About the recent drama going on...
I didn’t want to address this issue anymore because I think fandom drama is just pointless and tiring and I have better things to do but since I have been accused of some things that don’t make sense at all, I think I have the right to respond.
Of course people can believe whatever they want and yes, I know there are some chess pigeons in the middle, this is why I won’t discuss it individually with anyone, especially those who are harassing me. If you want to know my point, I’m grateful, if you don’t, you have all the right to ignore me and do your thing.
So, the fact is: when I created the HisoMachi Week account on Twitter, I quietly searched for “hisomachi” there and blocked people who:
expressed dislike/disgust/hate towards the ship;
interacted with said expressions.
That’s it, nothing else.
My reasoning is:
I have been in this fandom since 2016 and I know how much people spread hate against this ship. As a shipper, of course, I’m annoyed by it, and you would be too if it was your ship people were talking about the way they talk about HisoMachi. Since:
I don’t like fandom drama;
I want to be able to search for the ship without coming across the hate;
I wanted to run an event for the ship without getting haters involved;
I thought people who expressed their bad feelings towards the ship or could relate to it enough to interact with it wouldn’t want to come across this event just as much as I didn’t want to come across their negativity;
I thought it would be reasonable to preventively block those people so everyone could stay unbothered in their lanes.
I do block people who I see expressing hate towards HisoMachi / Machi / Hisoka in every fandom account I have. I’m just curating my space and avoiding uncomfortable interactions. I just naturally did the same with Twitter, especially because I know Twitter is a harsher social media than any other I’m in.
So this is not something personal against anyone. You’re entitled to hate the ship, I’m entitled to not want to see the hate. Twitter block button is a free feature and it’s not against its policy to block people who have never interacted with you -- it may be against a Twitter etiquette I wasn’t aware of, my bad. But the reactions I saw about this issue just showed me I wasn’t exactly wrong blocking some people.
If you do ship HisoMachi or like to see fanarts of them and I’ve mistakenly blocked you, I’m sorry. If you don’t ship HisoMachi but felt personally offended by the block, I’m sorry as well, it wasn’t my intention. But after years of hate and discourse against a ship I’m only quietly shipping, I have my point too.
Now, to some particular accusations I’ve seen:
“You have only blocked people who ship X or Y because you’re a X or Y hater”
No, as I stated before, I’ve blocked people who have already tweeted something against HisoMachi. If they happen to ship X or Y it’s just a casualty. To say “you’ve blocked this user and this user ships X, hence you hate ship X” is a fallacy.
“You’re copying this other ship event”
I have a whole timeline on my part on this one.
I've wanted to see a HisoMachi Week happening since 2016 when I got into fandom. I’ve been away from fandom for a while and came back last year in October. The first time this year I have mentioned wanting to run this event to anyone was on May 28th:
Tumblr media
I have talked about it with other people too early June:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
At the beginning of July, I did a public Interest Check form and spread it on Tumblr:
Tumblr media
And all the event’s accounts were created in July, as I got the results from the Interest Check:
Tumblr media
Julho is July in Portuguese btw, my native language, but anyone can access the Twitter account and see for themselves. Also, note that my first post with rules and prompts on Twitter is from Aug 2nd.
The first time I ever heard about the other ship’s week was on Aug 4th when @/hxhevents shared the event’s post on Tumblr. I don’t hate this ship but I'm not invested in it either, so I don’t follow anything about it and I know only what my mutuals who ship it post or share.
Objectively, what happened is: two ship weeks, in which the ships involve the same character with different characters, happening some weeks apart.
“You’re saying HisoMachi is canon”
I have never said that or expressed any doubt on other ships being canon. Besides, people can run events for any crack ship, so… yeah.
“You’re trying to push your het shit on us”
First, I don’t headcanon either Hisoka or Machi as het. I just don’t headcanon them as gay and lesbian either. And I’ve never called anyone out for headcanoning them as such. I’m aware there can be homophobic people who do use the ship to say Hisoka is straight but I’m not one of them.
Second, how blocking people can be read as me pushing something on someone? I was minding my own business until someone got offended because I'd blocked them and decided to expose me to their followers.
“You’re just proving how dumb / insecure / childish / trashy you are by blocking people”
Maybe I was oblivious to some unspoken Twitter fandom etiquette, that’s ok, I understand it now. But blocking someone without causing any drama is just… me curating my online experience. And yes, even if the event is open to others, I still can decide the rules to it and I don’t want haters or people who are uncomfortable with the ship around (honestly, I don’t know why they would want to be around either). You can still think whatever you want about me, I don’t have to prove who I am to strangers on the internet.
