TIPS FOR ASPDs !!

1. Try not to show emotions, aspds are often also called sociopaths for a reason (i mean being antisocial equals being a sociopath lol) learn how to control your emotions, try not to have random bursts out

2. UNLESSSSSS you have been provoked to show emotions, such as anger. Some people with aspd have homicidal ideation, and fantasies about abusing others, let this become your coping mechanism. Every time someone pisses you off imagine them being skinned alive, or being humiliated!

3. People with aspd do not need validation nor attention from others, try being that. If you're easily jealous try maybe your new coping mechanism (imagine this person you're jealous of being humiliated, strangled, kill3d, abus3d, r4ped or anything like that!) convince yourself that these thoughts are calming you down

4. People with antisocial personality disorder often feel a sense of superiority over others, viewing themselves as smarter or more capable, which can contribute to manipulative and dismissive behaviour, try being that

5. People with aspd often exhibit impulsivity, acting without considering consequences, which can lead to reckless, aggressive, or deceitful behavior, try doing something reckless
