i’ve gotten an adult job after college and really fallen off the @n@ bandwagon but it’s time to get my shit together

I am tall so that’s the reason for the high GW, also i’m a fawken walking walrus atm.

I think ima start off with water for breakfast, keep lunch to around 200/300 cals (I have to eat lunch because I eat lunch at work with other people and id prefer not to deal with them asking questions), and then dinner is where I struggle the most because it seems to be when i want to emotional self soothe with food so… idk what ima do about that

so i wont compare myself as much to others

so i will be able to always fit cute, small clothes

so i wont worry about my stomach
