AAAHHH I MOST SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR LEAVING THIS ACCOUNT!!

I have been checking in, though, and referring to the asks in the inbox as I write requested drabbles, etc. But most of the time, I am ashamed to admit that I’ve been mostly neglecting them for sports anime, writing XReaders, etc.

But today, when I came on and saw that I had 220+ followers, I nearly cried! I was so happy and relieved that nobody threw shit in my face for being absent for so long. On top of that, a lovely new follower left me a lovely ask in the inbox! Thank you, lovely person! That made my day!! I am so happy right now!

I’ll get to all the asks gathering dust in the inbox (hopefully tonight), as well as requests sent to me via Tumblr’s IM widget. And then, maybe after that I’ll redo the blog theme ?? Maybe...

Also, ya’ll don’t mind if I reblog World Trigger fanart, graphics, etc. here do you? It’s just to keep this blog generally active, even when I’m not answering asks and requests, left and right. I’ll post a question / poll things after this so that you can easily answer that.

Anyway, once I post the aforementioned question, I’ll dive into the asks and requests! Wish me luck! Haha....

Where I read World Trigger...

I figured I’d answer this asap as it was sent in late December of 2015! Yikes! Sorry @yuuma-chika-osamu for answering this so very late! Also, posting this rather answering you directly as a) it’s much easier this way and b) other people may be having trouble finding good scan sites to read the manga from.

I read World Trigger off of various manga scan websites. My “favorites” or “more/most used sites” would be:

☆ mangadoom; they update late Saturday-Sunday US EST

☆ mangamint; they aren’t always reliable but when they are, they’re my top choice to read World Trigger. Sometimes they miss pages or mix pages; but they post the raws {usually Korean or Chinese} ahead of time before the English scans so one gets the basic idea {as long as they - mangamint - don’t miss pages} of what’s going on. But for the raws, lately I’ve been noticing they either wait for chippokenabokura {I’ll mention them later in this post} to update and then use theirs {...I think... DON’T GO QUOTING ME ON THAT!!} or they post “raws” from someone else and it’s just a panel or some Japanese Discussion Forum post. Not very reliable.

☆ EATMANGA; these guys are rather-ish consistent... I mean, they update, yeah! I used to faithfully rely on only their scans for World Trigger but then noticed that they don’t update on time! They say “3 weeks until next scan” but it’s not always gonna be 3 weeks. Sometimes it’s been a month, other times a few months, and still other times an entire 6 months to a year for another update. So if they have it, fine. If they don’t, then I go to mangadoom or mangamint or other scan sites.

☆ p-kun on the World Trigger Forum at MAL {MyAnimeList.net}; they update... hm, I think it’s once a week on a Thursday...? Something like that. But they are my second most reliable site to use! They don’t scan the actual manga chapter; they just post the basic gist/translation of what happened. But, from what I’ve noticed, it’s still pretty accurate! Plus, they post a few comments/theories for the chapter of their own as well as the fact that - now, this is IF you have a MAL account - you can also post your own comments/theories on the chapter and engage in a discussion with other World Trigger fans, which is nice! Sadly, it looks like {as I did not notice this until tonight; I only discovered them recently} the forum only has Chapters 122 to 132 currently scanned. Oh well.

☆ Lastly, @chippokenabokura‘s scans are super accurate too! I also like how they update any news regarding World Trigger media {i.e. who were voicing the new characters from The Fugitive Arc, the World Trigger Fanbook coming out, when Ashihara was taking breaks, etc.}, place their own comments/theories for the new chapter, and answer any questions regarding World Trigger. Plus, it’s definitely helpful to refer to for the scans if one has a tumblr! That way, after reading their scan, one could send an Ask to them based on a theory or question one had from the scan. It’s always good to support the person working hard to scan and answer questions!

EEEEEEK!!!!!!! When was the last time I logged onto this account?! How long has it been?! I am so truly, most definitely, heartily sorry that I neglected it! Work, other fandoms, personal issues of various sorts, etc. all got in the way! ...Plus, I... kinda sort of... lost motivation for this account for a while... Yeah, okay...

But I’m back, it’s back! Thank God! Praise the Lord!

Bringing it back to “Border duties” so-to-speak, there are 4-ish ? Or is it 5 asks in the inbox...? Idek. Heh... But apparently Tumblr also set up this new insta-message thing! As some of you may have heard already, World Trigger is on break this week due to Ashihara’s sudden illness. No idea if it’s connected to his health issues or if he’s just sick, but either way I hope he gets better soon. Poor guy just has the worst of luck. :(((