“You’re pushing people who could be supporting the event away”
I’m not new to this fandom so I know for sure people who hate this ship would never support the event. Again -- if I mistakenly had a shipper blocked, I’m sorry, but you did interact with ship hate before so how could I tell. If you’re a shipper, you’re probably gonna understand my side here and I’m sure you’re also tired with all the illogical flame this ship gets. There are other ways to reach me. And if you’re a shipper and still don’t understand my side, that’s ok. Shippers can disagree with each other’s opinions and actions.
In the end, there may have been some confusion or miscommunication and again, I’m sorry about it and about people who got caught in the middle and were offended by it. But I have no obligation to leave a door opened to haters and I’m ok with burning bridges with harassers and drama stirrers.

Tumblr media
That’s the only quirky title I could come up to make this a little bit more interesting.
I’m reviewing my favorite book again. More like making another post about it. Because I seem like the type of person to not shut up about something she truly, truly, deeply love. Though, I won’t really making a review. Because I am in no state to make one of those. I don’t know I just I’m not that qualified to that yet. Though I read millions of books, I still won’t. I re-read my last “review” and it just make me cringe because I can’t understand what I’m saying and there’s a bunch of errors on my sentence. Not that this whole post won’t containing grammar errors, but still. Also, the cringing intensifies when I saw that Jennifer Niven (the author of this book) liked my bizarrely wrong blog entry. Ms. Niven, if by any chance, reading this again, I love your work and I’m sorry for a lot of grammatical errors. Ms. Niven, your work changed my life and help me get through a rough time. Sounds cliché but its the truth.
To repeat what I typed, I won’t make a review. Yet, I’ll post a very private diary log which where I somehow discuss my opinions about this book. So here it is.
Trigger warning: Suicide topics, cutting and mental issues might come up on the next following paragraph. And it’s really graphic. Because it is a personal log on my digital diary. Beware.
May 17, 2019: Theodore’s death, Avengers: End game and GoT discussion.
I never had a proper review of this book. Because lets be real here. Its me and probably won’t matter. Last time or more like last last year, I made a book recommendation/favourites about this book. And I emphasize on that blog post that it’s not a book review. NOT A BOOK REVIEW. At all.
Because:
I am scared of the internet scrutinizing my opinions and views about this book.
It’s about mental health or part of it. So it is really a sensitive topic and I even haven’t figured myself out. So I’m not really sure if  I’m the right person you want to have an opinion regarding with this topic. One thing about me is that you don’t go asking me questions on how you figured your life or how you deal with depression because, oh boy oh boy you’re in a wrong place honey.
Last night I searched Theodore Finch on twitter. Yes, twitter. Because that is where you get the real opinions. Real tea. As well as the stupid ones. And I read one thread or whatever you call it, some sort of a conversation or replies from one girl to another. (I just assumed you’re girl and I’m sorry if you’re not. I am really sorry for misgendering you.) The other girl said that she’s kind of annoyed how everyone around Theodore doesn’t get the signs when it’s literally on their faces. When you come to think of it. Its true. All the signs of Theodore’s disease was there. Bluntly on their faces. It’s kind of fascinating how it’s not noticed by his family and friends or even Violet. But again right now thinking about it, maybe because it happened when this world just slowly noticing or paying attention about mental health. Hold a second, let me search when it was published. Yeah, I'm right its 2015. A year of coming of age for the late Baby Boomers are introduced to depression and when people, mostly teenagers are committing suicide. I would be very harsh on my words because it was just me talking to myself anyways. So yeah, that's also the year where I'm cutting myself and wanted to kill myself. So no wonder Finch’s family have no idea about his mishaps and adventures. So about that discussion, it was already solved. That year was just the year where naïve people are introduced to mental health and issues. Anyways, back to that conversation. The other girl defended the book/author. That the author, Jenifer Niven, was just portraying real life happenings. That these things happens in real life. People really die because of mental health issues. By the way, Finch mental diagnosis wasn’t really mentioned on the book directly. As far as I can remember. That’s why I'm re-reading it again now. But so far zero mentioned of diagnosis or bipolarity(Is that even a word? idc.). Just the mention of him wanting to kill himself, the erotic changes in his moods, lack of appetite and being insomniac. He doesn’t sleep one night or he sleeps then have very bad nightmares after that. It’s pretty obvious but again, let’s refer to the points given above. Oh, oh! Then there’s one time he repainted his bedroom from blood red to blue. If that’s not alarming enough then idk anymore. But yes, 2015. The coming of age and the year where we birthed more stupid late boomers. But, yes. Wild book. A very wild and very BRILLIANT book. It’s the stupid characters or the people in Finch’s life that suck. Which is why I kind of sided to the girl who said that that the author doesn’t really write the characters well. Let’s call her Girl A. And the other girl who defend Niven, Girl B. I’m pretty sure you’re both girls but just in case, I’m gonna apologize again if I'm  misgendering you. Or if you don’t wanna be called a girl. I can’t say or disclose that Girl B was wrong because he clearly have a point too. It happens in real life. People die from depression and I might be one soon.
