Reborn rolls his eyes at him every time.

“I don’t want to be mafia,” Tsuna says yet again, for what seems the millionth time, but this time he takes a breath and continues. It takes Reborn a bit to believe he’s hearing it. “But. If I can. I’ll use it to be something else.”

Tsuna’s eyes shine so brightly. It nearly knocks Reborn off his feet.

“I want to protect my friends. That’s always… Been the main reason I’ve ever done any of this.” But the more he learns about the world, the more he sees exactly how much power Vongola has, and how little other people do… “I want to make things better, Reborn. I don’t want to hurt people! And if I can’t run away… Then I might as well do what I want with it. I never… Want to see my mom that scared again.” Scared for what she doesn’t understand. Scared of blood, the color wrong across her face. Things like politics and business are difficult. The only thing he’s good at is fighting. “If I do this. Will you help me? Vongola… Was never meant to be this way.”

Tsuna’s gaze doesn’t waver from him. Not once. “It’ll be hard, Tsuna,” Reborn says, “harder than any other path you can take...” And thats’d exactly why… “But yes. I'll help." Tsuna, from the very beginning, has always mesmerized him with the possibilities of what he could be. “I’m not someone who would turn down a challenge."

Tsuna doesnt give him a blinding smile. He doesn’t look relieved, either. His mouth curves though, just a little, and Reborn sees a terrible thing. A glimpse of the future. “Mm. I know.”

When the world’s greatest steps forward and pledges his life to Vongola Decimo at his coronation, the newest boss responds with a smile that says it’s only natural for Reborn to take a knee for him.

Mists - he’s got two of them. One of them has killed two Famigila and escaped VINDICARE. The second one you hear is a civilian so they have to be weak right? Right?! Nope they are looking at Mukuro with starry eyes. What the fuck

Storm guardian?- Gokudera Hayato, a bomb enthusiast and street rat. He’s known for Bombing buildings belonging to Famiglia whose Skies tried to harmonize with him. He’s following around the Fluffy Heir around like a puppy. He just threw a stick of dynamite at someone who was “looking at the Decimo wrong”

you think the Rain is a normal civilian, finally, and then he brings out a sword and hey you recognize that combat style!…. Wait….

Why do you recognize that style? What do you mean his dad’s an assassin? Most Mafioso don’t live past their thirties what you do mean he was able to retire???

Cloud is apart of a pretty famous Clan and seems to be close to the Storm Arcobaleno. What’s more terrifying is that it seems he moved his Territory to include the Iron Fort and surrounding Villages. That normally never happens and it leaves the outer world shaking in their boots.

His Lightning is a slightly smaller child and then he introduces himself by his family name and everything is starting to make sense. He dropped his Bazzoka? At one of the family galas, He just causally has one? And ended up becoming an adult for ten minutes near the end.

The Sun? Seemed like everything had finally returned to normality. No immediately obvious name or skill, he’s slightly energetic but which Sun isn’t? Someone looks up his name after seeing him sparing with Lussuria and it turns out he won his fair share of Competitions. Not the Civilian kind either, the bloody almost illegal kind that goes for money.

This is not including Futa, who escaped an entire famigalia as a child and disappeared off the map for years, I-Pin the Storm Arcobalenos adopted? Niece and whoever else joined them during the transfer.

so this is sort of tied in to the flower ask i answered the other day for Ale! (thank you again @dreamieparadise, for both of these!!🧡🧡)

essentially the continuation question was "what flowers do you associate with Hayato/Ale (5990) / ones that represent their relationship?"

-> Amaranth / Astilbe / Balsam ( reasons/explanations under the cut! )

-> Amaranth :: Amaranth represents endless love and eternal affection; not really representative of them early on in their relationship, but definitely one of the defining ones by TYL. Through all the hardships and tension they face early on theyre able to truly connect and relate to each other, be there for each other through thick and thin.

-> Astilbe :: Astilbe represents patience, dedication, and strength. Patience being the key factor for Astilbe; Hayato and Ale did not get along in the beginning. At all. Both of them with their own weird sense of pride and bad first impressions. Ale saw Hayato as some annoying puppy following Tsuna around like he was starved for attention. Meanwhile, Hayato sees this new foreign kid trying to bond with Tsuna out of nowhere and doesn't trust her at all. It takes weeks before they finally try and work past their instant opinion of the other, and not without a lot of forced proximity to each other. A confession gone utterly wrong puts a roadblock in place for a time, but again, patience and actually thinking things through gets over it easily enough.

Dedication, or rather, proving the dedication, both to each other and the alliance between the Families is a strong factor on their relationship. They first get close during the Battle for the Vongola Rings, wherein Ale and the Novana act like moral support for Tsuna and the Guardians; Ale especially making themself present during the Storm Battle. Where Hayato cements himself with Ale once theyre forced to go through their family's own inheritance and the aftermath.

