Okay, here we go.. Again! # I have tried so many times to wean myself off of my thyroid medication but nothing ever works. So, I am trying again! # I am on a daily dose of 150mg and have cut that in half the last couple mornings, as I have been drinking this #adrenalcocktail! Now, this could totally be the reason I was feeling flu-ish yesterday, but I am happy to say that I am feel much better today. So, fingers crossed, we've got this under control! # I will be keeping you guys posted and I am doing lots of other things to support my thyroid which I will share on my blog when I'm a little further into this journey! # I have heard (been taught and read) about this adrenal cocktail before, not this exact recipe (from @gingernewtrition), but something quite similar which I have tried before and didn't work for me.
