It’s been a long time, I know, but work has been crazy these past few months. 

I guess you can now kinda call me a part time landscape designer *amongst other things* this little 3D sketch is for a wild garden at a primary school in West London for the kiddies in nursery & reception. Healthy & safety has flown out the window here *hehe* which is why AMENDMENTS is due. ASAP.

Window treatments, joinery & feature wall with the current traditional fireplace to be added in due time, once a final layout had been decided on. Till then, we must keep switching between ideas for wallpaper design, flooring, lighting. & the overall colour scheme for the room.

  - Flamingos are Flocking -

Over the years I've become so enamoured with the flamingo, I guess its something about their unique colour & goofy shape, so it makes sense for me to be obsessed with using them for interiors. In each showroom that I walk into I see myself drawn not just towards flamingo prints but any feathered bird, nature & animals in general. However, flamingos make the top of the list, I’ve loved them ever since I was a child [ could’ve been from that one scene in Aladdin...you know  the one where Iago pretends to be one in amongst a flock of real pink feathered flamingos haha] & love them to this day. 

Their image has become synonymous with parties, flourishing lawns & frolicking outdoors. From simple matchbooks to bold wallpaper, each offers its own way of incorporating a pop of pink. Some are bold while others are more subtle, but no matter which look you choose, one thing is for sure - these long-legged beauties will keep you smiling all year long.

Eduardo Santo de Maura’s ‘Casa das Historias Paulo Rego’ is a landmark of Cascais, Portugal’s Lisbon District. With its two pyramid shaped towers & red coloured concrete facade, the museum houses some of the best known works of artist Paulo Rego.

Modern scheme { 1/ 50 } client x. 

Working on many different layouts to show client X in two days time. 

He needs to see the options for fireplace, furniture & colour scheme [ his preference being a beige scheme ] along with materials for flooring i.e marble or limestone & wall, will it be painted or laid in wallpaper? Hmm...only time will tell.

Transitioning from the 20 year old traditional design to a completely new modern look [ eeeeek ] excitement is rushing through my blood.

Today was my first class & I love it already. The shhhhhhhhhh’s & khhhhhhhh’s , it’s unique, it’s beautiful!

The first basic 3D renders giving us and the client an idea of what a typical modern built in shower would look like using natural stone on the walls & floor.  

Looks kinda good :) don't ya think?

Needs more work done.