-> Balsam :: represents impatience, ardent love, and ill tempers. This one is pretty self-explanatory and pretty fitting? Both of them have short fuses at times, and neither have the patience at first to let their brain work before they react to things. Balsam is pretty symbolic of both of their Storm mentalities, Hayato moreso, but Ale still has it at times given their secondary flames.

However, ardent love... its a passionate, intense form of love that comes with a deep emotional commitment. Working through trauma together, slowly getting each other to open up and be comfortable around each other to not have to mask their feelings -- simple enough of a reason to be in the representation. But also -- Ale breaking their family's curse by saving Hayato during the hunts and living, dealing with the immense guilt he feels about it, the reassurance from Ale that it was their own decision and they would do it again because they love him that much-- Yeah.

Superhero/Supervillain AU: All Sawada Tsunayoshi wants to do is help people. Considering his occupation as a Vongola Inc. superhero, you'd think that wouldn't be much of a problem. You'd be wrong. [Of course 'people' isn't supposed to include wanted supervillains. But it's hardly Tsuna's fault that the training manual doesn't specify that, is it.] Along the way, he learns to help himself.

this series is just so, so good! all the works in it are simply *chef's kiss*. the worldbuilding is amazing, the characters so in character and complex and with so many layers and depth to them. also it's obviously planned down to the last detail, so it's incredibly fun to follow along and try to piece the puzzle along with the various characters' pov.

The Boy in the Ice by eloquentelegance

A mysterious pillar of ice drops out of the sky and fuses with the grounds of Yuuei. It's not the strangest thing to happen, especially for this school. But the boy, frozen within, is strange - yes, very strange indeed.

haven't read chapter 2 yet, but i have no doubt it won't disappoint whenever i'll be able to get to it. as for chapter 1? a fucking masterpiece. it's a khr x bnha crossover, and i don't usually read crossover, but boy, am i glad this is one of the few i gave a chance to haha.

it's been a while since i've reread this one, but i still have the reaction of "oh, this one was so, so good!!" whenever i come across it lol, so yeah. what i do remember is i absolutely love the depiction of hibari in this one as well as his dynamic with tsuna. also little miss bunny is one of my favorite khr writers, they're so good at crafting the different aus they come up with and making them feel real while still keeping the characters in character, i love it.

Target Acquired: Wicked Jester by poorasdirt

Colonnello has always been a military man. He understood what led to him being cursed. He understood why the others had been cursed. Or, well, why most of the others had been cursed. Skull's motivations had always been a mystery to him. Now that the curse had been lifted, Colonnello could finally sit back and try to puzzle it out. If only it were that easy. Or Colonnello's instincts were telling him something wasn't right and curiosity only kills cats.

i know for a fact i've already recc this one before, and i'm doing it again because it's just that good. <3 it's another one heavy on worldbuilding, which is funny because usually worldbuilding isn't exactly my thing, but how can i say no to them when they're all so well written like this. anyway it's a skull-centric fic through nello's pov, so of course i was all for it zfsegfdsds.

Starstruck by Little_Miss_Bunny

All Tsuna wanted was his siblings to be happy. So, he didn't see a problem attending a fan signing for one of the hottest bands to date, even if he had no clue who they were. He did start seeing a problem when more idols started appearing in his life. It got even worse when they just wouldn't leave him alone.

i love this one so, soo much! this is my favorite work of theirs. it's currently at 153k words tho, so not too sure how to summarize it lol, but just trust me on this one! it's more on the lighthearted one compared to their other works, tho still touch on serious stuff and do it well, but i'd still consider it a comfort (and funny) fic.

another one from little miss bunny that i love so much!! maybe or maybe not because nello is the first arco to appear, so there's certainly no shortage of nello & tsuna interactions. more seriously tho zrfsdfds, this is another one where the worldbuilding has obviously been given a lot of care, and the characters are written so well, tsuna first of all, and it's just super fun to read.

They're a group of insane, energetic, destructive and hyper people. But they also love each other, whether some are willing to admit it or not. Family sticks together, through thick, thin, and crazy.

the ultimate platonic/familial khr fic! with how many chapters it already has (57 for 195k words), you're bound to find more than one you'll love. some are connected, most are not. some are lighthearted fluff, some more on the heavy, serious side of things. but all chapters are written so well, and at their cores it's all about how much these guys love each other.

another incredible series that is just so, soo good! it's about tsuna not wanting to become vongola decimo and doing what he can so it won't happen. no happy endings yet, but the series isn't marked complete yet either, so we'll see.

i haven't reread this one in a long while, so i honestly... don't quite remember how it goes zqdsfds, but i still remember it was an amazing read all the same!! i mean, the summary alone is so good? also this writer is one of the best in the fandom imo, so yeah.

