Hey everyone!
We're out of the 240lbs!! Even though this week I lost barely a pound, I still lost something. Which is motivating me to keep pushing. Now it's time to move onto losing the next 20lbs. Time to continue the gym, to cook at home, and to figure out how to deal with stressful situations.
Life has really been stressing me out lately. Which is why I'm happy and surprised that I'm still losing weight consistently. There's something itching at the back of my mind telling me that everything will get better soon. I just don't know what it is.
I'll give y'all another weight update next week!

I’m posting this because maybe some online bullying will help me lose weight, I’m 296lbs give if or take atm, and been feeling really fucking fat and gross, though no hate to other people of similar sizes it just makes me not like myself. Anyways most of the photos are from a couple years ago the biggest one is very recent. It’s weird looking back at the time I thought I was really big but turns out you can always get bigger 😭

HEY EVERYONE! I really think now I have skipped that plateau I had hit a couple weeks ago where I went from 243 to 245 for like 3 weeks. I'm now 1.6lbs away from achieving 20lbs lost! I did start the gym last week but only went 1 day. Yesterday I had been really tired from work so I went home instead to sleep. Also I haven't spent money on food. I've been cooking and then my job has gotten us food. The biggest thing for me was not going for seconds. One because I didn't need it and two because it was very filling food on it's own. Yesterday though my appetite wasn't there.
One of my favorite morning breakfasts is literally scrambled eggs, toast, and hot sauce or pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. If I'm in a rush then I'll go buy a fruit bowl and have some yogurt. One thing to do is measure out what you're eating to understand what a serving size is and also eat slowly, enjoy your food and understand those hunger cues.
Now I went the first day without a real plan but when I get to the gym this week I will be ready. Also today I'm having those scrambled eggs on toast. I got nothing else but studying going on today. So I'll order something in for like a late lunch/early dinner. Maybe I should do a what I eat in a day. It won't be perfect though because I don't get enough veggies or fruits in or sometimes none at all, or fiber. I'm trying to fix that.

Mini Update
Hey y'all!
I think I messed up this week. I haven't kept up with my calories because I've been in pain so my eating has been all over the place. Some days I ate once a day and other days I ate three times a day. But the pain in my body is gone. I'm counting my maintenance calories this week and next week. But I'm taking a next step. I'm doing the membership on MyFitnessPal. They let you scan the barcodes that way.
Also I did check my weight this morning, I'm at 239lbs. I wanna cry. But at least I'm out of the 240lbs! It's time to delete Uber Eats like for real this time. No more ordering out for convenience. If I didn't cook, looks like we eating sandwiches. Making those sandwiches is probably better than ordering out McDonalds or Chick Fil a. It's probably better for my body and my wallet (currently broke).
Now your girly is busy this week. I got 3 doctors appointments, a new class is starting, homework, and a friendsgiving to attend. Make your next goal in 2025 to plan out your week so you don't accidentally miss out on events and so you can plan out time for you to relax.

The 3 Non-Negotiables for Fat Loss Without Muscle Loss
1. Eat Enough Protein (More Than You Think)
Minimum: 0.8–1g per pound of body weight (not kg!)
Example: A 160lb person needs 130–160g protein/day
Why? Protein protects muscle during calorie deficits
2. Lift Heavy (Not Light & “Toning”)
Strength train 3–4x/week (focus on compound lifts: squats, deadlifts, presses)
