祝10周年！ OMM2023 北八ヶ岳 スコアロング レポート

🎊OMM10周年おめでとうございます！ 2015年より連続9回目の出場ですが未だエリートを完走できていません。 ストレート3回完走 エリート2回敗退 スコアロング4回楽しく参加。   昨年2022年のOMM奥美濃はACL手術からリハビリ8ヶ月後でストレートAをほぼ歩きで完走。   今年の10周年はエリートにチャレンジだ！と思っていたのですが去年、タイのドイインタノンのトレラン大会でダウンヒル中に左脚が踏ん張れず…大転倒でDNF。今考えると良くスマホの画面割れだけで助かったなと…(左脚水溜まってましたけど)   前回のブログから8ヶ月近く経過したのもあまり参考になるようなイベントをできていなかったのが大きな理由ですね。   2023年最大の目標だったUTMBもDNSになるほど状態が良くなかったので今回のOMMは昨年のドイインタノン以来のレースになりました。   前回に比べて左脚の筋力も徐々…
