 • Moderation and balance.
 • It won't go away or run out. You don't need it right now.
 • It's not the end. It's the beginning of something better.
 • Take a breath.
 • You don't need it. You need your health.
 • Stop making excuses for your behaviours.
 • Remember your motivation.
 • Love your body and treat it better.
 • You can do this.
 • You will die if you do not help yourself.
 • Are you hungry? Thitsty? Or just bored?
 • Please drink water.
 • Make the better choice.
 • Food is a fuel. Enjoy fuelling your body the right way.
 • It's okay to bin something or give it away.
 • You're not a failure if you slip up. You're just human. Move past it.
 • Think of the future. Even if it's just about the nice clothes sometimes.
 •  Picture yourself as a better, healthier you.
 • Only you can make the changes you need to get better.
 • It's okay to say no.

Let's begin at the beginning.
Hello, I'm Jess.
Today is 18/02/19. I am currently 27st at 27 years old and the goal is to be 13st by age 30. I'm 6ft tall and wear a UK26/28.
I've created this new tumblr in an attempt to keep myself accountable and on track. I'll be filling it with personal posts, rants, victories, lists, highs, lows, photos and lots of random ramblings. I'll also probably be reblogging anything I find interesting, useful, fun or even just aesthetically pleasing!
I'm ready to make better choices and finally do this for myself. After years of failed attempts, I now have the determination to succeed.
So, hello to this new blog, and hello to the future!
