Southern Fried VEGAN Fish and Whole Wheat Spaghetti! With this being the start of Lent, and one thing I miss the most is FISH! Those Friday dinner fish plates from the church lady’s with the onions, pickles and a slice of that soft wonder bread on the side.. ummmmm Yes I needed that today! Happy Sunday family! This morning breakfast consist of fried eggs with vegan cheese. I used Just Egg” liquid. Upton Naturals bacon sriram, whole wheat bagels with Go Veggie vegan cream cheese and a little dollop of jelly. This is so good! I added onion mushroom powder and black salt to the eggs to give it that authentic “egg” taste for me. The bacon reminds me of turkey bacon so this is a definitely a WINNER! This phenomenal and I really liked its price point.
