久しぶりや！(関西弁染まってる？？) こないだ、はじめて大学の友達にブログ見たよって言ってもらえて 放置してたのをまた書きたくなった。 みんな新生活はなれましたか〜？ わたし、相変わらず欲張りに生きてます。大学生ってもっと余裕があるって思ってたけど結構多忙。 ノリで入っちゃったトライアスロン部。めっちゃ楽しい🤣🤣のか？辛い。辛いよ普通に！ 今日は、朝から800メートル(他にもメニューはあるよ)泳いでみよか！とかいわれ、午後は6キロラン。まだ、本気を出したメニューには出会ってないけど頑張る。 あとは、近所の焼肉&もつ鍋屋さん。めっちゃ元気の良い店員さんに感銘して、お店乗り込んで「バイトさせてください」って。 なんでも、やってみるか！のノリで動くから気づいたらちょー多忙。でも、何だかんだ暇が欲しいー！くらいが充実する。 こないだ、留学生と交流しようという企画で嵐山に行ってきた。参加者は、みんな留学生で日本人なんていなかった。けど、TISAって言う留学生を支援する団体さんに混ざって英語しゃべってきた。 メキシコ人の人がいたから、スペイン語もついでにやった。勉強したことが通じるー！！ってめっちゃ楽しかった。 と言う感じでわたしのプチ近況報告。 暇になるとね、島のこと思い出す。家族よ、会いたい！けど、日中はほぼ忘れてる。笑 あ、あといきなりかよっていうお知らせというか報告というか。。。

私のお母さん（朱寿香姉ちゃん）が乳がんになりました。 こんなとこに書いていいのか！って感じだけど 茶色のが2日間消えなくて、おかしい乳がんだ、とその時にはすでにステージ３の６センチの腫瘍が。

何で今まで気づかなかったの！って言うところから始まった。 抗がん剤治療が始まった。3週間に一回島から上京して半年うける。

最初、電話かかってきて覚悟して聞いてとか言われて 報告された。ガンになったことより宇宙に報告するのが怖かった！と、どんだけだよ。 母が病気になる、なんて考えてもなかったし最初は泣いた。めっちゃ怖かった。死ぬのかなって。だいちとるかはどうなるの、とか。けど、めっちゃくちゃポジティブなママを見て安心？安心はしちゃダメだけど、うん。頑張ろうって。 もうすぐ、八丈の民宿では1番の稼ぎどきな夏を迎える。そこで働けないことを心配してるお母さん。まずは自分の心配して😥

成人式まで島帰らない宣言してたのは取り消して、とりあえず夏は手伝いに専念しようかな。

 その話で、実は私の通ってた明豊中学校の校長先生がガンになってて、でも治って本も出してるって話を聞いた。 「校長先生、ガンになる」うちにもAmazonから届いたからこれから読む。結構有名らしいしぜひ読んで 母が中学校まで行って、エンジェル(元担任のめっちゃ大好きな先生)と校長先生に会ってきたみたい。元気で相変わらずだったみたい。

中学校の友達が、何とかで頑張ってるよ！とかどこ大に行ってる！とか聞くとほっこりした気持ちになる。ほっこり？んー、たぶんそれ笑 と、自分の歳がぐんぐん増えてくのも感じる。あとね、卒業するときに3-1にサプライズでもらった色紙はトイレに飾ってあるんだ♫ 集まりたいから、どっかでタイミング見て集合かける！！話はそれまくりだけど今日のブログおしまーい！おやすみ😘

Almost all FDM 3D printed plastics fall under ♹.

Let’s face it, plastic recycling is complex. We all want to do our bit to help the environment and minimise our footprint but sometimes it’s just plain confusing to know which plastic is recyclable and which isn’t.

Too often we find ourselves hovering over the recycling bin, rubbish in hand paralysed by indecision. Is this plastic fruit punnet recyclable? What about this piece of plastic wrap? Surely this plastic CD case can be recycled?

With the advent of 3D printing, more people than ever are coming into contact with an ever increasing number of polymers. Knowing which plastic can go in our curb-side recycling bins shouldn’t be this difficult!

Resin Codes

Thankfully that’s where ASTM International comes in. They have grouped all plastics into one of 7 Resin Identification Codes to help better identify plastics. As it stands, the current codes are are follows.