Just wanna say that It’s a good discourse. Arguments like that are my favorites where both sides are not wrong nor right either, makes you really think. A read. Both the book and that twitter discourse. If you happened to read it, good. But if not sorry I can’t link it for you.
So for my opinion (oh no, here we go) I agree on both of them , as if its not yet obvious. I guess if it was written in the present days the author could’ve change the characters and made Finch alive. Or checked-in in a mental institution or he’ll be given a medical assistance he really needs. Because the only medical attention he was given was thru his Guidance councilor, Embryo. Which is a good thing, but also I think Finch’s situation needs more professional attention. No offence to all guidance councilors out there. I know you guys try your best. But you know, Niven can make Finch visit a psychiatrist in a clinic/mental institution right? Like violet. I know Finch’s financial state is bad but.. idk there’s something can be done here. But again it was during that time where people are shouting “Depression isn’t real”, stupid people posting tweets and Facebook status on how “Suicide is for the week”; they watch 13 reasons why and decided to skip the whole point of the show and just assumed that “yeah depression is for the weaklings”. It only shows how ignorant people are. They’re the kind of people who standby when you get punch on the face or laugh when people spreads rumors and lies about you. Basically, bystanders. I’m sorry I’m a little snappy. If you haven’t noticed. I don’t know I’m just mad today.
I think the book still holds it. And justify the ending. Though part of me really hate it too. But it kind of made me realized about a lot of things, not just about me but also about how I should interact with other human beings. I hate the ending because it breaks my heart but I guess it was necessary?? Or not. Any how,  It was a good ending. Maybe its just me because I’m a masochist. But I can not think of any other impactful and realistic way on ending it. (Rereading this again and I just need to clear things up. That IM NOT A MURDERER OR A KILLER. I DONT NORMALIZE SUICIDE,  but from a standing point the ending is justified. Its sad but its, again, realistic.) But still, breaks my heart, Theodore is a precious boy. Who deserves nothing but love. And I hope his story was more known by the people so jackasses would know how to treat their family and friends better.
[This part was cut because I talked about Avengers and GoT ending; Which is very relevant to this topic]
Love,
Ara xx
So yeah, that’s some of my diary entry. Re-reading it makes me realized how funny I am. Jesus I should read more of these. Who knows, I might post it here. If it’s not that personal. I’ll end this here now. I hope wherever you are you’re having a good day.

Fandom & The TROS Press Tour
Tumblr media
Warning:  common sense incoming.  If you’re looking for the usual millennial/zoomer Tumblr word salads, that’s not what I’m serving.
I get that some fans, particularly fellow Reylo fans, are feeling a little let down by the TROS press tour.  At least they sure are on Twitter.  I for one am not invested in “trio discourse” because I’m predicting it’s going to be largely the first act of the film.  It’s going to be The Goonies or Stranger Things with adults, with Rey as the Eleven and Poe the Steve Harrington and BB-8 a droid version of Erika, etc..  I can buy that after hanging out together for a year in a war situation, the crew would build a strong friendship.  Fine.  I don’t think though it’s going to be all peachy keen because something will draw Rey and Kylo together again.  It’s all there in the trailer and the interviews.
But that also means the Reylo relationship has to stay under wraps, meaning the dreams of lush photo sessions and banter-filled joint interviews are not going to come true.  It sucks but that’s how it is because of the big Will They Or Won’t They way they’re telling this story.  Maybe it’s something Lucasfilm needs to think about when it is going to tell romantic storylines in the future.