Reborn is not yet the world's greatest hitman, not quite a proper Sky, and definitely doesn't want these ridiculous Guardians that he keeps running into.

sky arco reborn who does not want to be the sky arco? it's just as chaotic and funny as you might think zqefdddsf. the interactions in this are absolute gold, and it's just such a fun ride to see all the bonding happen despite reborn's best efforts lmao. also ourliazo is another one of my favorite khr writers. the way they write the arco and tsuna (and every other khr characters tbh)? absolute peak. and then you add their humor, and i will simply never be tired of their writing.

Forgotten Memories of a Broken Soldier by Maintenant

The Arcobaleno arrive at their collective house after their yearly meeting turned mission. Skull had been left there to cook them a warm meal for their return, seeing as he is useless in a mission, but it is not Skull they find when they return. Rather, it is, but it is not. For this Skull has cold eyes and harsher threats, and he doesn't know the rest of the Arcobaleno. Perhaps more importantly, the Arcobaleno find, is that they don't know Skull.

i love this one for the ending and the build up to it. it's a wip, but the first chapter can be read as a one shot (imo) so it works well. it's a skull is harry potter fic, and like i already said i don't usually read crossover fics, but this is another one i'm glad i gave a chance to.

he doesn’t realize it’s the Mafia. Any Flame Active that’s ever went to Hogwarts during the war or knows about the war hides his identity.

He gets Xanxus out of the ice early, no one knows how he even got into Vongola, and accidentally made the entire Varia headquarters impossible to break into via magic. Tsuna and his guardians are living in Hogwarts until he can buy a house for them instead, there is a portal to allow Hibari an easy way to get back to his territory.

Vongola has no clue where their heir is.

As we know the wizard world is shit on many levels so I would say Harry more so just decided that the hermit lifestyle is for him

But at some point either gets bored and/or lonely so ...

And ends up with Xanxus from his father's side and Tsuna from his mom's side

Then after seeing the home situation of those two decides adoption it's is !

Vongola is getting fucked over by a really really powerful and pissed Harry who no longer gives any ficks for how the world is (and the Varia who only follow their boss , who Vongola betrayed)

He is also looking at any and all of the Varia and more specifically Xanxus's elements for even breathing wrong , because he lost more than one dearly precious person and is not doing it again or having someone else go through it again

Also seeing as Tsuna doesn't really have all that good Guardians other than his Mists no one other than them is in . Instead we have Tsuna who got raised with the Varia and Harry since he was 8 and then at around 10 got kidnapped , proceeded to start a revolution and a break out with the rest of the kids (which is how he got his (1/2) Mist , Sun and Rain) while Harry and the Varia were on the Estraneo's ass for daring to kidnap the resident sunshine child (because Bell is really really bloodthirsty and that is his emotional support second Sky)

Xanxus is on the other hand laughing his ass off at the Mafia(especially Vongola) and their stupidity . But make no mistake the moment anyone thinks they can put his baby cousin cough*baby brother*cough in the same hell as they put him there are gonna be a carnage only a pissed off Wrath Sky can create

Also people really shouldn't underestimate Tsuna , especially Tsuna who was both raised by the Varia as default babysitters and also allowed to fully flourish as the VERY Cloudy Sky he is . (Fun fact here he is Xanxus Cloud for better or worse on Xanxus overprotective tendencies)

So the moment the Tr Ni Sette bullshit is happening you better believe they are there and beating everyone else's ass to find a way for the planet to NOT end

In parts because of Mammon and Skull(what did you expect of me really ? I'm a Skull fan) and in part because Harry is definitely getting the Lighting Arco title (and maybe Sky) and no one wants the only somewhat sane adult in here to have to deal with all that bullshit while trying to keep them under control

Vongola meets Sally, and they all sit there going. "Are we *sure* she's Reborn daughter? Like I know, we ran multiple DNA tests, but she seems way too nice." And then after meeting Percy, "Okay, so maybe Reborn's, Reborn-ness, just skipped a generation."

Right up until Sally goes, ":) And then I killed my first husband and sold his corpse as an art installation to by a new apartment and put Percy and myself through school. :)"

And they all collectively go. "Oh, okay. Yeah, we were very wrong. She is definitely Reborn's."

Dino and Tsuna were sitting at the kitchen table watching Sally bustle around the cozy space after she had waved off the many offers to help with dinner, sharing a plate of blue cookies when they realized Sally Jackson really was Reborn’s daughter. It was just so hard to see when she was all kind smiles and motherly affection. So hard to imagine her with blood on her hands or her life tainted by shadows.

Sure there was the whole ‘had a kid with a god’ thing, but that was relatively minor compared to Reborn’s… Rebornness.