♳ : Polyethylene terephthalate (PETE)

♴ : High density polyethylene (HDPE)

♵ : Polyvinyl chloride (V)

♶ : Low density polyethylene (LDPE)

♷ : Polypropylene (PP)

♸ : Polystyrene (PS)

♹ : Other

3D Printing plastics

Notice that none of the plastics commonly used for 3D printing appear on the list above? That’s because the following plastics all fall under ♹ - a catch all category for a wide variety of plastics that encompasses petroleum based plastics such as ASA and ABS to bioplastics such as PLA. Currently the following plastics fall under ♹:

Recyclability 

While resin codes ♳, ♴ and ♵ are almost all universally accepted by local councils for curb-side recycling collection, collection of numbers ♶, ♷, ♸ and ♹ vary from council to council with most choosing not to recycle plastics that fall under ♹. While it pays to check if your council is more forward thinking that others, most councils nationwide suggest that ♹ plastics are placed in the general waste bin and are destined for landfill.

Recycling Facilities

This is by no means the end of the road for 3D printed waste recycling as some recycling facilities and institutions may still have need of 3D printed waste. Institutions like Precious Plastics, specialised recycling centres and even universities may be willing to accept specific plastics.

We’ve partnered with the Michel Crouch Innovation Centre at UNSW to collect, process and repurpose 3D printed waste into a variety of useful products. Should you have clean, uncontaminated and well sorted 3D printed waste, you may be eligible to drop it off at one of our collection points for recycling.

Labelling Plastics

If you’re one of the lucky few who live in an area that does recycle ♹ plastics, it’s important to label your 3D prints with the proper resin code as unidentifiable plastics are pulled off the recycling line and diverted to landfill. If you’re looking to recycle your 3D printed waste, it’s important to design a ♹ symbol somewhere visible on the surface of the print so it can be identified. 

FAQ’s

+ Which of my 3D printing plastics can I recycle in my curb-side recycling bin?

None of them.

Almost all 3D printed plastics fall under resin ♹.

In Australia almost all councils are unable to recycle ♹ plastics. As such, they can’t be placed in your curb-side recycling bin and are destined for the general waste bin.

Note: Some councils do make exceptions and may accept ♹ plastics for curb-side recycling so it’s worth contacting them to be sure.

+ How can I recycle my 3D printed waste?

Step 1: Check if your local council accepts and recycles ♹ plastics.

If they do: Make sure your prints have a ♹ symbol somewhere visible on the surface of the print so it can be identified or it will end up in landfill despite your best efforts.

If they don’t: Go to step 2.

Step 2: Check if you have a local partnered facility that repurposes 3D printed waste close by.

If you are close to a facility: Ensure your 3D printed waste is grouped by material clear from any contaminants. Drop your 3D printed waste off at your local facility during their opening hours. Again, ensure your prints have a ♹ symbol somewhere visible on the surface of the print.

If you are not close to a facility: Place 3D printed waste in general waste bin.

Yes!

Institutions like Precious Plastics, specialised recycling centres and even universities may be willing to accept specific plastics.

+ PETE (PET) is recyclable in most states. Can PETG can be recycled?

Unfortunately not.

Although PETE (PET) and PETG may differ by a single letter, the glycol present in PETG results the plastics having slightly different melting temperatures. When processed together, the PETG melts and becomes sticky while the PETE stays solid. This causes the materials to clump together and causes problems in the recycling process. As such, PETG is currently not accepted in most councils in Australia for curb-side collection.

Note: Some councils do make exceptions and your local council may differ.

Qué son colchones de HR

Los colchones de HR son colchones sin muelles. La diferencia principal de los colchones está en el núcleo y los colchones de HR son colchones cuyo núcleo tiene una espumación especial llamada HR.

Ahora vamos por partes… y la primera es saber que es el HR de los colchones.

Que es el HR de los colchones

  Aclaremos que el HR no es gomaespuma. No podemos caer en el error de poner el colchón con núcleo de HR al mismo nivel que los de goma espuma. El HR es una espumación pero de mucha calidad.

El HR es una espumación muy adaptable, sus siglas significan alta resiliencia (Hight Resilience) que es la capacidad que tiene el material para volver a la posición inicial después de nuestro cuerpo haya descansado sobre el.

    Tipos de colchones de HR

  En cuanto a tipos de colchones de HR podemos decir que cada fabricante hace su HR. Cada uno tiene su fórmula con la que piensa que beneficiará el sueño de sus clientes.

Hay colchones de HR de distintas densidades y distintas durezas. Y luego estos, además se pueden combinar con capas de más o menos centímetros de viscoelástica, más menos capas de acolchados de fibras tradicionales, más o menos centímetros de látex etc.

Si hablamos de marcas, por ejemplo Flex fabrica el Airvex, Sema el restcell, Dupen simplemente le llama HR, Dormilon lo llama Techno Foam.