What Lucasfilm needs to think about even more is recognizing that fans LOVE seeing their faves all together on these press tours.  It’s important to them.  I believe what’s feeding this disappointment is the knowledge this is the last time the ST cast is appearing together but some of the key favorites are not there.  Adam is spending every other day promoting Marriage Story or The Report, but has only done one TROS appearance.  Ever.  Granted it’s an unusual situation to be promoting three movies at once, one of which is likely to score him an Oscar.  He’s got obligations to three studios and maybe he feels the other films need his attention more than TROS, which will make a crapload of money no matter what and he can’t say very much about the film anyway.  When the first trailer dropped, he was busy doing Burn This.  Now it comes out he won’t be doing the full cast show with Jimmy Fallon next week for some reason (probably needs to promote Marriage Story in Kamchatka).  Nobody can predict if someone’s career is going to explode, but I think going forward, Lucasfilm needs to secure firm commitments from these guys beforehand.
Disappointed fans are now turning their frustrations on John and Daisy.  Whatever John had to say about TLJ, he probably should’ve kept it to himself.  I see that as a result of two years of constant social media haterade.  But let me offer this perspective as a fan who has been through three trilogies.
First off, you must accept that your faves are going to at various points let you down.  They are going to do or say things you won’t like.  Just about everybody in Star Wars in all of the trilogies have annoyed me at one point or another.  There are some (I won’t name names) whom I don’t like even if I love their characters.  It’s okay.  I’ll also point out that just about all of the major players in Star Wars have bitched about it over the years.  Boy is the GFFA alumni association full of complainers!  There’s a reason why I think it should be mandatory that anyone hired to work in a franchise series watch Galaxy Quest.
Actors can be disappointing in a lot of ways.  They are among the most flawed people you’ll ever encounter:  insecure, outer-directed, people pleasing, neurotic, etc..  You’re spending your life hiding behind characters for a reason.  Not to say they're bad people.  But they’re definitely a different breed.
All of that said, these guys are under a tremendous amount of scrutiny.  We’re not scrutinized the same way, not even in an era of social media.  Adam’s a consummate professional and so is Oscar, but both have been in this game for a long time.  Adam is very adept at sidestepping controversy; he never lets anyone hang the baggage associated with people he’s worked with around his neck.  But even he steps in land mines every now and then.
You also have to remember reporters are not always honest.  I started calling them Darth Media during the prequels era for a reason.  “Journalists” will often twist words, take things out of context, or even make stuff up just for the controversy and clicks.  Making matters worse is ever-shifting goalposts of what’s not “problematic.”  Social media mobs eager to “cancel” and the media lie in wait to see who they can destroy.  It’s a sport for them.  Opening your mouth is precarious in this kind of environment.
Which is what IMO happened to Daisy with The Guardian.  Sorry but that was a trap.  If you saw the author’s tweets (not going to link to them but you can look them up), she was getting pats on the back for the catty jealous Mean Girl b.s. attempt to make Daisy look bad.  Think...here you are, just there to promote your lightsaber swinging epic, and all of a sudden the interviewer starts making personal digs at you, implying you got where you are only because you’re white and your folks weren’t living under a bridge.  Worse yet, the interviewer tries to put a wedge in your close friendship with your co-star.  No wonder the British press has a reputation for being mean-spirited.  And of course you’re going to be caught off your feet which was the goal.  I’m really, really surprised those criticizing Daisy didn’t see through it.
I’ve been through this all so many times, I’m almost numb to it.  Maybe one day you’ll be too.

I wanna hear the Dom/sub discourse!!! Also love ur blog :) (I personally am a proponent of dom percy just bc I like that idea but I’d love to hear yours!!! I didnt even know there was discourse!) love to hear your thoughts and again super cool blog!!!! :’)
* ALSO WOULD LIKE TO CLARIFY IF IT WASNT ALREADY ESTABLISHED BUT ONLLLLLLY IF THEY ARE LIKE IN THEIR OLDER 20S!!!! ppl doing that in the context of teens is *gross* (previous anon who sent in the ask before) :)
Oh! Thank you for the compliments. I’m still not used at being so visible now to people 🥺😥😅
Good that you’ve added your points because that essentially brings down my issues with this whole spiel. I guess I’m going to play the other card. My main issues with this whole thing are:
A) the fandom sexualizing kids
B) people not understanding that looks/behavior in or outside of a (romantic) relationship don’t necessarily have to correlate with sexual behavior, especially when powerplay is involved
Of course Percy is easier to grasp for us. We have five whole books where we hear his every thought, follow his every move and think we get to know him (that automatically makes Percy not a reliable narrator, just saying).