Percy darted into the room, laughing as he jumped the table and snagging a cookie from the plate as he went. He, on the other hand, was very much related to Reborn, if kinder due to his mother’s influence. Terrifyingly competent and powerful, and still a teenager. He was still laughing as he leaned down to press a kiss to Sally’s cheek.

“I don’t remember the last time one of my grandfathers hunted me for sport being quite as fun.”

Sally hummed, reaching up to pat his cheek. “You better get moving. He’s around the corner.”

Percy jammed the whole cookie into his mouth and made a yuck escape out the window. Sally watched him go with a fond smile.

“I never thought we would be this happy,” She murmured, probably to herself, but Dino was quick to latch on.

“What makes you say that? You and Percy always seem to be smiling.”

Sally hummed, turning back to the stove. “It’s been that way ever since I killed my first husband. It’s like a weight was lifted from our shoulders.”

Tsuna choked on his bite of blue chocolate chips.

“You what?”

Sally turned, giving them both a smile over her shoulder. “I killed my husband. With the head of Medusa that Percy had won as a spoil of war after killing her. Selling that statue was enough to get us this apartment and me into classes.” She turned back to the stove as something began to boil.

Dino and Tsuna shared a long look.

Yeah. She was Reborn’s daughter.

Staring into one another’s eyes like there was nothing else to exist. He had a life to lead, a family to run, and you along side him. You told him over and over you could take the stress of being a mafioso’s girl.

He didn’t do anything wrong. You were overreacting. Right. Why else would you say such awful things? You didn’t mean them, right?

“We had a plan. We talked about our futures, coming home to one another after every day, making pasta, watching scary movies. Falling asleep on the couch, scold Uri for eating what else was left…”

Gokudera reminisced in these memories daily. Every day. He dreamed of the life he would lead as the Vongola Storm Guardian, he dreamed of the home he would visit after every mission. To kiss you becauselike he hadn’t seen you in weeks. To hold you. And never let you go.

“You’re lying, Y/n.”

Gokudera looked at you with such harsh, betrayed eyes. A step forward, and he had your arms in his iron grip.

“I’ll work on my time management. I’ll reap the consequences of my mistakes. You’ll never feel lonely again,” he spewed on, starring deeper and deeper with that crazed look in his eyes.

“But you won’t leave me. You don’t really want to. I know,”

He could feel you trembling under his palms, see the scared look in your eyes. And again, you were under his thumb.

xanxus being mixed is more of an inference based off his symbolism (two flames, liger box animal, literally saying “what’s wrong with being a mixed breed” about himself, having a chapter about him named “mix-breed” etc) than something set in stone. he’s 100% non-vongola, but other than the obvious italian, what he’s mixed with is up to you. i’ve seen hcs for arab and black before, but it’s all speculation!

there are also plenty of people who think he’s not mixed at all! while i respectfully disagree, it doesn’t matter because he is lines on a page. love and peace

Part 3 of The Advantages of Thirsting

Normally, Tsuna hates hospitals. If it was any other situation, he would run off as fast as he could. But the gorgeous creature meant to kill him dragged him here and that strong hand is still tangled in Tsuna's shirt, so Tsuna is going nowhere. He's happy where he is. Thank you. Not even Reborn's glaring can ruin this for him. That said, the strong smell of disinfectant, alcohol and other chemicals are giving him a killer headache. So despite his happiness, he can't quite help the way his forehead creases into a frown. 

The sexy villain stares at him with a frown of his own. A frown Tsuna would spend the rest of his life in a hospital for. His red eyes narrow, gaze flickering away to the door. "Where's the doctor?"

"Coming, boss." The snickering loud one announces. "Don't you worry."

"I'm not worried," his future killer hisses. "Fuck you." 

He so is, Tsuna thinks with a little smile. Gorgeous, deadly and cute. He sighs, looking back down at the boots. His death will be worth it. 

Before Tsuna can voice it, the gorgeous man rounds on him. "What's with the frown, trash?"

So cute, Tsuna sighs happily. It earns him a shake by the hand still fisting his shirt. Right. The assassin requires an answer. "The smells are giving me a headache."

"The smells?" Reborn murmurs, cruelly taking away the sexy villain's attention. "This is the alpha ward, the smells shouldn't bother you."

"Well, they obviously do." The assassin shakes Tsuna a little more for emphasis. "You've been with him for over a year and you can't tell smells overwhelm him?" 

Look at him, Tsuna smiles. So beautiful when he's angry. Xanxus should know, he decides. And says as much. "You look like a god when you're angry."

Xanxus stares at him, shaking his head. "What the fuck."

Tsuna takes the hit to the head without protest. "So strong," he sighs, happy down to his bones. Vongola wasn't part of his plan but as of right now, he has no protests. 

