are a potentially infinite number of possible xenodrugs in the Affini Compact's vast and unknowable archives. This is due to the fact that, interestingly, one drug does not work the same across species. A xenodrug that may cause a Betelgeusian to taste the color red with his/her/their left toe may have a much weaker effect when applied to a Vogon, but be even more potent when injected into a Rinan.

Rather than do what any irresponsibly talented drug maker does, where you make a catchall that can make as many people as possible at a fancy dinner party think their chandelier is actually made of giant fire-breathing locusts, the affini believe in making new versions of every drug they possess to meet the metabolic threshholds of all the species they bring under their lovingly oppressive vines. This makes it very difficult to track all the possible xenodrugs currently circulating in the galaxy, as any sophont who uses them inevitably ends up spending more and more time among the affini and becomes a good little floret.

But, if you ever end up at a fun party where a towering plant person is offering you "something to ease your precious mind just a little, sweetheart", you should inquire as to what letter is associated with that drug and accordingly run based on which of the following letters the terrifying cosmic being says absolutely agree on the spot and show the nice affini your little arm or nose to receive the xenodrugs from the wonderful and loving affini looking to help your cute self be extra happy and precious.

A- Your standard fare drug. Effects often include things like your sense of touch being amplified, and your body chilling out as if you just finished inhaling the fumes off your ship's warp drive. Not that you should do that, and please tell any affini if you've done that at all.

B- Often used to manipulate the memory of any foolhardy partygoer, or to help you forget just how many hits you took off the ship's warp drive coils. Again, please let an affini know if you have done that, because its not good and they will help you forget that urge and get you the best care possible, dear reader.

C- Unfortunately, very little information exists on this particular xenodrug but they're very dangerous if used irresponsibly and should be treated with great caution, petals. All that is known is that when applied to any person, be they hitchhiker or not, they quickly end up enslaved to the will of an affini domesticated very quickly and go home with their new owner almost immediately after meeting.

D- Very likely to make you spill all of your secrets and reveal all of your secrets about your travels and where you hid your towel.

E- Very good at calming you down while trying to run or escape from the loving and tender vines of an affini trying to domesticate you.

H- Psychotropics that make you very susceptible to hypnosis or subliminal messaging. Far more potent than whatever convinced you to take hits off the warp drive coils, and can make you very easily guided to go talk to all the wonderful affini looking to help you find a home and stop hitchhiking.

S- The kind of weird things that are only possible in this weird and uncontrollable very adorable galaxy we call home. Messes with the body's senses and causes them to overlap in interesting ways like allowing you to taste the colors of an affini's flowers or make all her words into a beautiful tapestry of pretty colors.

Z- Easily takes you out, knocking you straight out into slumber as if you just hit your head after being caught taking hits off the warp drive again. Please be careful with these if you aren't being offered them, though. We wouldn't want you to get hurt while you're being all precious before taking a cute little nappie.
