↬ focus on small portions if fasting doesn't rlly work for you
↬ little to no carbs, if you eat carbs make sure they're complex (oats and popcorn not pizza and bread)
↬ ZERO added sugar if you can help it
↬ Exercise!! 10k steps, pilates, gym, whatever works for you
↬ Move around as much as you can, sk1nny bitches are always standing up, dancing while they talk, fidgeting, etc
↬ Turn connections into opportunities to move, not to eat
↬ don't try to test your willpower if you know it's weak, you are not gonna have "just a bite" of that ben and jerry's, just get the healthy food option or don't keep it in the house
↬ If you don't wanna be f@t anymore, stop acting like a f@t person. No more "just one won't hurt" or "i'll start tomorrow" or "i don't wanna exercise" while others are achieving your goals
↬ You don't have to eat that! it'll be there tomorrow i promise!
↬ Focus on protein! It takes the most effort for the body to digest of all the macros (good for metabolism) and will keep you full.
↬ FIBERRR omg eat fiber please. It will help you 💩 and thus stay un-bloated. No more hard poops!
↬ Look at inspo as much as possible, esp when you get unnecessary cravings
↬ Just because your sk1nny friends can do it, doesn't mean you can. Our bodies all work differently
↬ don't drink your calorie. diet sodas, kombucha, probiotic sodas (olipop on top), are your best friends
↬ keep yourself busy so you don't boredom eat! get a hobby, call a friend, do schoolwork, drive, etc
↬ SLEEP!!! 7hrs MINIMUM!!! Your body burns like 400-600 c@ls during sleep! Sleep deprivation also slows metabolism, increases cravings and appetite.
↬ Tea every morning and night. Preferably green, but any 0 c@l tea is fine (black, white, peppermint, etc)
↬ You DONT have to finish everything! if you're full, STOP EATING
Tips
- out of sight out of mind
- remember pavlov, don't create mindless associations with food (i. e. eating while watching TV)
- eat fruit + protein before carbs
- hot water/acv-lemon cocktail before breakfast

people say that they dont want to look "deathly thin" until they do look deathly thin. i feel asif u guys dont understand that when u reach ur gw, you will still feel like that isnt enough. you will become used to the cycle of not eating/eating so little that you look like your almost on ur death bed. this is what 4na is - she is a voice in our head that tells us "this isnt enough" "just a couple more pounds" untill we die from it