"Shut the fuck up," hisses the god of sexy boots and worthy demises, shaking Tsuna harshly. "What is wrong with you? I'm having them test you for drugs, you fucking brat."

When he opens his mouth to answer, Tsuna finds his voice muffled by a big, warm hand. Breathing the assassin in, Tsuna leans into the touch. Such a nice smell. Absently, feeling a little daring, Tsuna presses a kiss into the calloused skin of that palm.

9. Most disliked character(s)? Why

If I ever see those Cervello fuckers out on the street its on sight 🤜 NO BECAUSE WHAT EVEN ARE THEY???? So, they're connected directly to the Vongola right? Or maybe not? But they're clearly connected to the tri-ni-sette too and protecting that but clearly not connected to the True Earthlings because if they were, Checkerface would have used them to assist with the representative battle over using Wonomichi? Their whole thing is being judges in fights and yet nope. Not that fight apparently. SO clearly not an earthling thing. So then why are they so involved with the rings? WHAT IS THEIR DEAL WHY DO THEY BASICALLY FUCK OFF AND DISAPEAR FOR THE LAST ARC!!! I'm convinced if you write them totally out of the plot nothing would change, if anything the plot would be a little less confusing.

26. Most shippable character?

For canon characters, I mean I gotta say it. It's Tsuna. Even outside of his more popular ships I don't care for, I will admit 0027 and 8027 kinda hit different 👁🫦👁 Now which character do I think is the most shippable for ocs? Lowkey... Yamamoto. I just feel like he's not as popular as I expected him to be with the OC creators. I've seen a few here and there both on here and other platforms but I don't know!! I really expected more since in my eyes he's such a shippable character??

Hmm, maybe Mammon? It's a little hard for me to picture them in a relationship (though the fon/mammon art kinda eats and I have also seem some cute dynamics out there don't get me wrong). Honestly, I don't really see any character as un-shippable because if you got enough love and passion in your heart anything is possible!! Will I personally ship it? maybe not but who cares! Be free! The sad reality about finding merchandise online is that you have to cycle through official things, fan-made things, and also bootleg. In the case of bootlegs, you either get things that are extremely similar to the original, so it's hard to tell the difference, or you'll find things that are very obviously wrong if you know what to look for.

I am by no means an expert on the subject matter, but I do know a few things.

For the KHR fandom, the rings are the hardest to actually buy if you want actual official merchandise as there are a lot of bootleg knockoffs.

Will I sit here and tell you that I think you should only buy official ring merch? No, I know that some rings are impossible to purchase officially, and for cosplay purposes, I feel like even bootleg things can get the job done. I'm super sure the Shimon rings were never released officially (but I could be wrong). So, I think for cosplay purposes, if you can buy rings that are close enough, it would be a big time-saver than trying to make the rings yourself.

There is a decent variety of official Vongola rings that you can buy and they can be really expensive, so I understand the struggles. I myself own a set of bootleg rings because someone bought it for my birthday years ago. If you don't look closely, it'd be hard to tell they're fake. The rings came in handy for cosplay purposes, I gotta say. (No, I will not provide pictures of those dark times.)

This post is really just me wanting to talk a lot and hopefully provide some useful information to anyone who may have a use for it.

So let's start with this batch that was being sold on ebay.

Firstly, if you zoom in, you'll notice the guardian rings say 'Vonsola' rather than 'Vongola'. Hard to tell at first. Secondly, please also note in the gem portion of the rings, it says 'Vongola'. Yes, spelled correctly this time, but that detail is INCORRECT. The gems should bare the symbol of the flame type! Thirdly, notice the colors of the surrounding gems on the boss ring. They're not in the correct order. Please reference how the rings look in the anime below:

See how the gems all bare the Vongola crest up top and then the symbol of the flame beneath it? The gems surrounding the boss ring are in like an inverted order or something. For the true Vongola rings, I would especially take note of the gem details, the spelling of Vongola, and also the color order of the gems in the boss ring.

Did you know? Some of the rings were released as gachapon! I didn't find that many images online so i'm not entirely sure of the actual quality of the rings up close, but we do know roughly how they may have looked in the adverts!

Irony in how the bootleg looks better quality, huh? LOLOL Still, don't be fooled, these are official and more accurate (maybe ignore the boss ring)! I wonder if you could purchase the bootleg sky ring and just swap the gem colors around? Boom, more accurate ring for cosplay.

^ Here are the box animal rings (that we saw after the TYL arc where the Arcobaleno aided in bringing them to the present times). Kinda cute to see how they look! I don't think there were many close up frames in the manga itself, so these are cool to look at!

