#week of multi-shipping

Week of Multi-Shipping isn't really an event, there's no set time for it, so you can participate whenever you want.

How it works is you pick one character and 5 (or 7 if you want) different ships for that character and make content over the course of a week.

One ship will be featured on the first day, then another on the second day and so forth.

This can be done in any way you want. Fanfic, fanart, photoset, rambling about the ship, etc.

Okay 3 things

1. I was thinking about an aroace Sonic who says things that can be taken as wildly flirty/romantic but he just means them genuinely. “You have beautiful eyes, I keep getting distracted while looking at them,” not cause he’s interested romantically in them but because eyes can be really cool and pretty man I dunno what to tell you he likes looking at cool things and he thinks his friends are neat. “You’re the most beautiful person here,” because he really thinks that, he loves his friends

2. Sonic randomly dropping heartfelt genuine comments on his friends out of the blue completely blindsiding them and then moves on like nothing happened while they’re left going ?????? Bonus points if he does something immensely stupid or jerkish just before or immediately afterwards and they can’t tell if he was serious or not with the compliment (yes he was)

3. Sonic usually being so allergic to truly vulnerable moments that when he expresses something heartfelt randomly Tails thinks he’s been stabbed or something and does not believe him when he reassures him that he’s fine he’s fine he’s not dying yeesh

okay but how insane would I be if I admitted I was curious about the ship dynamic between The Ghoul & Norm?

The only issue I foresee is that, in my head, Norm is the younger brother and cannot possibly be over 22 years old… but boy, does that little worm in my brain bring up the ship every time I write.

Sometimes I just think it’d be so interesting? Norm has gained some backbone by the end of the series and I really think he wouldn’t be afraid to just… say what he thinks to The Ghoul’s face. He’d also have none of that ‘Vault Dweller Goodness’ that The Ghoul has associated with Lucy. There’d be a strange combination of respect and animosity… plus, I think he’d appreciated Norm’s dry humor.

Imagine: Lucy & The Ghoul are traveling together and Norm joins them at some point. Norm is keeping records of all the Wasteland creatures he comes across because he’s genuinely interested in how the surface has affected things and people…

…which leads him to asking rather probing questions to The Ghoul. Does he have genitalia? How long did the process take to become a ghoul? Are they experiencing radiation exposure just by traveling with him or do they have to be in closer proximity? Is he semen irradiated?

Purely scientific, of course, but The Ghoul would turn it right back on him and ask if he wants to experiment to learn these things.

Norm is disturbed, initially, cue crisis…

Who knows who knows.

I'm sure this has probably been said about teacher Midoriya, but can you imagine the rumors that run in the student body? He's close to a lot of pros, close enough that they all pitched to buy him a hero suit, there has to be rumors or a betting pool about whether he is dating one of the pros right?

Ngl kinda happy that the N + V week didn’t happen on halloween like the name halfway suggested tbh

I will admit a liiitle bit of it’s because I’m not personally a fan of N + V but like also-

Like, don’t get me wrong I don’t think doing some cute ship art for halloween would be a bad thing/a week for one ship doesn’t necessarily preclude other people doing their own stuff/multiple existing at one time but like- I kinda think it’d just be a really good time for some general prompts focusing more on the horror parts of the series/maybe some fluff that can be romantic or can apply to everyone in the whole cast?

(also even if I think the idea of it being a “ship war” in general beyond mild jabs/memes is kinda dumb vs just having your own preferences and opinions based on your analysis- if we are going on ship war terms, I don’t like the idea of either side trying to claim it and that goes for “my side” too :( )