For every book quote that puts Percy into the „Dom“ slot, there’s also a book quote that would be fitting for Annabeth (the dance from TTC comes to my mind). I can see both going either way. Despite them having mostly different personalities (Percy internalizing his thoughts and motives, whereas Annabeth is doing rather the opposite), they are very similar when it comes to leadership and end goals. Annabeth can range from emotional to bossy in a similar way Percy does. They just express themselves on different levels and get seen by outsiders in different ways.
Did you catch that? Did you see the hypocrisy that I just committed? We are using book quotes to justify placing characters that are in that context and in overall canon minors/teens/essentially fucking children in sexualized categories. Tbh, as much flag as you can give Riordan, I can’t blame him for blocking people who do this. Not every author is a fan of fanfiction and fan theory and what not.
People throwing these BSDM terms around without a second thought makes me cringe (tbh, I’m too lazy to explain the psychology of power play and kinks in that regard, just know that the instigator is not automatically the top/dom and there are many, many, many layers in a pp relationship). You cannot base sexual behavior from the canon itself. We know nothing about Percy and Annabeth in that regard to even justify the slightest. Ripping actions out of context to give them a label doesn’t work like that so easily unfortunately.
The only way to settle this question for once and all would be by simply doing this:
Tumblr media
The whole debate that happened months/weeks ago (quarantine makes everything blurry in my memory) was just fucking stupid?
Imagine being a 15 year old, anxious, frightened girl. You’ve been deeply traumatized since you’ve been seven years old, you’re scared to death because you have a crush on your best friend and think he might perish (newsflash: of course you as the reader can foreshadow that in that context the series goes on. The characters can’t as they lack that specific insight. Percy didn’t have to wind up dead in the books, but he could have been severely mutilated, gone missing (guess he did later), bruised, etc. apart from his mental struggles. The super power part is essentially the only thing that’s keeping him alive), you give him a kiss because you’re too shy to admit your feelings for him and he’s being an awkward cheeky bastard before looking for a fight and then some adult asshole has the caucasity of calling you a bratty sub. Literally what.
Tumblr media
Some anon (or a group of anons, don’t know which) contacted a bunch of people with that Dom!Percy and Sub!Annabeth stuff. Anon, Liebste, homegirl, my love, mija, if you see this please slide into the DMs because whaddefuck? Your thought process hotdamn. Where did you pick this up? Let’s be open about this discussion. You didn’t go from A to B, you went from A to Z and robbed Jeff Bezos on the way out. I mean what???
Tumblr media
People using canon to justify their headcanons is simply something I can’t get behind in this matter. The main issues is that they are children/teens/minors in canon. There is no way around it. Trying to justify/back up some of your thoughts in that regard with actual quotes only makes it worse because you aren’t only sexualizing them in your fanon, but you are also automatically transferring these thoughts to the actual books and thus fore sexualizing them in canon. You’re changing the basis and narrative.
I honestly don’t get the obsession that some have with their teenage sex life? This isn’t a personal attack on people but I’ve seen this throughout several group chats and social media platforms like Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest even and of course Tumblr. And popular stuff like Riverdale, Euphoria, 13 Reasons Why and New Adult Twilight rip-offs á la Shades of Grey and that Harry Styles fanfic honestly don’t help with the portrayal of „curious“ teens.
This also isn’t a strict PJO phenomenon, it happens across all fandoms. The odd trend with sexualizing kids/teens or things intended for kids has been going on for ages. I get it, you grow out of the related audience but that doesn’t justify the means? Canon won’t change simply because you do.
Percy and Annabeth are awkward teens that have never dated anyone else and had barely half a year between pjo and hoo before getting caught up in another mess. I’m not saying that teens aren’t curious and don’t experiment, some do drugs and/or have sex (let’s be real the probability of something happening in the stable scene in MOA is very high) but still? Putting dom/sub labels on them is sketchyyy. Also throw your fucking sex god headcanons out of the motherfucking window. They are 17-ish, if you need the mental image of some weird kids flopping on top of each other for two whole minutes for some odd reason, good for you but I’m side eying the fuck outta you.
You can’t really blame Riordan for not being more explicit. A) the series is for middle schoolers (aka kids), so it’s not strictly Young Adult and there’s only so much you can do B) publishers/editors interfering is a thing (especially with society’s views of sex = bad and violence = just fine) and c) the probability of sexualizing the characters of his own creation in that sense might have made him uncomfortable. Better to play safe, than end up with a bigger mess, just saying. I’m all for the sex talk in a non-berating, (slightly) educational approach when it comes to that in non-adult literature. Or even just stating a sex scene in a mere sentence. (Karen M. McManus did an amazing job with portraying struggling teens with a right approach in One of Us is Lying. Stating it or making it very, very, very clear between the lines. Then again, not everyone can pull that off or wants to go in that direction).