^ The Hell rings were made into gachapon as well! I think it's also Dino's ring and maybe... the low grade rings that TYL Hibari used? IDK what the swirly looking ring is LOLOL I can't read this. Also miniature boxes. Cute! I do know that they're very small from what online listings showed.

So there is a single Varia ring, some boxes, a C.A.I ring, the Mare rings, and another Vongola Boss ring. Special note about the mare rings is that the gems are the same color for the boss and guardian rings. Screw the accuracy quality for their rings ig amirite? I wonder if you could paint over them to make them more accurate for cosplay purposes? For reference:

This is how they look in the anime. Note the difference in the wing designs between boss and guardian rings. That is very important for the Mare rings. So even though the gachapon mare rings don't have the gems being accurate colors, they are official to some capacity. Go figure!

I managed to track down a picture of the collection of rings. This listing ended years ago, but the image still exists on the net:

Pretty cool, hm? Hard to tell what the quality is like from pictures, but I think they look pretty nifty.

Now, I think Bandai also released rings that are gachapon?

Now for non-gachapon rings!

Maybe you've heard recently about a special box + ring set? You'd be correct! This set is again from Bandai. Very much not gachapon, though. The price really went up. You can search them up as 'Bandai Special Memorize Vongola Box'. [x] <- Link to information page on bandai. This set is pretty cool! You can use the included ring to open the box and it has sounds! [x]

Shout out to Suguru Inoue, Yamamoto's Seiyuu for making my life easy once I scrolled through his twitter enough. (Did you know he's a vtuber now? Ye, i've been following his twitter, yes.) That's how I knew that they also released a Varia box (Xanxus and Squalo)! [x]

I believe Movic released some Vongola rings as well back in 2008 or something? Some examples of what the packaging looked like for the rings that were sold individually:

Notice how the boxes have the (c)A/S T R thing? That is also engraved on the inside of the rings.

^ Like so. I'm not exactly sure what all the letters mean, but if you see something like this, I think it should mean the merchandise is legitimate. I did check all the merch that I personally own, and they all have this on there.

Why didn't I mention this sooner? Uh;;;; I forgor It was a bit difficult to find good photos of the location of where the markings would be. The Bandai rings have them on the band part of the ring down below.

For the life of me, I couldn't find if the gachapon rings have this engraved on the actual rings themselves. I DID however, find pictures of them being written on the tags. (Taken from ebay listing lol)

VONGOLA RINGSS???? WITH WINGS!?!?!?!

HAAAAAAAHHH???????? What kinda mare x vongola crossbreed nonsense is this? With my 17 years within the fandom experience under my belt, I can confidently say that the vongola rings NEEVERRRRRR had wing details on them. I'd theorize they reused a mold for the mare rings, but the shape of the wings are incorrect for both the boss ring (wings would be more spread out) and the guardian rings (wings would be more folded in), so I really don't know what's going on here???

I'm honestly not certain about the vongola gear, as they were never shown in the anime. I've seen merch online, but they are almost never shown with the original packaging, and there aren't enough pictures for me to see if they're legitimate or not. They never list the manufacturer either... so there is a high likelihood they are fake bootlegs, just like the Shimon rings.

Consider this part of Operation Learn More About Melon! I was wondering... how did you come up with the Murakami family? Who did you think of first? How did you come to create each member? [Like the process of how they came to be!]

let’s start with the fact that I've been in khr fandom for about ten years. and this isn't the first or last version of the murakami family. originally, by all precepts, they were supposed to be an italian family, but later I learned more about other mafia families and decided to be a special princess. and I did this probably about five years ago? so now they've been yakuza for five years hahaah.

they were originally supposed to be a family that appeared after the main plot and TIMESKIP. yes, vongola were supposed to be graduating high school at the time of the Murakami family's appearance, but I've changed that idea now?? a bit. kinda. ahhaha…

I wanted something to set Murakami apart from the rest of the families in terms of characters, especially Ichiro as the boss. i drew from the qualities of the previous characters to make him unique and memorable in his own way. from that, in places he became a slightly opposite image of tsuna: the popular good guy who has been in the mafia since his birth and who has been raised to be the boss since he was a kid. I didn't originally plan to add nadeko and itsuki. they weren't in the very first Italian version of the family, but over the years my tastes changed, I realized I really like family dynamics and tragic siblings and now here we are, lol. I tried to make them as a trio both different and yet very similar. I even gave them colors from a similar spectrum: purple, pink and red.

