CALEO IS ARGUABLY A BETTER RELATIONSHIP THAN PERCABETH WHEN IT COMES TO HOW TOXIC IT IS. Let's face it, Caleo is not as bad as you all make it out to be. If Calypso took some time to adjust to 21st-century mortal life and do some self-reflection, things would be a lot better.

But Percabeth is the heterosexual ship that was canon from the very beginning, so I guess we can't speak the truth about it apparently...

Wait I feel like I’m out of the loop here. People hate Susie from spooky month???? Literally for what. I cannot genuinely think of a reason to hate her what are people even saying?????

OH I think this more has to do with the fact that it's confirmed Susie is going to get more of a spotlight in the next Spooky Month episode! And seeing how people are with female characters (especially when they're kids/teens) people are expecting/bracing for her to get a bunch of unwarranted hate for making a completely rational decision while characters like Roy will do something shitty and have their actions excused.

I mean for comparisons sake I wasn't big into Gravity Falls but the Mabel hate was so bad that I was made aware of it by simply watching videos related to the show. Keep in mind she was simply acting the same way any kid would and people considered her one of the worst characters in the show.

Seeing as Susie is a teen girl and how the fandom is with female characters in general (often ignoring them or straight up reprimanding them for things they did (coughLilacough) when male characters have done far worse) it's not out of the question to expect Susie hate.

Ofc this issue isn't isolated in the Spooky Month fandom, it's an issue in fandom spaces in general, but yeah,, That's about it.

I honestly need the train derailment to be as epic and as emotional as the snow blizzard. I mean nothing will ever amount to her and all the storylines and everybody breaking up and falling and losing and the plots culminating and getting resolved and them getting together all again so so beautifullyyyy. With all of its iconic scenes and iconic music moments :'))) but this chapter also has so much potential and we can only dream :')))
