Probably how Siffrin meets with the rest of the group (and later how Loop meets them too)

Siffrin was on his way to a town where he was supposed to join Loop and watch a Pokémon Contest they participated in… but he heard a commotion.

After capturing the rogue Pokémon and saving Mirabelle, Odile and Isabeau (not pictured here… I’m sorry Isabeau…) they all investigate why that Ursaring was so aggressive… turns out its cub was hurt! After healing it and releasing the Ursaring, they all make their way to the nearby town. Turns out Mirabelle was ALSO there for the Contest!

They arrive in town. They get their Pokémons healed. Siffrin finds Loop. Loop explodes at Siffrin for being late. Once it is explained why they were late, Loop explodes AGAIN, this time demanding how the hell Siffrin always found ways to put himself in danger?? (they were worried but they won’t say it of course)

And then fun Contest shenanigans happen and they all have a good time and maybe they don’t decide to travel all together but they’ll be excited to meet next time they cross paths <3

Its been a while since I made this piece and I am so happy that people are still interested in the characters and their whole dynamic! 🥺 So here it is, long awaited One-One and Toast fight aftermath!

Buildup is that Toast finally met One-One, but One-One cannot really exist without a fight, and would fall apart without that form of drive. So, Toast offers a friendly spar, it does not go well. One-One takes it too far.

Kenij's perspective on torres and ursa has to have been a JOURNEY for him in fact , the entire third act was probably wild from his perspective

He meets ursa first. we don't know if he was put in the room first or not, but he definitely met her. And was like , okay , obviously, this is another warrior who defeated one of these demons. Just look at her.

And then the door opens again, and this time, a little shrimp comes in [affectionate] clearly very relieved and chattering. And kenji shot in the dark on him speaking japanese has to ask, "You killed a demon?" And he responds!! In japanese!!!! But his accent is terrible. The only clear thing is his name , and he rambles about fish. so kenij's all alright, This interaction is a bust, and im going insane

And then they're arena and told to fight each other after being given a demonstration , on what exactly the collars around their necks do, and they're all given "weapons of their tribe" and kenji looks over after assessing his sword and sees that lady warrior has a fuck off gigantic axe, understandable, makes sense and that tracks with her energy. Little shrimp does not seem to recognize the weapon of his tribe and is clearly baffled and disappointed by it. And then , when ursa comes after him with the axe , he does nothing but fall down, completely fail to use the weapon and then curl into a ball, and kenji makes the decision to save him, but has to ask him "still alive?" Because what do you mean You don't understand the weapon of your tribe?, your first thing when confronted with another Warrior is to fall down in a little ball? Like, how did you defeat a demon? How are you here? Truly baffling, then points up at King Demon, and makes some kind of gesture that does not look murdery but does seem to agree that teamwork is the answer and appears to have some kind of plan so maybe he knows something

Ursa appears to agree and then attacks again so she's not quite as keen on the teamwork , but hey , maybe the two of them can figure something out to de-escalate and organize so kenij trys telling torres no to attack and then torres jumps on her back and is almost immediately stunned and he has to save him from her AGAIN

kenji HAS to be getting SICK of these two at this point, but he's still not going for the kill with ursa ,But then torres finally figures out his weapon and disarms ursa, and she immediately chills out [which is fucking hilarious when you don't have the context of the flashback] and communicating again , before getting eaten whole by a beast , so there goes torres but hey!! Ursa's on board with the teamwork now, and they make short order of the beast!!! Great!!!

And never mind, she's STILL trying to kill him whatever he finally gets her in a hold and very clearly and intentionally spares her because he's over this whole fighting bullshit she is not,but won't kill him when He's not fighting so clearly she has some standard of honor

Kenji, at this point, has fully accepted his death

But then he doesn't?? [He looks soo disappointed in his continued survival, which is devastating]

And torres is STILL ALIVE??? what??? and with a severed demon arm??? , okay , maybe this guy does know how to fight?? And is riding the aliens cart thing??? How?? This has to be why he here.

Teamwork is FINALLY HAPPENING, except when they pull up to fight the demon King torres once again runs away he's not gonna worry about right now. He's got ursa with him, and they do good for about thirty seconds to a minute simultaneously and quite easily pinned but luckily , it turns out the demon king has also forgotten about torres and somehow he's figured out their flying ship[ probably something that he's Not thinking about too hard , because this survival first figuring out what the fuck is going on later] they board he loses an arm and probably also his grip on reality, ursa jumps off to free them from the anchor

And cannot interpret that final line of "you Did it brother" as any other way then "bro what the fuck , how???"

The Arkham Prince AU is consuming my brain, like I can just imagine Bruce sitting in his cell and somehow making the chairs he's on look like a throne. Like he belongs everywhere in that old damp prison because his aura alone makes seem like royality and takes away from that, not even his prison jumsuit which should make him look, well, like a prisoner.

by far the worst summer was 2013. i dont remember a single thing that happened but i do remember that all that was on the radio was blurred lines, get lucky and latch. truly a summer to forget.

I am at all times chewing on Bull and Vivienne’s friendship like a dog with a toy.

you get me anon. iron bull is the companion we see have the most respect for vivienne, and i can't help but chew on their dynamic. she chides and dotes on him, but their entire friendship is its own powerplay; iron bull only does what vivienne tells him to do and goes along with what she says because he wants to. if he actually didn't want to, he wouldn't. i think bull finds stability in vivienne that he doesn't really have anywhere else, especially if the chargers are saved and he is split off from the qun. in their banter, we see bull go to vivienne and ask for her for her opinions and knowledge over and over. he seeks out her thoughts in a way that he doesn't really do with the other companions. and it's super fun to dig into that!

i think it's important to note that when they talk to each other, though, they're both playing a specific role. vivienne plays up the whole 'figure of authority' persona; telling bull what to do and to take care of himself better, giving him her thoughts and information he doesn't know, ect. and bull plays into vivienne's need to have that authority by being receptive to her when she tells him what to do and actively being curious about the information she has to share. even playing a bit dumb at times in an effort to gain more information from her. such an interesting dynamic, im shaking them both around in my teeth