about the others, kaguya was just supposed to be from an assassin family and she was sent as an assassin to kill tsuna. it was later that i changed the idea and made her a close friend of nadeko as well, but as it is she hasn't changed much in so many years ahahaha. ryo wasn't in the Italian version of the family, I only added him along with yakuza. i was inspired by The Way of the Househusband when i came up with him 😭😭😭😭

of the other characters that are left from the Italian mafia is... Akina lol. he almost didn't change either except for his name. he had an Italian name, but other than that he was still the same bastard in everything else. How did I come up with him? no idea. why did I keep him? no idea 💀💀💀💀

i made haruka simply because i wanted someone completely ordinary, originally they were supposed to be something like Audience Surrogate who were supposed to be in constant incomprehension of what was going on, but in the end their ordinariness went into... weirdness, and Audience Surrogate's semblance to Audience Surrogate in terms of reaction to what was going on became. Keitaro 😭😭😭😭 Keitaro was actually a character of mine from another fandom, but honestly, I don't remember which one...

miyako was originally just supposed to be a fashionista gyaru, but then her image mimicked and mixed with that of a mad scientist, and I was satisfied. mieru should have been a bit more soft in character and very much in love with basically everyone, but here I really. don't know what went wrong, I guess I just don't know how to do totally soft characters without some kind of "but" 😭😭😭😭

anyway, that's all i remembered. i still love the idea of their arc during high school period, but now, i don't know anymore. hope the answer was interesting! thanks for the question :)

Have a funny KHR AU idea, to make up for my last post:

Tsuna is about 25, and has been boss for a while.

The flame underworld is finally at peace, thanks to the work of the entire 10th generation. Out of a genuine desire to share (and sell...) flame technologies to the rest of the world, the Vongola Alliance decides to expose themselves to the UN and start negotiating treaties.

(The Alliance is composed of like, literally almost every family, and the bosses are all genuine friends with each other -- look, it's the Tsuna effect. No one is immune, and everyone knows no one is immune. There are memes on the Shouichi-created flame internet specifically about this. The most popular one is "That moment when you get press-ganged by a group of teenage pacifists," showing a beaming Tsuna with his Right and Left Hands lurking over his shoulders, shaking hands with a variety of different bosses. There is no photo editing needed for any of these photos. It's just a thing, that happens, a lot.)

The Alliance decides to keep the majority of the flame magics a secret, at least to start out, because honestly, you can only expect normal people to handle so much before their minds break.

Anyway, a huge treaty has just been signed, world leaders are mingling in a celebration event, and the watch the Vongola Lighting Division created for Tsuna, which tracks temporal anomalies, beeps in warning.

(10 years after you get hit with the ten-year-bazooka, you get switched with your younger self. This has led to Shenanigans at Inopportune Times.

Of course, it's only most of the time that the watch beeps because of the TYB. Other times, there are incidents with raptors. Or incidents where Tsuna takes a wrong turn while trying to find a Starbucks in Paris and ends up punching Robespierre in the face. "But he was beheading his own people!" Tsuna always defends himself, when it's brought up. "What was I supposed to do? Not fight him?" To which Reborn always says, despairing: "Tsunayoshi, Robespierre died in 1794." )

ANYWAY. In front of many world leaders and on live TV, Tsuna gets switched with his teenage self. Fortunately, Gokudera's Boss Sense (also a meme) triggers in time, and he's ready for the switch with a strategically draped table-cloth. Unfortunately, Young Tsuna had been in the middle of changing. He's got on about a swimsuit's worth of clothes, and that's it. Fortunately, being Reborn's student has prepared Tsuna for this specific type of embarrassment -- it seems being shot with a dying-will bullet in the middle of town was good for something.

This is the civilian world's first introduction to time-travel.

For context: I am the CEO of (moon) Bunny x (sun) Lion Oc x Canon ships and because Xanxus is out there with his Lion/Liger box weapon, I was like: "he needs a bunny boyfriend to knock him down a few hundred pegs"

Hence, Mr Yona Yona here. I thought it'd be cute to have a Y motif/name character for the X motif character too LOL.

I am rewatching KHR with two friends and when the fake Vongola rings got brought up, I was sat there wondering WHO THE FUCK could've made perfect replicas? I was already thinking of making an OC so I had the idea of filling that plot hole.

At the moment, Yona has the mist/cloud flames attribute. Regardless, he has the ability to essentially copy and paste any solid object with his mallet/hammer. (he can't copy/paste living things though like humans and animals) It just costs a LOT of energy depending on how intricate the object is.

Eg. Duplicating money isn't much of an issue , that's mostly how he gets by. But if he tried to duplicate something like the rings or the ten year bazooka, he'd be out for a few hours / or days.

I need to brush up on my KHR flame lore (looks at shimon arc's flames and ugly cries at my memory) but I am the rabbit/moon OC maker ever so I've been trying to cook up a Moon Flame for him to possess too. Maybe it's a branch of flame of night or something idk, I really need to study the flames again HAHA

As for being a menace- He 'TRIES' to be lowkey because the mafia crowd are after him to take advantage of his ability. Cause imagine being able to perfectly duplicate deadly weapons. Yikes. But he also hates the mafia so if he is cornered and he gets the chance, yeah, he'd cause problems ON PURPOSE and make things worse for them and himself out of sheer pettiness LOL

So I think on the scale it'd be like an 8. He'd blow up a city if it means he could make the mafia that are after him groan in despair.