Según mi opinión la clave está en la densidad del HR, esto es la cantidad de material que lleva por metro cúbico. Cuanto más material más densidad, no confundir con dureza. Cuanto menos densidad menos material, más aire.

A mayor densidad mayor duración del colchón.

  ¿Cuándo es una buena densidad de HR?

Pues una buena densidad de HR sería de 25 kg hacia arriba. Los colchones de gama media alta llevan 35-40 kg y todo lo que esté por encima sería colchones de alta gama.

  Ventajas del colchón de HR

  Las ventajas de los colchones de HR podrían ser las siguientes:

Los colchones de HR tienen mayor transpirabilidad que los de gomaespuma tradicional, por lo que regulan mejor la temperatura y mejoran la higiene de estos.

Se acoplan mejor al cuerpo que los de muelles normales, por lo que se eliminan puntos de presión y la sangre circula mejor por nuestro cuerpo, haciendo que demos menos vueltas en el colchón y teniendo un descanso más placentero.

Se pueden fabricar colchones de HR para camas articuladas, en este caso los núcleos sueles ser de menos de 20 cm de alto y los hacen perfilados para que al doblarse no se formen incomodos pliegues. Esto no se puede hacer con los colchones de muelles.

A quien aconsejamos los colchones de HR

  Los colchones de HR son aconsejables si buscas colchones con alta adaptabilidad o también si buscas colchones con independencia de lechos, es decir que cuando tu te muevas tu pareja no lo note.

Pero no los aconsejamos si pesas más de 95 kg o si eres una persona que lleva muy mal el calor, para vosotros van mejor los de muelles ensacados.

  Mantenimiento de un colchón de HR

  En cuanto al mantenimiento de los colchones de HR no necesitamos hacer nada fuera de lo normal en cuanto a mantenimiento de colchones.

Si el colchón es de una cara simplemente hay que girarlo de cabeza a pies cuanto más a menudo mejor.

Si el colchón es de 2 caras además de lo anterior, tienes que darle la vuelta, alternado los dos movimientos, una vez giro y a la siguiente volteo.

[RESENHA] Fallen Heir - Erin Watt

SINOPSE:

Os Royals vão arruinar você.

Easton Royal tem de tudo: boa aparência, dinheiro, inteligência. Seu objetivo na vida é se divertir o máximo possível. Ele nunca pensa nas consequências, porque ele não precisa.

Até que Hartley Wright aparece, agitando sua vida fácil.

Ela é a única garota que diz não mesmo sentindo-se atraída por ele. Easton não consegue desvendá-la, o que a torna ainda mais irresistível.

Hartley não o quer. Ela diz que ele precisa amadurecer.

 Pode ser que ela esteja certa.

Rivalidade. Regras. Arrependimento. Pela primeira vez na vida de Easton, usar uma coroa já não é o suficiente. Ele está prestes a descobrir que quanto mais alto você está, maior é a queda.

Fallen Heir é o quarto livro da serie The Royals. O livro conta a historia de Easton, o irmão de Reed, Gideon e dos gemêos Sawyer e Sebastian. Easton sempre foi o meu personagem preferido, desde a leitura de princesa de papel (Paper Princess) pelo seu jeito descontraido e divertido. Em Fallen heir acompanhamos os pensamentos de Easton, que sempre tentou levar a vida na brincadeira e na diversão, pensamentos esses que não são tão felizes assim.

Seus questionamentos só aumentam com o aparecimento de Hartley Wright, que o pega em um momento embaraçoso. Hartley sabe quem ele é e nao quer nenhum tipo de envolvimento, quanto mais longe ficar dos holofotes melhor para ela, mas Easton não pensa dessa maneira, hartley tem algo que o intriga e a sua rejeição só o deixa mais instigado a descobrir mais sobre ela.

Mesmo com uma intensa atração pairando sobre eles, Easton não consegue convecê-la a ficar com ele e se vê aceitando a amizade de hartley, porque no momento é tudo o que ela pode oferecer, e ele não ve outra maneira de continuar perto dela.

Easton está muito mais sensivel, descuidado e descontrolado em FH, foi um pouco perturbador perceber que ele estava muito pior do que eu pensava e que ele nao é nenhum pouco feliz, por causa da culpa e da solidão que carrega.

"Eu sempre estive no meio, rodeado por meus irmãos, mas de alguma forma ainda estava sozinho."

O final de Fallen Heir é chocante, mais surpreendente do que os finais dos outros livros da serie. Prepare-se para surtar, gritar e sofrer muito, estou ansiosa para Cracked Kingdom, que vai solucionar o misterio e acalmar os corações desesperados do final do livro.
