Take the Challenge:
Study and learn the specific posture and breathing and complete 15 workouts. Let your muscles catch fire like never before and as you learn to maintain the posture and breathing, you will feel your muscles deaden like they’re filled with cement. If you do SIT right, it should become more difficult as you get better at it. It’s all about how fast you can raise your heart rate and how quickly you can recover and do it again.
