Enjoy the cool taste of mixed berries with this recipe for homemade ice cream. It's great for hot summer days or whenever you want something sweet.
Ingredients: 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup condensed milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Put the mixed berries, heavy cream, condensed milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Once the popsicles are frozen, take them out of the molds and serve right away. Have fun with your cool Berry Pops ice cream!

The Damson plum makes a tart, flavorful, soft-setting jam that is a rich, deep wine-colored spread for cookies, waffles, bread, or anything else, really. Cardamom adds an unusual and subtle perfume to these preserves. Though this recipe does take some time to complete, the majority of the cooking time is hands-off. The best part? You will not need to purchase pectin from the store!
