Will Battlefield take over?

This is sort of Like my last post with me talking about how CoD might die if modern warfare 3 isn't good. But if MW3 is good would it still be the top FPS because even if CoD doesn't keel over and die from a heart attack of two or maybe three if you don't like mw2 or black ops I dont like black ops but anyways if it doesn't just stop out of nowhere it could still fade over time. If MW3 is good but battlefield 3 is better people would begin to play battlefield or medal of honor like games instead of call of duty which would put CoD in the number 2 spot which would cut the funds making worse graphics and lower quality games which would give it probaly 5 or 6 years before it gets cut. Is CoD dying?

Alot of talk has been going on about mw3 lately and most people say that CoD is dying and mw3 is it’s final chance. I completely agree with that to a certain extent. If mw3 is bad which I doubt it will because it looks magnificent, I will never buy another call of duty unless one of them gets good feedback the whole reign of that game THAT would make me buy another. So cod4 was a wonderful game but is so old now it got boring but just barely and still has a great community. World at war well no one plays that it’s the myspace of cod. Mw2 pissed people off but now is getting feedback that is actually good after everyone stopped playing what others say boring black ops. So after all that I can confidently say that if mw3 isn’t good then it will lose almost all of the core fans. However I don’t think it would die since that it atracts so many new fans every time a new game comes out. So the YouTube community for it would die the twitter tumblr and everything else would die and if those communities died than cod would die from lack of feedback and or only bad feedback. So I would guess if that mw3 well sucks then they will probaly get another game or 2 in before they either get a new community or get their old fan backs or end the series. Deadliest warrior season 3 my thoughts

I know that this is a little different than what I usually do but I love deadliest warrior and was so excited but to be honest I was very disappointed with what I have seen In The first episode. The thing I liked about the older episodes was the testing, in the new season it’s more about analyzing their war strategies it does make the virtual battle at the end of the episode more realistic I think it makes it less exiting. But all in all it’s still a great show but the old episodes are a little better.

More infamous3 thoughts

So now what a lot of people are saying is that infamous3 could not be made because of the two different endings but it could if they had 3 options while making a new game Option 1: continue good karma story mode With this it would be based off the good ending and have Bonuses from things you did in the first and second games. Option 2: continue evil karma story mode Same thing as the last one but based off of the evil ending of infamous 2 and still get the bonuses Option 3: start new game Choose between evil and good ending to continue the story but get no bonuses Also something i left out in the last one is that even if you continue the good story mode you should be able to become evil changing the story a little bit more branching each option into 2 making 4 different story lines but I would like it to be about as drastic story change as infamous 1 or between the first two games. Infamous 3?? (spoilers to infamous 2 as well)

Hi guys I'm thecondranter and I might just think there may be a infamous 3. Well first let's just get some "evidence" that sucker punch is hiring more people and already making another game I don't remember the name of so this might mean they won't to make two games at once. Alright that's really the only thing so *Spoiler alert I will use pieces from the end of infamous 2 if you haven't beaten yet then don't read unless you want to hear the ending because the ending is pretty awesome* At the end of infamous 2 there are two separate endings. One is you side with the beast to cure all people with the Beast conduit gene of the Plague but killing everyone without that is the evil side and the good side you sacrifice yourself use the RFI killing yourself and all conduits after defeating the Beast o yeah and the beast is John from the first game and then cure the plague. So after you beat the evil side mission you become the beast ending the world and giving all conduits powers leaving only the conduits left. So at the end Cole is so powerful he can do almost anything he wants so if they made a 3rd game he could regret his choice and go back in time killing John before the ray sphere activated his powers preventing the beast and making a much more complex story line leading to that maybe even becoming Kessler to kill Cole to get to John??????? So that is a possibility. In the good side mission at the end your powers expand from adrenaline or all the excess electricity I have no idea but you become as powerful as in the beginning fully charge the RFI and kill the beast yourself and all other conduits or someone with a conduit gene. Zeke talks in the final cutscene takes Cole out on a boat and at the very end Cole gets struck with lighting then it's all over. So I think you already know what I'm thinking you know someone with electrical super powers gets struck by lighting he could come back to life and then the government starts turning on him and Cole also has to battle Bertands store bought "conduits" who didnt have the conduit gene but were given powers and sold to governments. So this is just me guessing saying that yes they could come up with a new story line still and the new hired people could also mean something. Also follow me on twitter at @thecodrantweet

Killzone 3 review (and e-reader advice please)