ALSO I should add, his backstory is that: he was involved in the same experiment Mukuro, Ken and Chikusa were in and as a result, he ended up with this copy/paste ability. They were basically using him to mass produce possession bullets until one day he just copy/pasted the master keys of the lab and made a run for it.

He's been on the run since and has BEEF with Xanxus after the whole fake vongola ring incident. He's kinda on the hit list because he's potential danger anyways but he doesn't pass up the chance to mock the Varia w

We start with Tsuna being put in Jujutsu High because of the fact that he has been for literal years dealing with all his emotions without an out so they started to accumulate inside himself . And as a result he has a lot of curse energy and because he doesn't have access to his flames his instinct goes for his talent in jujutsu (which he actually has)

Nana being Nana doesn't question why her son is admitted into a school he didn't apply for . Neither does she question why he stopped sending her letters a few months into his first school year . And she doesn't tell anyone about it , because why would they want to know what her useless Tsuna is doing ?

Tsuna is in the same years as Shoko , Gojo and Geto . The first year was interesting and just new (with no one actually bullying him) , the second even more so and in the third he had to save a junior of his from dying .

Anyway for the second year almost everything that happened in canon is as such except tanks to bring in the field and having to face death regularly the seal has cheeping to pieces little by little as a result of which he has been regaining hyper intuition. And what his intuition has been telling his is to have Shoko on stand by with his own technique ready to save someone . So he does and it thankfully allowed them to at least keep Riko alive intill Gojo comes to act as a battery for positive energy to the people who know how to heal aka Tsuna and Shoko .

One of the few good things that came from that is Tsuna breaking the seal and going active . And having an active Sky to newly turned cloud to mist Geto makes it so doesn't become a genocidal maniac , don't get me wrong he still gets his revenge but he doesn't go into that very dark spiral .

Riko did become the part of Tengen . Her body was just too weak to be able to continue to live for much longer and with this at least some part of her will live . She still got a grave so everyone can mourn the life she could have had ting turned differently .

Afther the mission Tsuna got the Flame talk form principle Gakuganji (who is a mist) as he is the only person that he knows of is flame active in the jujutsu society in Japan .

Later on Tsuna without meaning to gets his friends to also go active . It was a chaotic weekend .

Later on they meet Skull who is Gakuganji's Sky and only alive classmate as everyone else from their graduation year and up and down at school has died , hell Skull is technically speaking also in the dead count as he faked his death . At least Gojo now has a person to whom he can bitch with as to how annoying having the Six Eyes is .

Ironically enough Gojo is now also the heir of the Carcasa if Tsuna doesn't get the mafia family .

Times fly by with Geto adopting twin girls and becoming a teacher in jujutsu high with Shoko as the school doctor and with Tsuna and Gojo trying to change Jujutsu society for the better , with Nanami and Haibara in the background doing their things .

And at some point an informant of theirs (and Skull) calls to inform them of the Sun Arcobaleno maving to Japan to train a heir after speaking with Don Vongola . And they have unblurred the family history of everyone so they know that Reborn is coming for Tsuna and seems to be expecting a 14 years old boy not a man in his mid 20s . So they (especially Tsuna) decide it's perfect time to make Reborn play a "little" prank .

From Reborn point of view things are as canon in reality they are not . What Tsuna is doing is teach a group of kids who will almost certainly end up in his high school while fooling a hitman . And raising four or more children at the same time .

The "big" reveal happens in the Varia arc . More specifically after Timoteo got out of the varia cloud . The moment Timoteo goes into consciousness Tsuna is breaking from the front door to yell and curse at him and Lemitsu . After which he threw the rings at Xanxus general direction and decided he is taking the kids with himself and in rolling them early in highschool .

Even with Reborn and the whole of Vongola they that and didn't find Tsuna .

The next time Tsuna is seen is in the Arco arc . Needless to say Tsuna and his Harmony absolutely destroy everyone else . And forces them to listen and work together or else .

With the jjk side of thighs itadori , Megumi and Nobara are not the only first years this time instead they are in the part of the biggest graduation year the school has seen in decades if not centuries .

And the shinanagans continue .

Tsuna's cursed technique is called Resonance for those curious . It allows him to multiply cursed energy and to strengthen other people's cursed technique . The drawback is that he has to be emotionally close to the person for any more than 5% of his technique's actual power to be drawn . Harmonization automatically puts a person in his 80% range aka almost instantly they become around 4 times stronger and he is even closer with his Guardians so they are pretty OP .