In addition to that, seeing stuff like the infamous ”the sea doesn’t like to be restrained“ or ”Percy has handsome features which shifted from humor to anger“ quotes getting constantly shredded is so… Meh. One simple question: what does Percy having a mean resting bitch face to do with his sexuality/sexual behavior? What does him being annoyed and on the moodier side have to do with it? For me absolutely nothing. The correlation isn’t really clear and out there. Pissed Percy doesn’t translate into Percy automatically being the dominant (in Percabeth’s sex life)?
I mean I get it. We all grow up. Erotica is a wonderful genre and art form (if you waddle through the trash). You will never be able to get that out of fiction and fanfiction. That’s also neither my goal nor my place to decide. As cheap and stupid as it is, I’d rather have people intentionally aging the characters up and stating their headcanons in that regard rather than people attempting to abuse canon where the characters are minors in order for sexualizing them. There’s no good way to prevent this from happening unfortunately (unless you really want to abolish all explicit fanon stuff).
Whenever you post a sexy headcanon just hold on for a second. If you have abstract future headcanons sure, go ahead, personally don’t see a problem with that. But if you use source material to fixate your thoughts on minors in canon to give them sexual labels… I urge you to seriously rethink that.
Stop sexualizing minors. Please. Pretty please.
Peace

Lightfall! And some other quick things
Kia ora, folks!
This is going to be another short one of these today, and once you read the next little bit I think you’ll understand - I just haven’t gotten around to putting aside time to work on things. There’s some stuff coming, though, don’t worry!
So, some of you may be aware that the fifth major expansion for Destiny 2, titled Lightfall, dropped this week (either because you follow games news or because I just would not shut up about it on twitter), and y’all, it’s really fucking good. Last year’s expansion, The Witch Queen, was really great but I think Lightfall knocks it out of the park. It’s goofy and silly even though the overarching story themes featured are very serious and scary, and I think it strikes a really good balance between the two modes. AND WE FINALLY GOT A SPEAKING NON-BINARY CHARACTER. Nimbus is a big (figureatively and literally), goofy thembo (like a himbo, but a they!) and I honestly love them so much, even though they can get a little annoying sometimes. I was going to link to something about them here, but I literally couldn’t find anyone else saying anything positive about them so 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m not going to get super deep into why the apparent discourse around this character bothers me and bums me out as much as it does because I feel like that should be fairly obvious at this point. I am a non-binary person, and this is a videogame series I love and have been playing since 2014. And here is the first time I’ve felt real representation for my gender in a videogame, I think ever, and all anyone can talk about is how annoying they are. It honestly feels really shitty when even folks I adore in games media are sniping at Nimbus. But I guess that’s all I have to say about that. Anyways…
Tumblr media
I really liked Osiris’ arc in this expansion, too; it’s been a long time since he was so central to a Destiny plot, and I really hope they keep him around for a bit longer in the upcoming seasons over the rest of 2023. I’m not going to get into any plot spoilers here or anything, I just wanted to mention it since I have lost roughly a week to this game at this point and I still have a lot to do here.
In other news, I have my review of Atomic Heart incoming probably next week, and I am also pretty close to being done with Persona 3 Portable so I might share some feelings about that sometime soon. I’m also working on something about the recent relaunch of the Microsoft search engine ‘Bing’, which I’m sure you’ve all heard at least a little something about - that will more than likely go up later this week.
Tabitha’s Story is still very much a work in progress, and I’ll be honest, I probably shouldn’t have talked so much about it already because I was feeling much more ambitious about that project at the outset than I can realistically deliver, so I apologise for that. It is definitely coming though! I am still just trying to bank a bunch of posts before I start regularly putting them out into the world.
Thanks so much for reading, folks, I really appreciate it. As always, if you have comments/questions/suggestions, you can hit me up at the links at the bottom of the page. There’s also an email address there now, so if you want to get in touch that way, you can! You may not know this, but I also have a personal Tumblr page where I mostly just Taylorpost (the term I invented for endlessly reblogging GIFs of Taylor Swift) and reblog stuff that stands out to me in a kind of emotional way, I guess?
Thanks again, friendos. I’ll talk to you all again soon. Ka kite anō au i a koe. 💚
