We are aging!
My MIL is on her deathbed in my dining room. She is 82 and for the past 6 decades, she lived in survival mode in rural Montana: self-sufficient, isolated, unwilling to get help for her mental and physical struggles. She was skin and bones when she came to us in the final stages of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s which she’d hidden from us.
Aging doesn’t have to be like that. And you and me? We are aging!

There is no spot reduction- this means that you can’t just do crunches and expect a flat stomach. Are you unable or unwilling to join a gym right now? Hey, I get it. I live pretty far from any good gyms myself, plus I’d rather work out at home. Have you been looking for fun ways to stay in shape at home, either by yourself or with your whole family? But then you’ve gone on Youtube looking for free workout videos, only to be overwhelmed by the pro-pretenders, ads, chaos, poorly executed exercises, horrible cueing (or no cues), lack of oversight, and even downright indecency?
Working out at home with online fitness videos can be an excellent alternative to gym workouts, but it’s hard to find quality workout videos with well taught exercises, modifications for every need, and what about stuff for the kids? Not only is working out at home a great, green way to get in shape, but it can also help promote quality family time. Here on Fit2B we have been filming fitness workout videos since 2010, and we’ve honed in on 4 benefits of doing online, streaming fitness at home with your family.
Of course, as the founder of one of the world’s premiere home fitness providers, I’m a bit biased. I’ll straight up own that, but…. I still think working out at home is the bees knees, and let me tell you why!

You can go 2-3 times a week and add some muscle to gain the health benefits! 2️⃣ Focus in compound movements. ▫️ Focusing in compound movements, allows you to hit several muscles in one exercise 🏋🏻‍♀️. This is more time efficient and you maximize growth with every session! 3️⃣ Focus in mostly W H O L E foods! ▫️I love some processed food too! But keep in mind they are d e s I g n e d to make you overeat! ‼️A large bag of potato chips has about 5 whole potato’s in it. I bet it would be a lot easier to eat that whole bag vs. trying to get down 5 whole potatoes. You’re going to get full faster and be more satiated eating those 5 whole potatoes. Let alone the chips are covered in fat (and not the healthy kind!). You don’t need to calorie count or weigh your food.
