Hi! I was wondering what program/mod you use to edit the landscaping of a neighbourhood so thoroughly in this post?

i use this mod to empty willow creek and newcrest completely and the T.O.O.L mod to place things outside the lots

i also use the blowtorch mod to get rid of various different decorations around the worlds for a few other worlds (not all that would take wayyyy too much time)

and i recommend this to make the worlds even more customizable, and better buildbuy for the organized debug option to find all the games deco houses
