Bumblebee doesn't care much for anniversaries but Starscream loves them [he'll never say it out loud you just Know] so it is in fact a running gag in their life that Bee will completely forget an anniv until The Day Of and scramble about trying to do SOMETHING to make it seem like he hasn't

Starscream is fully aware he forgot about it and is quite huffy [the huffiness is usually what tips Bee off on the date] but eventually he relents and goes all sweet again once Bumblebee has made suitable arrangements for him

Which does mean there was at least one time where Bee didn't do that and Starscream proceeded to make it everyone's problem for the next decade. He's petty like that