Hey guys it’s thecodranter here and today I’m gonna do a killzone 3 review. Okay I know it’s a little late but I’m kinda new for this blog stuff so forgive me and I hope you will still enjoy reading this. Okay so let’s start with the multiplayer. First off it was really really fun at first but after having this game for 3 or 4 months I get bored quicker but it is still playable but not enough for a 5 month old game. Also the class customizability is very limited which in my opinion compliments the game but only for hardcore killzone fanboy(unlike myself). Also there is only 3 game modes and I only think that guerilla warfare and operations is fun. Now lets talk about singleplayer. Now I just love the single player in this very fun and the perfect balance between easy and difficult. Also the story mode is very deep compared to most FPS’s so I can’t really say too many negative or positive things about this game but it does get “rusty” very quick so I give it a 7.9 also follow me on twitter my name is @thecodrantweet. One more thing guys once I get back home I will be getting an e-reader and I used to have a 1st generation kindle but it broke and the warranty won't cover it so I'm getting a new one but I'm kinda wanting to get a nook so I am having trouble deciding because I haven't taken a very good look at the nook hereas it's a 2 hour drive to barnes n noble were i am here in Alaska but I have looked at videos and I want to say I do not want any other type of e-reader only a nook or kindle but is the new nook(the simple touch) 3G capable so tell me about that and give me your opinions so later guys.

MW3 is it leaked

Hey guys what's up codranter here and I'm gonna say some of my thoughts about mw3 "leaked" info. Well first off for info to be leaked it would have to come from an employee who just wants to be loved so gives up confidential info. So usually it's just a map picture or maybe a couple of guns and this leak is so massive it has to be all from Robert bowling. So what I think is that after mw2 being sort of a bust with boosters noobtubers etc etc I think hey wanted to get people pumped up so they gave people info or just started posting it on the Internet but this is just speculation on my part so it may or may not be true so anyways guys that's my thoughts and also I just made a twitter account and if you like my blog and want more than follow @thecodrantweet awesome name I know and please follow this blog and like or reblog later guys

Uncharted 3 beta!

Hey guys I’m in alaska right now but before I left I played uncharted a ton with some of my friends. And wow it sure is fun. However there are some bugs that need to be fixed, one major thing is that if your in a party you will sometimes be on a different team then your friend it’s a beta before any patching so I understand something like but it really needs to be fixed. The gameplay is really fun but when you play team deathmatch it feels like playing operations on killzone with too much changing environment sometimes it is refreshing but most times annoying so I don’t want to see it in the full game. Another thing is that the arena mode(almost exactly likely like survival mode) has a Time limit?! Yeah I don't get that at all for me it seems like it's a match not a game if that makes any sense. And the buddy system is also very very fun and a cool addition the game and overall I give it 8.9 but the full game might just be better

Full inFAMOUS 2 review

Well I just beat infamous 2 and I want to do a full review for you guys Well first off the graphical improvement shown in infamous 2 is just amazing. In infamous 1 when someone talked it looked sorta like a crappy Japanese movie with their mouths just moving up and down and not syncing in with the words so it was really cool for them to put actual real feeling mouth movement in. Also the perspective change feels a little like uncharted not a bad thing I like it but some people might not. Next the story mode is much deeper than in the first infamous. The story mode is not completely similiar in the first infamous the good and evil had all the same missions only different look and the way people treated you in this one there is 4 different missions to choose from good and evil missions not many but the final level is included. Also the powers you can get is still even better where you can start getting different types of bolts and grenades after beating certain challenges. The side missions are much more fun than in the first game because. In the first one in each district there were many side missions but only 4 or 5 kinds in infamous 2 almost every side mission is completely different or at least as a good twist. Also the UGC(user generated content) is also amazing tons of fun to make levels a little complicated and hard to use but still fun . However how long it takes to make mission is very tedious to make a level where you have to kill 30 militia in an alleyway took me nearly an hour that is the only negative thing I have to say about This game I give it a 9.8

Infamous 2 and castle crashers

Okay so I now have infamous 2 and I would like to tell you my first impressions I haven't played it much but I will do a full review later

My first impressions is the perspective change I like it a lot because it feels like assassins creed. Also the graphic and engine improvement is amazing. The story line Is even better then infamous 1 with a good way to get people to understand trying to get some of the powers back but still keeping the core powers.

I would also like to do a review for castle crashers. Castle crashers is a in your face destroy everything you see type of game. The graphics or storyline may not be great but it's a real fun game to play with friends when your bored or looking for something new it is available for $15 in the playstation store but I don't know how much for xbox

Blog changes

Lately I have been thinking that there is only so much to talk about cod so I have decided to talk about other video games.

My blogpost today is about infamous 2 sadly I have only played the demo because I am a little short on money, and time. Once I am able to get the time I will sell most of my games to get including black oops and infamous 1. From the trailers and whatnot I am extremely impressed with the outstanding performance sucker punch has done but since I still haven't played so I will do a review later.

My experiences

So any of you who read my first post know that I no longer play black ops and now play mw2. So I want to tell you the changes I felt and my reasons for favoring infinity ward over Treyarch.

*extremely faster gameplay

Much less campers

More powerful killstreaks

Stacking killstreaks

Very many dominant perks

When you get a UAV you can actually see someone on the radar

It helps me get hyped up for mw3

Guns kill faster

Less kick on guns

Shotgun secondary

Having an actual challenge unlocking things

More levels to pass( I made a new account so I'm only lvl 25)

The one thing I dislike is that very little people play now so it's hard to get in a game
